Is this RP still accepting characters? If so, is there a role that needs filled?

I've played Rogue Trader before (though not as much as I'd like) and have a pretty good knowledge of 40k in general.

@Roosan I believe characters are still being accepted, yes. Regarding specific roles, I believe the group might want an Astropath for communication's sake? Maybe a ship pilot too if that area of expertise isn't already taken up by the captain (Jb's NPC). Otherwise, the specific archetypes/roles already filled (with varying degrees of replicability) are an AdMech, a missionary, a Navigator, an Arch-Militant, and a SoB.

I'm willing to play an Astropath and I'd be happy to play a pilot if, as you say, the Captain doesn't fill that role.

My initial thought was to play something more Seneschal-esque; a money man, someone who can calculate if the golden skull plated baneblade is actually affordable and so forth.

@Roosan That also works just fine, so far as I can see. Those crazy Rogue Traders need reigning back in sometimes, after all, particularly in the area of obnoxious riches.

@Roosan Well, yes, or that. But since he's wandering around the galaxy anyway, he's probably not going to be on his moon very often. It'll probably be spent on, like, obnoxiously expensive thousand-year-old barrel-aged wine instead. Or whisky.

@Roosan@BCTheEntity You're both correct - Roos, may I call you Roos? That is perfectly fine for a character, we had one in the MK i version of this RP, and I must say that someone good with numbers is always handy.

If a Seneschal be what you wish, then I say go for it.

As for owning moons and so forth...well...eventually, yea. Much to the chagrin of the native Xenos populace, I'm sure.
