[OOC] Crossing the Multiverse

Hey, sorry about taking so long. Work got so busy and then my phone was kind of retarded so I wasn't able to get this up till I got home >. <

Hey! Just got home myself, so delayed response. I do want to preface this by saying most of my responses will be either during the day (I am on EST time) or late at night.

That's cool. Post when you can. Roleplaying should be about having fun, and not something we do out of obligation :)
So where should we begin? Again, I'm not the best with starting the planning section of an rp ^.^ ;

Um, well so you want our characters to be based on us, correct? Should we I guess 'make our characters' in a sense? It has been years since I've done a forum role play. Usually I do one between my friend and I on text or in a notebook.

Abilities(Everyday stuff our characters are capable of)
Core Power(This will be the primary power our "Angel" falls on when the universe allows and will change based on the universe we're in. Also, we'll be able to choose if we want our power or a new one that will only last until the end of our time at the current dimension)

Sounds good, and any ideas for powers or complete free reign?

Pretty much free reign. Just keep in mind the powers will be changed based on the world we're in, even if powers are allowed at all. For most part I'm pretty sure whatever we chose will be available but if we go into a more serious, realistic setting, our "Angels" will probably be limited to every day weapons or some other kind of edge.

I'm leaning towards electrokinesis myself

I've been sitting here trying to think of a power!!! My roommates had interesting ideas but.....I'm so indecisive!!!!

Lol What're their ideas?

Well they both (my best friend and her husband) first agreed that I would be a very powerful psychic, (she said along the lines of Jean Grey from the XMEN comics), then the ability to communicate with animals and 'befriend' them, and finally ended up on blood-bending with capabilities to harm or heal. But I'm not sure these are very 'angel' powers!

They don't have to be angelic powers. I only called the thing Angel because that was the only name I could think of. It's not really anything like that. Think more along the lines of something existing outside the universe and so only really able to interfere through something within it. Mmmm More than an angel I'd say its a guardian spirit, but not of any individual but of the physical universe itself. So, even if the powers don't seem "angel" like so long as they'll aid in protecting the universe that's alright.

Alright....then I think I will go with.....SHADOW MANIPULATION!!!! I'm stealing it from one of my novel's character to a small degree. So do I just post my character sheet under the character tab?

Yes sir!
Also, there's no limits on your character's appearance. It can be a description, picture of someone else, or anime image. Whatever floats your boat ;)

Looks good!!! So my next question, in this do our characters know each other already, or are they called together by the 'angel' spirits?

Mmmm I say we barely know each other, but only by our paths constantly crossing.

Rae would probably frequent a baker, heehee. Maybe they don't know eachother, but she frequents the business he works for? And also, I am up for letting you lead, but will also contribute, if you would like, to the universes we travel.
