Based on the story line you have, it would be reasonable that the military that created the teens abilities would either make a machine or another experiment to watch them. The military would probably have an issue tring to subdue an experiment if he or she was being irrational. In my opinion, it is logical. Also, i'm not sure how to apply. I'm reasonably new to this website and what i was doing for roleplay wasn't working well.

You have to fill out a character sheet. The main characters are the teens and Vladimir the scientist that gave theme powers. He has guards to control them.

I filled out a character sheet, and the guards still might want a stronger weapon to help control them, incase issues arise, and argus has nothing else to do except stay in that place for eternity and watch. Hence the name.

Well, since you say this, he does it out of obedience. And if that still isn't good, i've changed him to be younger and one of the subjects going through the tests with an extra objective, guide the others and keep them from areas vlad doesn't want them in at all.
