Well, I guess I'll go ahead and put up my CS. :P His abilities are a bit heavily based off of an anime character so for those of you who recognize the character, shush.

Name: Haru Mochizuki(Or Mochizuki Haru for you picky people who say that a Japanese name needs to be Japanese styled. :P)
Age: 18
Power: Elemental Spirit Take Over Magic - This brand of magic is unique even among Take Over magic, in that, rather than "taking over" something else's power, the special elemental spirits must be found and then the test that the spirit gives must be passed in order to obtain its power. Currently, Haru has obtained three spirits' powers: Valefor, an ice spirit with a few other "special" properties, Focalor, a powerful wind spirit who can even form massive tornadoes with the use of its full powers, and Baal, a lightning spirit who can call down whole entire bolts of lightning from the sky. The most powerful abilities of the spirits are extremely taxing to the point that it would exhaust Haru, but can rip through entire mountains. (The links are the images of what he looks like in his Take Over forms)
Kamui(Yes, it's directly ripped off from Naruto. Sue me. :P) - A unique type of Eye Magic that has only ever been seen in Haru, he is able to teleport to a personal pocket dimension(separate from his Requip storage) and back, appearing and disappearing in a swirl, described as "being like water going down a drain pipe". His right eye is for close ranged use, such as teleporting himself and anyone he has physical contact with, or even becoming intangible by standing between his pocket dimension and this one, being "halfway in each dimension", but incapable of touching anything while he does so. His left eye, on the other hand, is for long range use, teleporting other things, capable of teleporting solid objects, other people, creatures, and even things like magical attacks or explosions. Apparently using both eyes at once nearly quadruples the speed of teleporting himself though, making his teleportation nearly instant.

Bio: Not a whole lot is known about Haru, but what is known is that he was raised by an old retired mage who was an expert on magical theory and had a lot of knowledge on magic, even if he wasn't very powerful anymore due to him having many health problems that made his body incapable of using magic himself anymore without injuring himself. Apparently before that Haru had been an orphan, but not much is known about that time, due to Haru claiming to have forgotten it. He has always been very nonchalant and carefree, almost to the point of apathy, even so much so that he has been known to make wisecracks and offhanded comments while he was in danger, attempting to lighten up the mood with jokes about the situation.
