After each player chose yes, they would be sucked into the computer, only to appear in a black room. In the room, there was an oval table and 20 chairs. Three completely black doors adorned each wall, only barely visible. The 7 of them would be able to see green letters begin going down the wall from the dark ceiling to the center door past the head of the table. As the letters filled the door, it would become more and more visible until a man who appeared to be dressed as Neo with a hood covering his face entered. Behind him, the letters flew back up, allowing the door to camouflage once again. "Welcome, all, to the Multiverse. And it's good to see you again, Luna." the man spoke in a slightly digitalized voice.

From the back of the room, Luna rolled her eyes, stepping forward."Why'd you call this time, Code?" She asked with a frown. "And are you still working with Birth and Anomaly?" She plopped in one of the seats with a frown, knowing that the three of them had allied against Discord, Sheogorath and the Mad Hatter before. "Or did y'all break the alliance as soon as those three wack-jobs were dealt with?"

"My, my, child." another, deeper voice came from behind Luna. "Those men were merely misusing their potential. If we didn't lock them up, they would have turned the entire multiverse, including your home, into one giant playground for themselves."

"Anomaly." Luna frowned, not bothering to glance at the man cloaked in red and purple. Unlike Code, though, a red and a purple glow could be seen for his right and left eyes respectfully. "Sit and have some tea," he said, waving his arm to allow the seven spots closest to the new heroes to each gain a cup of their favorite tea.

It was odd, what happened. But then again, many odd things happened back in the circus. All Leo knew was that he got sucked into the computer and ended up in this dark room. Then the green letters descended and filled a door and it finally became visible. A man stepped out of the door and then the letters dispersed, making the door invisible again. Ah, so this place was called the Multiverse, quite a name. The Pierrot didn't seem to mind the digitalized voice of the man. This place seemed to already be in a computer so it shouldn't be a surprise. Either that or he was a robot, that would be all the more cooler!

They seemed to know about the girl who suddenly spoke up. So her name was Luna. It was a nice name indeed! And the man's name was Code. Now that was a unique name right there. And then another person came in and his name was Anomaly. When Anomaly gestured that they should sit, Leo did as he was told. He quickly sat down on one of the seats, not exactly knowing what was going on but just going with the flow. In front of him was a cup of black tea, the type of tea the British drink. Leo was not one for teas and the likes but he always did find himself wanting more of the tea whenever he drank it.

His eyes went to the two men. He raised his hand like how a grade schooler would do to get the attention of his teacher. "Why are we here?" It was a direct to the point question. As someone who didn't much care on what happened next, Leo at least wanted to know why he was in the Multiverse. He also took a peek at the others and they did not seem the least bit human. Oh well! It's nice to have some variety every now and then.

Oh da..lube it up, Diana.

Things were just about to get hot and heavy in the gloomy room of a Russian teenage boy. His old Dell computer screen, the dinosaur of what it was now made a small illumination around the room, forming shadows under cheekbones and highlighting his delightful features. It has almost been a ritual at this point, beating a quick one after a game of Counter-Strike, but for some reason he wasn't feeling it tonight. Whether it be the thick odor of Kasha his mother made the night before, or the fact that he went 0-20 last game didn't set quite right. The boy didn't quite like to not finish what he had started, so he was about to go back at it when all the sudden a wall of green text appeared on his screen, covering the entirety of it, seemingly locking up his PC. He sniffed at it, confused. The boy leaned ahead in shock and gave his monitor a good clout before letting a line of static slowly drift from the top to the bottom of the screen. Nothing. Assuming it was nothing more than a chain mail or the average hacker trying to break into his computer again, he attempted to turn his PC off, but no avail. This it when a chill ran down the spine of the boy to which he skimmed past the paragraph at least several times before comprehending the entire thing. No matter how many times he read it, nothing correlated. Something about "The Crucible" bring captured and he being the hero to retrieve it! Another goddamn ad for an MMO.. but.. why must I feel so compelled to PLAY?

That's when it happened. All time and space around him collapsed. No more would he go by his regular name, but he would be known as "Pslam Silverman", the man with literally no face. Psalm was not sure what happened, and very little recollection of what happened, but never in his life did he expect to end up in a dark room with his genitalia exposed. When Psalm's vision came back into alignment, he viewed his surroundings, quickly to absorb his environment. The room contained an oval table that sat in the middle with exactly 20 chairs around. It looked like one big spooky United Nations meeting. Not long before traversing another realm, Psalm noticed his hand laying upon his privates, and he fiddled with his zipper in a slight panic to conceal them once again.

"Welcome, all, to the Multiverse. And it's good to see you again, Luna." spoke a masculine voice from above in a digitized tone. Who the hell was Luna, and more importantly, what business did Psalm have in the multiverse? A variety of information swarmed the mind of Silverman hastily in an extraordinarily strange manner. He was aware of himself and his character, as well as a basic understanding of the multiverse. Once stepping through the doorway of dissipating green letters, Silverman eyed the two figures standing idle within the establishment. However this was odd because he had no eyes. Or mouth. Or nose. In fact, the entirety of his facial features besides the fold of his eyebrows were missing.

There was a suave looking man in formal suiting. He looked like a mad hatter straight out of a Japanese cartoon. This pleased Silverman as he admired the dress he was in. To his right was a small woman in casual attire, as opposed to the gentlemen before him. There wasn't much for first impressions here, besides the fact she looked like she belonged on a farm.

"Sit and have some tea," spoke another man from the corner of the room. He seemed to come out of nowhere. In the regular world, this would have startled Psalm, but instead he just burst out with a booming soviet-esque laugh.

DA'HAHAHAHAHA! "O.K. THIS IS NO VODKA, BUT WILL DO, DA?" it was if Silverman was shouting, but this was in fact his regular speaking voice. He shook the room slightly, or so it seemed as vibrations were felt through the table, causing the tea to ripple in their cups slightly. When he spoke, his jaw moved in the way a regular humans would when they spoke. Despite having no mouth, he could still throw his voice in the deepest, loudest, and most Slavic tone possible. He took his seat promptly at the side of the table and awaited some form of instruction, sipping at his tea and enjoying himself with a feel of ease.

There were many feelings that a certain dude-turned-RPG-character was feeling at the moment, as well as many thoughts rushing through his mind as he took a look at the situation. The main emotion that dominated about 3/4 of his thoughts at the moment, however, was complete and utter confusion. All he did was click "Yes" when his screen suddenly showed a random plot setup. In hindsight, it probably wasn't the best idea to click on a pop up, but when the pop up takes up the entire screen, and you returned to your computer without remembering what you had up on it when you left, some decisions are just ignored.

The dude wasn't exactly feeling all that well, as his new body was...not even close to what he was familiar with. He was floating, he was huge, and his body felt nonexistent. He couldn't feel his legs, because he didn't have any legs. His hands? A bunch of tendril-like appendages bound by rings that he didn't so much wear, as they floated around his wrists without touching him. Among other things, these parts of his body were almost completely foreign to him.

When people started talking, he looked up and found several other...interesting people in the room. Some of them seemed to know what they were doing or even what was going on. Considering he didn't even have his phone to retreat to in order to calm himself, the dude decided to ask just what was going on.

"Okay-"

The boy stopped as he heard his voice, or rather HER voice. There were many things that were wrong in the world, but a dude having a completely mature feminine voice that he imagined up for a character that he made for a fantasy RPG should not be one of them...Then it hit him. The ghostly appearance, the feel of his new body, the voice he had...It meant...It meant...

Making his way to the door with liquor in hand, he gravitates upstairs to the living room where he'd last left his dusted old laptop. Setting the beers on the counter, he takes one a makes a seat for himself over at his desk. Moments after booting up, he notices his screen flicker a few times with strange text typing across the screen. He narrows in on it and automatically figures its something out of the ordinary. After finishing skimming through the text, he takes a sip of the beer and clicks 'Yes' just to see what would happen and to no avail he finds his mind warped with electrical signals pulsating throughout his body. The beer can falls- spilling across the floor with his laptops flickering screen being the only thing in sight.

Reappearing in a black room with an oval table of twenty chairs, he tries catching his breath and getting a better sense of his surroundings. What had just happened was something he wasn't quite prepared for and he steadily begins to panic before being greeted by a digitalized voice mentioning someone by the name of Luna. A few people step forth revealing themselves and taking seats across the oval table. Before taking a seat, he soon notices something strangely familiar about himself! The gauntlets, the wardrobe, his bulky size...he'd just realized he become his long-time character Eturund from an MMORPG he'd been long attached to. This was not that game, but something else. He takes a seat and a rush of excitement begins to flow through him. He takes a quick glance at the others around the table...and began having thoughts.

"Well, if you are all ready, the door to the first world should be opening soon." Code said as he looked to the wall on his right.

"When Birth is ready." Anomaly added.

"Whatever." Luna frowned, downing the cup of tea. "Whoo, that's got quite a kick." she said, shaking her head.

The left door on the wall began glowing a soft green as green smoke began softly drifting from around the edges. The door opened slowly, showing only a wall of green smoke.

"Through that door is the first world and the first battle for the first clue." Anomaly said, opening the door he had entered through. "Good luck."

Luna stood with a frown and, without listening to Code, strode through.

"You need to find the person who's out of place." Code said, watching the woman disappear. "We can find the worlds they are in but it is up to you to find the actual person in each world." He spun as his door began to appear again. "Birth will tell you who it is on the other side."

-----

Birth stood in the center of a forest, the green smoke door just under 12 feet from him. Once everyone stood in front of him, he would bow respectfully. "Welcome." he would smile with a muffled voice and a Japanese accent. "This world is known as Toril. From the locals, I have gathered we are in one of the many forests in Cyrodiil. The person you are hunting is going by the name Ali Ababwa."

"Aladdin." Luna frowned with a sigh. "Is he alone or does he have Abu, Genie and Carpet with him?"

"Alone, as far as I know." Birth replied. "Any other questions?"

Leo listened intently. He still wasn't quite sure what the hell just happened but he still was willing to go with the flow. His question wasn't answered though but it might involve something about the whole Multiverse something? He then stood up and then drank the whole tea and practically slammed it on the table but careful enough so it wouldn't break. Once the door appeared, he followed the girl that the three apparently know into the new world.

When he was done with introductions and Luna mentioned Aladdin, Abu, Genie and the Carpet, it was obvious what they were going to... "Stupid question, are we gonna capture him or kill him?" He wasn't quite sure how this worked yet. Either way was good enough for both his mental sides so he just really needed an answer. He might make a mistake after all and that won't end well for them he supposed.

Psalm sat comfortably and started to watch those who were left come in. Around the table were all of the assumed "heroes" of this so called Multiverse. Only one of them looked even remotely human, and the disturbing nature of all the beings around him combined with the hot tea made Psalm feel warm in an oddly likable way. There was the girl and the (beautiful) anime man along with quasi-fox humanoid, a stout dark elf, and a very ghastly looking spirit. He reached for the tie wrapped around the collar on his yellow dress shirt and tugged it out to cool himself off slightly. Most people might wonder how a man with no face induces something such as tea, and to be fair, the concept was even a foreign one to Silverman as well. It's as if the liquid seeped down through an invisible mouth, and worked its way through the rest of his body. It disappeared. It was clear by now that this dark room was just the beginning of one big MMORPG, and he was a party member with all those around him.

Silverman was only halfway into his drink when an announcement was made. "Well, if you are all ready, the door to the first world should be opening soon." the digitized voice by the name of Code behaved hastily, but that didn't tend to bother him much. With not much word after that, a door to the party's left emitting a calm green smoke from around the edges and lifted itself from the ground slowly. Code was opening the door for them.

"You need to find the person who's out of place." he continued, "We can find the worlds they are in but it is up to you to find the actual person in each world." Wait.. does this lead us to the crucible? Is this a common goal? So many questions.. It was as is Psalm sprung up out of his seat without question nor on his own accord and marched to the door, eager to start his quest. How hard could finding someone be? His eagle-eye vision was trained with years of Counter Strike TDM, and he wasn't just about to give up on these skills now. With a puffed up chest and high hopes, Psalm traversed through the green door and out the other side into the center of a forest. Tall trees surrounded him of lush dark basil color on all sides. In front of him stood a figure named Birth. He was immediately given a goal and brought up to speed on what the current objective was.

"This world is known as Toril. From the locals, I have gathered we are in one of the many forests in Cyrodiil." Isn't that from a video ga- "The person you are hunting is going by the name Ali Ababwa." Despite being given the clear instruction, Psalm was still a little confused on what they had to do. It wouldn't hurt to dart from his current position and leave, but it also probably wouldn't be the smartest thing to do either. Who said Psalm was smart? Nevertheless, he would follow for now.

"THIS IS GOOD AND ALL, BUT WHERE GO?" his voice echoed through the forest in its typical booming manner.

The boy, or the spirit of a boy that's now in control of one of his characters' bodies rather, was still greatly confused. When he clicked that link, he expected to have some fun with some random game, or else find a way to fix his computer again. Instead, he found himself greatly stressed over all this new information that apparently came with controlling a foreign body that wasn't even the right gender. It showed, too. Waltz's form was making very small, violent movements on their own, which normally meant something was causing her grief.

He -or maybe SHE now- was barely able to process everything. It didn't help that there were several others around that he only expected to see in the realm of fantasy and fiction. She didn't even know that there was a literal realm of fantasy and fiction. In any case, Waltz followed the others as the guy who she can assume brought them all there spoke about their "mission" or something.

She kept up well enough, though she had some trouble getting the hang of levitation and having no legs. Waltz managed to get a good look at the others. Some of them looked familiar, but she figured that it was because some RPers use pictures of other characters. Otomos himself used a picture of a video game monster for Waltz's look. There was a guy that looked like a version of Final Fantasy's Gilgamesh. She wasn't quite sure if it was the very same. Probably not. Next came the guy that looked like another depiction of the grim reaper. Not exactly the best sight to see when you're in the body of a ghost character and have no idea how to use it correctly.

Moving on, Waltz turned her attention to the other four, who seemed much more human than the others. The first one was an anthropomorphic fox. A tall one. Like, the type you'd expect to see drawn by good artists. Next up was a faceless man that looked very much like the Question from Justice League. He probably wasn't, so Waltz didn't need to worry about him going through random garbage cans...unless they were actually that type of person. She didn't know. None of them even said hi to each other yet. Still, Waltz turned her attention to the last two. both of them were human, which was nice to see, as there a feeling of normality that Waltz got by looking at them. Said normality was somewhat dampened by the fact that they seemed to be treating this whole thing like it was normal.

When they stopped in the new area, the guy that brought them there started speaking again. Apparently they were to find Aladdin. Disney's Aladdin. Waltz knew this from the parody name version of "Alibaba" being used to describe their target. Then he asked if they had any questions. Now, one would expect that Waltz would voice her many questions now. They would be right, if not for the fact that her/his brain was now so overloaded with confusion that she just gave up on trying to ask anything at all. It was easier for stuff like that to work themselves out on the way, than to question everything and get absolutely nowhere.

Eturund gets up to follow the others through the new gateway-door of green smoke. He had been thinking of the correlation between himself and the person he'd now embodied, causing a bit of inner conflict within himself for the time being. He followed to see someone in a forest bow before him and the others as a way of welcoming them in. He makes a quick scan of the new forest environment and notices nothing out of the ordinary, then refocuses back on who the others had been gathering around. Apparently they were to apprehend Aladdin "Alibabwa" which strikes Eturund wih a bit of curiosity...though, the vastness of this "Multiverse" (from what he could only fathom as to being some expansive gaming universe) seemed to be even more appealing.

He takes a few bold steps forward towards their leader Birth and questions, "Who's to say that there aren't others trailing this Aladdin character as we are... and what's in it for me?" Awaiting his response he stands firmly with his arms crossed. He was ready for whatever type of journey that was in store for them but still wasn't entirely sure if he could quite trust his newfound 'comrades'. There was an air of uncertainty between him and them.

"You talk as if he's a suspect to be brought in for questioning." Birth said, looking at Leo. "We're not villains, we're escorts. We tell you where to go, you find the person and take them to their world for safety."

Luna was the first to reply to Eturund. "If my time in the Multiverse has taught me anything, it's that there's always someone else wanting what you want and the only thing you get out of this is to be able to go home after everything's said and done."

Birth tilted his head with a small smile. "Actually, Code is planning on getting into each of your bank accounts to give you all a lot of your currency for this."

"So, we're actually getting paid this time?" Luna asked, wide-eyed.

"Yes." Birth replied simply.

"Oh. Sorry 'bout that." The other side of him was grumbling in his mind about not being able to kill anyone. Leo told that part of him mentally that there were probably some obstacles in the way and that they could maybe kill or at least injure them. The psychopathic side, which he affectionately calls Ardo, quieted down, content with what he just said. Leo then continued to listen. When he heard that they were getting paid, he simply nodded. That's pretty cool, they're gonna get paid for some escorts and probably for killing some people.

He then finally analyzed the others instead of just peeking at them. They look like the kind of things that you would find as enemies in some gaming universes. While there were some who were human, there seemed to be something interesting about them. You know, besides the one that didn't have a face who looked like that guy from the Justice League although he didn't know much about him considering he never watched the series.

'Oh shut up Leo. Let's go and kill someone already!' And Ardo's back. Leo sighed and he didn't notice that he actually did it. Boy who knows what would happen once he found out that he was actually a telepath. Ardo actually knows it but he never bothered to tell his other part. As the more cunning and the one who spends most of his time idle, he was able to figure out and completely comprehend the situation. He'd appear when Leo needs him to appear which would be sooner than he thinks.

He snapped out of it and then looked at the one without the face. He questioned something that Birth did not seem to answer. Ah well. He then looked at Luna. She really seemed experienced in this so he might as well stick with her until he gets a good grip on the situation. Maybe even then he should follow her. Getting back home sounds like a good thing after all. He left some unfinished business. He has a pile of jobs for stealing and moving stuff and he really should get back.

He walked towards Waltz, seeing as he has his what to do and why he should do it. "Hey, you who levitate, I thought I should introduce myself to one of the people here since we're going to be a 'team' I guess. I heard you yell, 'I'm Waltz? I'm a girl?' earlier on so I assume your name is Waltz and you are not a girl originally." He said quite bluntly but it was just who he was. Ardo actually manipulated the words he just said so he wouldn't look like a complete idiot. "I'm Leonardo Vasquez. Call me Leo if it's a mouth full."

"Uh..."

Waltz winced at her the sound of her own voice. She wasn't used it being her actual voice, but she'd have to deal with it for now, as she thought that this was probably going to be her natural voice for a while. Still, it'd probably take some time before she stopped pausing every time she spoke.

"That's...not the most complicated I've heard..."

Waltz made a gesture that looked to be rubbing the back of her own head.

"Well...You can call me by this character's name, I guess...Waltz, that is...You already knew that..."

Waltz sighed at the sound of the awkwardness just raining down to answer the call of her voice's tone. That was another thing she'd have to get used to. The name was actually meant for the actual character. Her real name was going to be difficult to respond to. She'd have to pay close attention, just in case.

"Anyway, yeah. I'm not a girl. I'm actually glad this character's more like a monster in appearance so I don't actually have to deal with...yeah, I can't say that in front of people yet."

Waltz sighed and shook her head. She looked towards Luna, who was talking to Birth.

"Hey, Leo...You have any idea what's going on? Why we're here? How we turned into these characters? What those guys are talking about?"

Leo smiled as it seemed that this... person, monster-type enemy thingy... yeah, let's just stick with Waltz shall we? She seemed very awkward, considering that he is now a she, that was probably what he should expect. It took some time for him to reply but Leo just patiently stood there. "Deal with the parts that the females have? Yeah, I guess you are pretty lucky. You won't have to bathe in a human female's body and see... those." By all means, Leo was a pure man who turned practically asexual after a while of discovering himself. But the prospect of seeing those on your body doesn't seem to put a good thought on his head. He was pretty sure Waltz thought of that as well.

He turned his head towards Luna and Birth before looking back at Waltz and shaking his head.

"I'm afraid I'm as lost as you." Leo admitted. "What I picked up is that we need to take back Aladdin back to his home world and we get paid. That's basically what I understand." He has been known to just take it all in stride with a smile. He then gestured to the others.

"They seem like they know what we're going to do. I'm not sure though, can't tell." He said before looking at the others as if scrutinizing if they were as confused as Waltz or knows something but then he sighed and shrugged, giving the signal that he doesn't know if the others do understand the situation. Actually, the mission was easy enough to understand. The other questions, however, were hard to answer.
