If I'm correct, it seems interest has been shown in every race except for vampires, yes? I already have a vampire in another role play, but I could make a different one for here just for the sake of having all the clans explored a little.

Just to clarify, the status on the war is just the general opinion, along with the leader's opinion. Not everyone in the clan/pack/coven/tribe has to be on board with it.
