Omega

Omega listened in on Shiver as she spoke of Hades and Olympus. As she spoke on her past experience with the god, he raised an eyebrow. He thought about intersecting, but it might have been insensitive to do so. Besides, he knew enough about the so called God of Death.

He had been ready to leave Shiver to her own devices, but she questioned his intentions on going to R&D. He looked her in the eyes and sighed. He didn't want to discuss Aaron. It was a personal matter.

"I'm going there to see the specs they're working on. And I'm passively looking for Glitch. As far as me and the Alpha go, it's a personal matter." He said as he left the office. "Don't go prying." He said lastly as he headed to R&D.

Sigma

Sigma laughed at Ro'Kun's balancing act. She actually clapped and chanted.

"Ro'Kun! Ro'Kun! Ro'Kun!" The young woman chanted before he set the tray down and caught the sodas. "Yeah! Woohoo!" Sigma attempted to sound like a cheering crowd. She grabbed a sandwich from the dish before answering his question. Normally, she was the 'mind your damned business type of woman', but she liked Ro'Kun. There was something pure about him. "Well I almost got kicked out of the HQ. It wasn't even that big of a deal. All I did was say some mean nasty things." Sigma said this as she shook her head. "Omega saved me though. He's an asshole, but he's a lot more rational than those other two... Do you ever have problems with anyone here?" Sigma asked Ro'Kun genuinely, though she would think not. He seemed like a likeable guy to all. She bit into her sandwich and smiled from how great it tasted.

Shiver, Enyo and Hades

She looked a little crest fallen when he said no but she figured they were making progress anyway. There was hope that eventually they might be able to get along better. Shiver looked at Liz who was entering data into the computer. "Liz can you.." Shiver stopped talking as her ring from Hades began to glow. Shiver held her hand up so that Liz could see it glowing. Shiver got worried. What did that mean? He better not be trying to call her back. She still had roughly 10 weeks left. She hit her comlink "Enyo! It's glowing! What does that..." Shiver glowed but not the usual white/yellow of electricity but a deep red. She began to scream as she was ripped from this dimension and into the one that Hades was in.

Enyo heard Shiver and she screamed before she could say anything. She had been on missions when Shiver called and within seconds she was standing in the office. Liz was still shocked at Shiver's being sucked into a void and now there were piles of papers flying around thanks to Enyo's speed. Enyo looked at Liz. "It was her big ugly ring right?" Liz nodded. "She glowed red not her usual white and she got sucked into this black swirly hole. "Omega!" Enyo yelled into her comlink. "He was going to R&D." Enyo disappeared in another flurry of paperwork. "I swear I am going to anchor everything in this place down with paperweights!" Liz exclaimed.

Shiver was literally shimmered through the dimensional shift without the portal. It was similar to teleporting but she felt flat like she couldn't breathe while doing it. She landed on her knees in front of Hades. "You can't just pull me back here whenever you want to!" Shiver was afraid. She had never been in his home before and she couldn't reach anyone at all. Shiver looked at him with a mixture of fear and hate and she looked around. "My dearest wife. It has been three months." "What? No it's been two weeks." "Not in this world." Shiver was horrified as Hades laughed.

"So you create the plasma, but how do you get it in the cartridges? I mean, it's not like you can hold it in your hand." Omega spoke to a male technician in R&D.

"Well it's simple... well maybe not for you. No offense..." The technician was going to end, but Omega interjected.

"None taken. I'll admit that I zero book smarts, especially with science. Even if you... hold on. I'm apparently needed elsewhere." Omega said with a frown. "What now? Let me guess, Ro'Kun didn't leave lunch for anyone else or did someone steal Velocity's dope outfit?" Omega said into the comlink as the problem clearly wasn't his doing. He was behaving today. When Enyo appeared in the R&D section, Omega raised an eyebrow. "Well?"

"He took Shiver! He just yanked her through a dimensional rift. She is in big trouble. He won't just let her go. Believe me he is, unfortunately, my uncle. Enyo gave him a moment barely and said, "So what are you going to do about it? We can't leave her there you don't realize what he can do! Will you come with me? And please don't start I know this is all my fault if she hadn't been trying to fix my mistake..."

Enyo was so upset she was visibly moving in her own space she was actually blurry to those looking at her. "Come with me? Maybe he will listen to you. At least try! "She tugs at his hand. "Please!"

Confusion spread across Omega's face as Enyo gave him the news.

"Wait what? I thought she had a lot more time. Damn it." Omega cursed before looking off for a moment. He took a breath and then looked to Enyo. "Take me. I don't know how this will go, but you're right. Let me try. Who knows, he might end up liking me with how many souls I've probably given him." Omega attempt to lighten the mood.

Red Strike (Ro'Kun)

Ro plopped down beside Sigma and chilled on the couch. "Thanks babe." he said jokingly, and laughed. He began eating a large sausage when she asked him if he ever had problems with anyone here. His mind then began to think back on all the people he had met over the past few...weeks? "I...do not think so. Most of the time people either ignore me, enjoy me, or say they had kinky sex with me. And I'm cool with that." he said casually. "By the way, how did you almost get kicked out of-" he stopped and almost choked on the sausage he was eating. There was a shudder in the HQ, and a suppressed scream that he heard...he thought? Was that Shiver? "Did you...hear that?"

Enyo and Hades

ENYO

Hades

Enyo looked at him and grabbed him by the waist. "Brace yourself, we are shimmering there." To Enyo it was normal but to others it was certainly not. Teleporting you felt like you soflty separated and reattached as your whole self and it was fast. Shimmering you couldn't breathe, it felt like being flattened by a steamroller and plumping back full of air on the other side. This would not be a pleasant experience for Omega.

When they arrived they were inside Hades realm. It was dark and basically terrifying. There were bats flying around. The air was stuffy and dry from the smokiness of the fires that seemed to rage even though there was little left to burn. Snakes slithered across the ground as well as large tarantulas. None of the vegetation is left except for some charred trees. Up ahead they could see a large dark building with a large wrought iron door knocker in the shape of a goblin. Enyo rapped it against the door and they went inside when the door opened.

"Uncle Hades! Where did you put Shiver?" Enyo went to his main room, his throne room. He was sitting in his chair and Shiver was crouched against the wall hugging her legs. She had lost weight. It had only been an hour or so but in this dimension time went faster and she had not eaten nor drank anything in days.

"Hello Enyo, and who is this?"

"This is Michael Watts. What have you done to her?" Enyo ran over to Shiver. She looked like she was dying.

"Not a thing, she won't eat or drink anything and she has been violently ill since she got here."

Enyo looked at Omega. "Your powers won't work here."

Whatever method we used to get here will be banned for life. What the fuck and no warning. Enyo you're not winning me over at all. Omega thought as the two arrived. His thoughts quickly got off the subject of the shimmering and straight to his surroundings. He raised an eyebrow as he followed Enyo.

"Does the guy not know how to liven up the scenery? I mean at least make it look professional. Then again, he has the whole dark and ominous thing down pat." Omega commented as the to traversed to the domain of Hades. Once the two entered the throne room, Omega couldn't help but look around at the statues and artwork on the walls of the room. His eyes eventually landed on Shiver and then the seriousness came about. He was ready spout something out, but when his eyes landed on Hades, he remembered what the god could do. "Me? You're telling me that you haven't heard of me? Sure, I'm not as famous as you are, but come on." Omega said with a grin. "I bet you already know why we're here. We're here to tell you to wind back your clock. It's ahead. I read up on you. You know, when I got my fancy position and you switching off wives goes by our time, not yours. You see Persephone goes back to her mother at around the start of our spring. Spring only happens because her mom is happy to see her. Everything blooms, animals come out, you know. Then she goes back after the summer. Then fall happens which leads into winter and all that good mess. I don't know what kind of under the table deal you made with Persephone, but it's kind of fucking with the operations of my team. And sure you can be an asshole, but I'm a bigger one. For instance, we both know that Zeus was the one who made this deal with you, so imagine if your brother found out that you were fucking him over." Omega's smile grew bigger as he looked death right in the eyes. "So we're taking Shiver back till it's actually time, right? Yes?" Omega said confidently. His time in the office wasn't just a waste of time, the man knew his opposition.

"No, I don't think so! See the only way you could leave here with her is if you are married to her. And since I AM and you are not she stays, unless of course you are the father of the baby she is carrying and even then you would still have to marry her." Shiver's head whipped around so fast she grabbed it as the dizziness started to make her stomach churn again.

"What?" She pulled her legs down and she saw her stomach starting to round ever so softly. "Oh my god...Michael." Enyo looked from one to another and felt like she was getting dizzy herself. Shiver looked at Michael and she lay her head against the wall. How did she not know that she was pregnant? She started counting weeks back on her fingers and banged her head on the wall. She would have only been about 8 weeks or so along.

"What the fuck? You had sex with Hades... gross." Omega said as he wasn't really grasping at the situation before him. He focused on Hades and glared. "So you don't want to budge huh? And what the hell is up with marriage being the only way to exit hell? Marriage? Come on, and I thought you'd be all dark and chummy. As always, never meet your star role models." Omega shook his head and looked to Enyo. "What are you waiting for? Contact Zeus and tell him that Hades is pissing on their deal. Besides, I can't wait to see Hades shit himself. Shiver come on, we're leaving once Zeus shows his face." He ordered.

Sigma

Sigma was enjoying her conversation with Ro'Kun when she also heard the scream.

"On it!" Sigma teleported and appeared by the office where she overheard Enyo and Liz. Why does it always have to be him?!

Sigma appeared in the lounge with Ro'Kung.

"Shiver got taken by Hades! Enyo is having Omega go which isn't the best idea since he's not the best negotiator. Let's go, food can wait!" Sigma grabbed Ro'Kun and appeared in Cambria's room. "Cambria! We need to see Hades! He took Shiver and Omega of all people is talking to him. You do know that's the wrong answer right?"

Shiver looked at Michael "NO, I didn't sleep with Hades. It's YOUR baby you idiot!" Tears started to form in her eyes.

Hades looked from one to the other. "So are you going to marry her and take her home or are you going to leave your girl and your baby here for me to raise?" Hades smiled dangerously.

Shiver shook her head. "Without eating or drinking I'll be dead so it won't matter." She lay her head on the floor from being so weak. Enyo sat down and cradled her gently.

Cambria looked at Sigma and Ro'kun. "What do you want me to do? Even if I got us to the portal I can't just bring people there whenever I want to. Our powers don't work over there either. Honestly, as much as he hates me right now I think it's better if he and Enyo handle it."

It all happened so fast. Sigma popped in and out, and then explained the situation. "Shiver got taken by Hades! Enyo is having Omega go which isn't the best idea since he's not the best negotiator. Ro'Kun's face went from bewildered to determined, and he puffed out his chest. "Take me to the portal. I'll fucking tear it down if I need to."

"What kind of leader are you?! What Hades kills them all? And if not for Omega, why not Shiver or Enyo?! We need to try something!" Sigma glared at Cambria. "They need us."

Omega

"My baby?" Omega's voice seemed to echo throughout the throne room. He looked at Shiver before closing his eyes. Enyo had failed him, Shiver had already broken, and Hades was just enjoying the show as he contemplated his answer. "I don't get it. What do you even get out of this. It's a lose-lose situation for both sides. You lose Shiver either way. Either to starvation or to me. On my side, I either leave her here or I... marry her. Come on, there has to be another deal we can hatch up. You want a wife, I can find one for you. There's plenty of beauties in San Fransisco... by the way Enyo, what are you doing? You're supposed to be backing me up." Omega said the last bit vaguely. "Come Hades, losing can't be the only way to beat a mortal like myself, right?" Omega was buying time, but at the same time, he wasn't going to agree to a deal in order to get rid of a deal that was flawed. He wanted to know the god's motives.

"Fine I'll go but you are not coming." She said to Sigma. She grabbed Ro'kun and walked outside to her corvette and took off. She purposely had the GPS on her comlink turned off which immediately prompted a phone call from Bell. "No, I just don't want a certain person following me. I would end up in trouble for killing her if she did." They drove into some bushes and Cammy laughed at Ro'kun's expression. She got out and pulled him with her. She went to the portal and put her hand on the spot she was supposed to and she murmured something in another language and she opened the portal and pulled Ro'kun in with her and then she shut the door to the portal. The entrance would disappear when not in use.

She ran to Hades abode. "Stay with me Ro'kun." She burst into the building and yelled for Shiver. Enyo called her and they ran into the room and Cam looked at Shiver and her brother. "Hades! What are you doing?"

Hades laughed devilishly. "Winning, of course! See if she stays and gets healthy then I have her with me. If she starves herself I still have her with me. The only way I lose is if Michael agrees to marry her and take care of the baby."

Cambria "excuse me...what baby?" She goes over to Shiver and says "Oh crap."

She walked over to her brother. "How stupid could you be? Condoms, Condoms, CONDOMS!"

"Not my fault. She should have been on birth control if she was gonna initiate Sex. Besides, can't she get rid of it?" Omega said this as he looked at Shiver's stomach unpleasantly. "And Hades, can I divorce her once we're out of here? If not then keep her, she did agree to marry you, right? Or maybe Enyo should take her place. You want Enyo, Hades? She's hot too, and immortal I think. Why have a temp when you can get a lifetime. Shiver will get old at some point. And yes Enyo, I'm doing this because this is your fault. Ro'Kun waved bye to Sigma as Cambria dragged him away and shoved him into her car. Next thing he knew, he was out of the bushes and going through the portal. It was unnerving and weird to say the least, but it had to be done. He found himself in Hades'...den? He couldn't right tell. Hands in his pockets, he looked around, content to head directly to Hades now that he saw that Shiver was safe. He saw Omega at the corner of his eye. "Oh cool, Mike's here too." he said aloud, and then approached Hades.

Hades laughed devilishly. "Winning, of course! See if she stays and gets healthy then I have her with me. If she starves herself I still have her with me. The only way I lose is if Michael agrees to marry her and take care of the baby."

"What are you, Jerry Springer?" Ro'kun asked Hades. His face showed he was annoyed, and one comment shy of pissed. "Listen, you might be a God, but you're a Greek God. They're low tier-" he said, and no one could tell if he was being serious or joking. "-and if you don't let Shiver go now, I'm going to have to pull you inside out." Just call me Hercules. "Oh yeah, and Mike too. He's alright."

Enyo walked over and smacked Michael upside the back of his head. "Why should birth control be her problem only? And yes he is aware of who I am. Not that it would make a difference if he really wanted but he and I are BLOOD related and you and Shiver are not. You are family by adoption." Enyo winked at Shiver and looked at Hades. "What do you want for her?"

Hades thought about it for a minute."Hephaestus and I don't get along. Can you get him to make me a new set of swords trimmed in black diamonds?" "DONE!" Hades looked like she had just given him Christmas. The ring flew off of Shiver's hand and she was weak as she stood up. Her baby belly disappeared too.

"What happened to the baby?" Shiver said confused. Hades laughed, "Oh I added that for dramatic flare." Shiver looked at him and said "You are an ass Hades." Hades laughed "Yes I am." Shiver was too weak to walk and when they got back to the portal they all came out of there together. Enyo had stopped by the forge and then by her mother's to have them delivered to Hades.

When they all got back to the HQ Shiver went back to her room. Enyo ordered the cooks to bring foods and Gatorade to Shiver's room. She ate a little then she took a shower and put on a tank top and comfy shorts afterwards. When Cal got back from missions that he ended up on extra late because of the Hades mess he went to Shiver's room and held her while watching tv until they slept.

Cambria followed her brother. "I can't believe you! You would have really let her die rather than marry her? I think Enyo stepped up when she did because she knew Ro'kun was about to get married. He is her best friend and he would never allow her to suffer like that. I'm ashamed of you brother." With that Cammy walked away from him.

"We beat him though!" Omega called out positively. He had a feeling something was up. Hades wasn't trustworthy, and there was no way he'd actually just shake his hand and say 'deal'. Omega was just relieved that there was another outcome, though he was a little annoyed at how Enyo picked the very last minute to say something. Blood? Aren't Ares and Aphrodisiac brother and sister, then there's Zeus and Herald. Blood my ass. They fucking each other in all the stories. Omega thought to himself as he walked the halls of the HQ.

He hadn't expected things to go well since his plan for the whole Shiver and Hades thing hadn't been ready. He entered his office and gave a thumbs up to Liz.

"The whole Hades thing is done. We made an alternate trade and it's clear for now. Got anything on you know who?" Omega asked as he stood in front of Liz's desk.

"Actually, yeah. I wanted to give you a day to adjust." Liz looked at Omega's serious demeanor causing her to continue. "He took out the Mexican army just several days ago. And apparently sold more anti meta ammunition across the United States. Intelligence says that he's operating on Mexico's side of the border."

"So he's safe from the U.S. and Mexico is too afraid or corrupt to oppose him. So is he just after money?"

"Power." Liz corrected.

"That's just like him. Always wanting to be the top dog. Let me guess. He's projected to sell to foreign countries that lack the resources to produce the ammunition."

"Yeah... are you going after him?"

"Maybe tomorrow. I think..." Omega was interrupted by Sigma'said sudden appearance.

"MIKE! Are you crazy?! Hades, really? You... you didn't die?" Sigma asked as she was bewildered.

"Of course not. You should have seen the guy. He was all sorts of weak. Crying over Shiver and trying so hard to keep her, but I had him on the ropes." Omega bragged playfully.

"Sure, I bet he peed himself too..." Sigma said as she shook her head. She leaned back against the wall of the office and crossed her arms as she thought of how worried she was.

"Sigma, you wanna meet Aaron tomorrow?" Omega asked with a smirk.

"You're kidding. Are you both gonna fight?" Sigma asked.

"Of course. I want to knock him down a peg." Omega admitted boldly. "Just let me know if you're gonna come and watch... you could record it." Omega chuckled as he took a seat at his desk and updated his social media to announce his day's triumph over Hades with tons of exaggeration.

"I'll see you, I'm gonna hang out in the lounge. By the way, you'rea douchebag." Sigma said before teleporting into a couch in the lounge.@Wick

Cambria

Cambria was knee deep in Wicked's financials and she was doing what every good sleuth did. She was following the money. Bell was right, she had paid out a lot of money for Coheed's upbringing and studies. So far once it left Wicked's accounts it went into one account where it was divided and then it was taken out in cash. It looked to have been that way since the third year. Before that the money was deposited into the accounts of the orphanage. Plus she was making yearly donations to the orphanage. This went on til the third year, after that it went to the other accounts and out in cash. She put in orders to the bank to send her the original checks so she could see who was cashing them out. If they were just written to cash she needed the names of the signers on the accounts so she could find out what she needed.

She looked up at Enyo as she passed by her room. "Hey, nice job today. I have no idea who Michael thinks he is but he thinks he is a superstar or some damned thing. I'm looking into what happened to the money and I am sure that will lead me to his past. Even the gods won't be able to help the people involved in screwing up his life when I find them."

Enyo sat down. "You know if I hadn't found something that I could get for Hades. Ro'kun or Cal would have married her to save her." "Yeah but she and Cal are too new for that and Ro'kun might be secretly in love with her already." Cammy said grinning. "I wonder if he realizes how he looks at her. Funny thing is I think she knows it too. But she also knows that if he were hungry enough he might trade her off for a ham sandwich too." Enyo busted out laughing. "You are probably right there, that guy loves his food!"

Meanwhile Shiver was in her room sleeping in Cal's arms.

Seeing that Cammy came back from hell, Miles was on the phone with Tito about the new girl coming and discussing Cammy's family ties with his old best friend. Damn...you think it's safe to be with someone like that? You could have gods coming after you if you fuck up your relationship with her. We may be meta humans but mythical gods and demi-gods are something else to deal with. I would say ditch her and find someone else because that's the trouble you don't need. Miles though about it Nah...I'm gonna stay with her. Not only is she good in bed but she's an interesting individual and I don't know what she'll do without me.

Tito shook his head while Zoe was getting her things together Alright but don't come callin for my help when poseidon or thor or Amaterasu or Ra or whoever the fuck she's affiliated with start ripping the city in half because of you pissing her off and breaking her heart. We don't need that shit. Miles chuckled Everything will be fine man...I have something planned for her tonight. I'll make sure I stay on her good side Tito didn't believe a damn thing Miles said and figured it will be a mater of time before he runs away from Cammy and the HQ butt ass naked asking for Tito to bail him out of some domestic shit.

After laying waste to the common thugs of Sun Yong, Glitch was ready to continue. He jetted towards Sun once more, only to have a guard stand in the way in which a drone shot at this hulking brute of a man, shrugging off the bullets that bounced off his skin. Sun spoke up I do not know what it is you want with me, but I assure you, you're making a mistake thinking you can come and attack me on my own turf. Who the hell are you!?

Glitch stayed afloat with his jet boats keeping him in the air. I'm your judge, jury, and executioner. I'm here to do what the cops should have done. That's either kick your ass, take you in, or kill you. I mean, you've don't some horrible shit. Did you know you could get arrested and ass raped several times over for the shit you've done. You are evil. I'm just doing what should have been done before. We need to wipe away evil and crime for good. bastards like you are the reason why we innocent people, lose ones close to us.

Sun watched and chuckled as his bullet proof guard went after and attacked a drone but throwing a motorcycle at it, destroying it. Glitch looked over at his creation getting destroyed. Sun spoke again Okay then hero....I believe you probably lost some whore and you're taking it out on others like me to satisfy your hunger for blood. Well I glad you showed because you'll satisfy my hunger to kill off a wannabe hero. Makes me feel I'm killing off a government dog. So...let's see how you do against us! Sun started to change as his skin became orange and scaly like a hybrid dragon as his guard with impenetrable skin and his other guard got ready for a right.

Glitch pressed the side of his headpiece and called upon another machine to help. In the back of the HQ, the ground opened up as 6 things launched out and started flying towards the site where Glitch was standing and waited as help was on the way. Well them my friend. You're going to find out what I'm truly capable of. Sun smiled as his palm pointed towards the line of cars on the other side of the street and released stream of popping waves until it reached the cars causing everything in that area to explode. Have you ever seen living combustion...if not....let's give you a crash course.

The news team was just showing up to the sight of the screaming as Rey had his drone attack the guard and started his repulsor ray blasts at Sun while both were attacking and evading each other, causing property damage as the Rey's summoning was eye view away and ready to join the battle.
