Appearance

Kyles eyes stayed red for a few seconds, then returned to normal at the sounds of Edens worried voice. Kyle seemed dazed for a few moments, then Kyle cleared his head.

"Ye-yea no I'm fine Eden,"Kyle said trying to laugh it off"I did say some stuff has.....come up. Its complicated and I don't fully understand it myself but I mean.....I have it under control right now. I'm sorry for scaring you."

Kyle was about to hug Eden, when he too saw what Cupid was looking at. A pair of glowing blue eyes, from the bushes. Kyle looked directly at it and kept his breathing in check.

"Yea I see it. Don't shout, don't move fast. Little Flower, stay behind me. Ill protect you. Cupid.....yea your right we really aren't in fighting shape. But Eden is here and I wont let her be harmed. So lets put one last load in reserve, but I don't know.....If whatever that is wanted to fight it would have already attacked. Lets wait and see."

Kyle kneeled and held a hand out.

"Hi. My name is Kyle,"Kyle said to the eyes,"Wanna come out and introduce yourself? Your scaring my friend over here."

Cupid nodded and sighed with relief that someone else was seeing what he was seeing. He felt like he had lost it for a second there. He moved to be more beside Kyle his wings curling somewhat so that if he had to use them as a defense he could. He still felt drained. That and he did not know how likely he was to blacking out and having his demon side take over.

Anubis tilted his head and stood he walked out from his hiding spot. In that moment he decided to be more like his current avatar. The jackal walked forward and sniffed Kyles hand. Large ears quivering as he watched the group. He then backed away and sat down head titling while ears remained pricked forward. The thin whip like tail wagged once as if showing he wasn't going to attack. He wiggled his nose as he inhaled the scents of all three.

Hearing Enyo out, Zuy responded I see.....I've only lost control once....when my mother was killed off by my father's brother...a city was half destroyed from the fight between my father's brother and myself. So...I'm very aware to know what it's like to feel pain. and Royal Family.....I guess you can say it's just a title now after we have been removed. Once you've taken hold of the scepter they rule the world I'm from. Mount Olympus....it's another planet? he asked.

I'm passionate about my people.....the pride of my family....I never got the chance to defeat my father's brother.....so after killing the only person that truly cared for me...I'm on a mission to grow in power to remove and eliminate him from existence. he said. Chuckling "Tito don't want thank yous from you. He did it because he wanted to and is expected....you're his teammate and thank yous are not needed when he does what he's suppose to do by helping you." she said. "And...I don't like that you scared me but it's fine since you're okay now.... She said coming around to lay in the bed with him by laying on the edge "Why did you leave anyway?"

Tito stared on for a moment a little confused about what Omega was saying. It seemed that the new Omega is not the one talking to them but it was Michael or...the other name he went by. Tito still didn't trust so easily and took in all that was said So you're telling me that you rid yourself of the other guy? How the hell do I know that this is not some split personality shit where neither one knows what the other is doing? Tia....or...Cammy...be careful...how do we know he's just putting on an act here? He said as she was hugging him. So you're telling me you're not involved with that Phoenix group? You're on our side now? A moment ago, you you had that look as if you were about to dig in Enyo's ass ones you got up and was in fighting stance. Those eyes looked like you wanted a fight. But...that other weird bastard that came from nowhere to get Enyo, stopped you from going through with fighting Enyo. I honestly don't know what the hell is going on here but I feel like with all of this drama and personal journeys everyone is on, we all are nothing but a bit ball of rubberbands that we have to take off bit by bit to get the fully understanding.....it's giving me a headache...

Omega hugged Tia back. It was more that he was happy to be back than anything, but he was glad someone recognized him. When she mentioned him having a nephew, an eyebrow raised.

"Oh yeah you were pregnant by Miles. I bet that was fun." Omega commented. As he interacted with Cambria, Sigma approached to embrace Omega until Tito spoke up. Sigma paused at his words, he did have a point.

"You're right. I was about to get a few licks in when I realized she was fighting me for something I didn't personally do.... And for your other questions." Omega backed away from Cambria and looked over his suit with a serious expression. "The reason I'm here is to inform you of my leave from Conspiracy. And to announce that I will be leading Phoenix." Omega said to those present. Sigma then suddenly teleported next to Omega and held his hand.

"Really?" Sigma asked as she had just got him back.

Kyle stood slowly and took a step back. Kyle crossed his arms and sighed.

"Hey Eden, can we have pets in here? I feel kinda bad that this...thing is just out here. Its obviously not a normal animal but I Cant help but wonder if-,"Kyle said stopping mid sentence when he looked at Eden.

Eden looked slightly alarmed, slightly pissed, at the same time as she looked at him.

"Hey Little Flower, are you ok?"

Cambria looked at him surprised. "And why would you do that? We saved you and trained you as much as we could. And you want to throw it all away? You have family here and you don't even seem to care that Shiver was killed. You told her right before that thing took over that you were in love with her and now you act like she didn't matter at all? I feel our bond back but you are changed Michael and I don't think I like you very much."Cammy looked at him as if he were breaking her heart and then she turned to go inside.

Shiver

Shiver was dancing every night and she was making friends. She had her own place and it was small and cozy. She was truly happy although the thought that she was a lot more than just a dancer was something she couldn't shake. What that something was she had no idea. She spent her days working and her late evenings on the beach. She had even gone on a couple of dates although none of them panned out to be anything more than friends on a date.

Cupid blinked and looked at Eden when she said the canine was the Egyptian God of death he looked at the jackal then back at Eden. "Uhm...are you sure. I mean it looks abnormal sure bu-" Cupid was cut off when the jackal switched avatars to the human shape. Alec took eden's hand and kissed it. "A pleasure. In this form I am known as Alec" he grinned at an open mouth Cupid.

"I would not object to a cup of coffee" aimed at Kyle with a head tilt. "Since you were so keen on keeping me as a pet"

Cupid shut his mouth and shook his head. "I'm...im going inside" he headed inside the hq and straight to his room to lie down.

Cal nodded then looked at her. "I guess it was too much for me...I needed a break, but I took to long of one" he looked down. "Then maybe I could've helped..." he shook his head and looked back at Zoe. "I was stupid. Forgive me?" he meant that. He felt like he made bad decisions and now things happened that he might have been able to help with.

Kyle didn't flinch away from the stare from the God of death. Kyles eyes flashed a crimson red for a moment, and a voice inside of his head yelled at him to blast him away for touching Eden. Kyle sighed out loud and realized that he might have a slight jealousy problem. Also Kieran was aware of this and will try to goad Kyle into being rash. He had to get Kieran under control. Kyle walked over to Eden and held her hand.

"Dude cmon i thought you were like.....a dog or whatever. That isn't fair. I would have taken care of you, and like fed you and taken you for teleporting walks. And i mean sure i think we have coffee somewhere....I think. I'm not a huge coffee drinker."

Kyle watched Cupid walk away.

"Soooooooooo...Anu, I am guessing probably your here to either to kill me or Cupid right? Porbbaly me because i pretty much died not even an hour ago right? Or is it cupid because he went full on vader and became Demon?"

Kyle let go of Edens hand, teleported inside, then teleported back outside with a mug in eatch hand.

"We don't have coffee but we do got kool aid. Its cherry flavor.......so um here," Kyle said offering a mug to Anubis and gesturing to Eden they can share his.

Alec raised a brow and shook his head. Mortals. Then Kyle guessed he was here to take the split one and himself to his realm. He shook his head again. "No. I only intercome of humanity as a whole is at stake. I'm on vacation...I'm here to observe." he looked at Eden. "Are you also here to take a break or were you banished?" he held a look of curiosity and had an accent. One that was not fully characteristic of his avatar but that seemed to be fine. "And is the shape you hold your most current avatar?" he focused back on Kyle when he vanished and reappeared with a mug. He tilted his head and sampled it before making a face. "This tastes mostly of sweetness." he plucked a few blades of grass and seemed to focus for what seemed to be the length of time it took to blink and soon held a pile of dust. He sprinkled it into his drink and sipped. "Better...thank you mortal."

Omega displayed a look of anger on his face. He always seemed to butt heads with Cambria, and right now was no exception.

"You think I don't care about her dying?! Maybe if I acted like an emotional train wreck, you'd be happier! She's dead. That's what happens to everyone and you have to learn to accept that. And we're gonna bring bonds up... we barely have any. If anything, I have a closer bond with those in Phoenix. That's why I'm doing this! Half of them wouldn't last a week out in the regular world! I'm giving them something I never had. A guide. A leader. Now get out of my way so I can get my things..." Omega said before walking towards the HQ. "Sigma." Omega called so she could come with him to help. She teleported by his side.

Kyle sipped his mug in one hand, and held Edens hand in the other. Kyle stared directly into the eyes on Anubis, never flinching or swaying.

"So your the Egyptian God of Death...gotta say I expected a lot more. Although honestly, I guess just being a God is not a standard to me, since my girlfriend is a goddess."

Kyle squeezed Edens hand slightly.

"So I need to ask. Back there...with Cupid and I.....was that you? Who saved us I mean. Because last thing I remember-,"Kyle said glancing at Eden then looking back at Anubis,"Well.....I was attacked by my.....by Phantom, then I nearly died, Cupid trying to save me, then I go all screwy in the head, Cupid goes demon mode and I am falling. How did you save us?"

Anubis sipped more of his drink and tilted his head. "I'm more terrifying when I'm dragging people to their fate" the way he said it made it clear it wasn't a joke..or was it? Is Anubis capable of making jokes?
He set the mug down and focused on Kyle. "Is that the name of the split one? I have to say it suites him." he blinked. "I caught you." he blinked again. "You are not exactly heavy." he cracked his knuckles. "I could show you if you wish mortal." he called every mortal mortal...probably because he deals with dead people on a daily basis when not on break.

Kyles eyes flashed Crimson, he tensed his shoulders, then relaxed. Kyle shuddered slightly at the fact that every time his blood gets to start boiling, he has to forcibly calm himself down, in fear that Kieran will come out.

"I would love for you and me to go head to head, but I've already worried Little Flower here enough, trying to fight a God of death might actually make her kill me."

Kyle laughed a little out loud at the thought.

"By the way.....feeling your presence now, it kinda makes me feel like I've felt you around before. Have you been sneaking around Conspiracy? Or in a town a little bit away from here?"

Anubis crossed his arms. "I was not going to fight you....I was going to show you how I caught you. The split one is the one I made unconscious." he tilted his head and looked between the two. "And I have been exploring. Mortals have come far...it is always entertaining to experience the extent." he seemed to have a far away like for a moment before he focused once more.

"Even though I have been forgotten I do still favor mortals. It is part of the reason I come here." he picked up the mug and seemed to have that look again before he looked at Kyle. "I only kill if mortals as a whole are threatened." he seemed to look through Kyle and directly at his soul for a moment. It was a look that many would find unnerving...though it is more terrifying in his true form.

Kyle shuddered on the inside from The God of Deaths stare, but stayed cool and didn't blink on the outside. Kyle thought that the way Anubis was looking at him was weird, but he couldn't let him show it.

"Well let me tell you An, you have done a great job with that. I mean how many threats, super and just plain human, have threatened humanity as a hole? I mean shit my own brother.....,"Kyle said pausing for a moment,"either way with that doesn't matter. I mean I appreciate you saving me and Cupid, but why appear now? And why to Cupid and I?"

Anubis seemed to think for a moment. "I do not walk the earth at all times. I am part of the underworld most of the time then I get a break for a time. It isn't long to me..." he tilted his head. "And by mortals as a whole I mean every single one. I am what you would consider neutral. I don't intervene often." he looked up for a moment. "But that mans statements were not ones I take idly. I cannot let him complete his task." he refocused on Kyle. "I believe the one you call phantom is the same one I must stop. His soul was not good...and an extra evil God would tip the balance...it would be choas" he rolled his shoulders. "As for why you and why Cupid...you are not evil...your corrupted by the other within..which is an interesting situation. And Cupid...he is of two halves...his soul is both evil and good...which is not a usual occurance. His souls strains between the two and at some point one half may gain control. If it is the evil half...then he will have to be killed" he then paused. "I do not choose when I walk this realm."

Nodding in understanding, Kyle sighed gently. He sipped the last of his drink then teleported his mug into the kitchen. Kyle stood impatient, tapping his foot. Then looked nervously at Eden when Anubis the corruption inside him.

"Yea well....My issues are something new. Phantom is an old issue. How would he even become a God in the first place. I know he has always wanted to be the strongest but this isn't an anime. Just wanting to be stronger and training doesn't give you god like status. Your Egyptian, and you Egypt times have always been funky with the supernatural. Do you have any clue on how he would do it?"

Kyle shuffled his feet nervously.

"Also...all this God speak.....what are the other Gods saying about this whole situation? I mean they can't just be sitting on their thumbs!

Zuy noticed that his words were upsetting her. He never dealt with so much mixture of emotions and nodded in understanding about the dimension comment for Olympus. He was intrigued with wanting to know what Olympus was like. Visiting other worlds, he had a fascination in seeing new and other cultures. Zuy simply followed Enyo I apologize if my words were unsympathetic....perhaps....our lack of compassion is the major flaw I have...I do not mean to upset you further. he responded. What are you about to do?

Listening to Cal's reasons, she was understanding how he was feeling as the pressure of the HQ and the problems could take it's toll to the point that it would be too hard to bare. She felt bad for him and wished she could've done something earlier to comfort him "Cally.....don't beat yourself up about it. things happen....I mean....you're looking at a girl who posed on the toilet for youtube for pervs and the like....the best we can do is grow from it...." She said, leaning in and without thinking kissed his cheek. She just realized what she did "Shit!...uh...eh....sorry.....I don't know where that came from...."

Tito listened to Omega's explanation but then his eyes widen hearing that he was still joining Phoenix. Watching Cambria's reaction of sadness, Tito noticed Sigma leaving with him. That caused him to call out to her. So you're switching sides too, Sig? he asked her wondering what her intentions were.
