I've already had a good cry an Nibbles is old 12 and was abandoned as a puppy in the dorms when I rescued her and had a better life than she might have. She's not in pain and still wants to show me her love, you can't ask for more than that.

Thanks all for your concern an don't worry over much, I live on a ranch with 63 horses, 16 donkeys, 30 cats and 8 dogs. This environment has taught me several times over that such things can be endured and to remember those furry friends I've known as fond memory and to grieve briefly less it spoil the past.

LOL Now I'm starting to sound like I've had too many courses in Philosophy which my masters in the subject fair shouts "True"

@RumikoOharaI grew up with dogs and lizards and turtles, I wanted to be a zoologist, and I worked at a dog kennel for 2 years. I have the biggest soft spot for animals tbh. Just know we understand if you ever need time or help on anything. Glad she's not in pain and still her old self.

@poohead189 I think Ro'kun is hilarious. He professes to be such a ladies man but really he is just more of a large clueless kid. Shiver is the more laid back of the two sisters, she got that from her dad who was also quite funny. Her sense of humor is much more obvious than Tia's and she loved playing with him at the pool. I think there will be a lot more interaction with these two.

@Rumikoohara I'm glad to hear Nibbles is still acting her normal self. In 2003 I adopted my best friend and he was perfect for me. He protected me and did everything I could have asked but most of all he was my Tucker. In 2007 when he was 4 my neighbor's kid threw a plastic ball at him and hit him with it. Tucker attacked the ball and tore it to pieces and he ended up eating some of it. He aspirated on it and acid got in his lungs and the plastic gave him blood poisoning. He had two surgeries in 3 days. My poor dog suffered more than I can describe without tears. He died the day after Christmas. The whole thing took 5 days from beginning to end. I am happy you have some time with your girl before she leaves. *hugs*
