Here's the concept stuff for the villain I've been thinking on. I'm not saying use them right now, I'm just creating them and leaving them open for use if you like the idea. Throw me some feedback, I'm tough - I can take it!

The Scourge

Bio: Caesar came from a family of an English pastor and pastorswife in Japan during the 1880's. However, when his parents were killed by the Yakuza, he vowed to bring peace to the world forever. His means of accomplishing peace, however, were far from pure. After he discovered his regenerative abilities e trained for years and years and learned Ninjitsu, Krav Maga, Kung Fu, and Taekwondo. His abilities allow him to be a master of stealth and he can moved virtually silently across a room. His senses give him a better awareness of his surroundings, so he is a deadly fighter.

He formed the Scourge as an elite organization to cleanse the world of evil by any means necessary.

The Scourge: The Scourge exists for one reason - world peace. They have been around for nearly 110 years, and they have influenced the behind-the-scenes actions of many world conflicts, such as the Treaty of Versailles. The Scourge was there when the US Government declared war against Germany in World War 1. They were there when the Berlin Wall was torn down.

They use war to accomplish peace. Peace is necessary at all costs. Whether it takes the simple assassination of an American President, or the slaughter of thousands of Japanese by the bomb fired from the US. Caesar sees mortals as lesser creatures and could care less if they are harmed as he fights for peace. Anyone who stands in his way is a heathen.

Every member of the Scourge Carries:
- Main Weapon (Nunchuck, Sword, Staff, Bow)
- Shuriken Stars
- A dagger on their belt

They Are Trained in:
- Stealth
- Torture
- Politics
- Firearms (Only as a last resort)

I'm confused about some of the rules. Like the camp rules, and being the child of a god or titan. I'm so confused I thought magic wasn't allowed. That also it was a compound not a camp.

Um I'm also curious if the power of temporary biological assimilation is allowed. I get if not, just curious.

I would say no to the biological assimilation because it allows copying of other people and there is also no magic allowed. I feel that those things give too much advantage to the user.

They are all living in a huge HQ the description is in the first post in the OOC and in the IC. It is a large compound 25 miles outside the city.
