As if the school had pre-decorated the rooms to each student's liking, even though they have no obvious way of knowing what it is the students would like. Say, they use a bedspread in their favourite colour or whatever. Just enough to make the student pause and think "Wait, how did they know that?"

As for your second question, I think I mentioned that they were flown in if they were too far away for ground travel. In your case she was probably brought in on the train or in a private vehicle.

Well, the logical course of action would be to go to her dorm and, since the campus is huge, there's not much reason (or time) to go exploring right now. ^_^ Plenty of time after the speech for that!

Why not? A lovely amphitheatre, maybe even an orchestra. A stage theatre? Pretty much whatever. I can put some other notable locations in the "Notable Locations"

Joker can go pretty much wherever he wants, but he'll be stronger (and likely more comfortable) closer to his human.

He can also choose whether to be tangible (able to interact with people and the environment) or intangible (able to pass through shit but touch nothing)

@Cenco Think it's fair to say that the further they are from their human, the harder it is to remain tangible? And that they can still physically interact with their human and other guardians regardless of tangibility?
