Once Stone spoke up, Brian could finally let out a sigh of relief. Apparently they had done everything right, the bomb had been defused and did not pose any type of threat anymore. Brian got up and helped clearing the few remaining enemies, shortly after Shima left them, having sustained some type of injury. Agent Flint checked their surroundings, there was no exit but the stairs they had come from.

"What now Stone?" He asked his fellow agent. "Should we go back to the others?"

"Woods move over!"

A sudden horror of realization crossed his face when he finally notices the low but escalating hum from behind.
Quickly, he switched his position and skidded aside to the opposite direction. A hot, searing bullet scaped by his skin by an inch. However, from earlier his few seconds of distraction caused Jayden to get another sharp, deep slice through his chest. "Agh!" Jayden yelped, clutching his chest from the sudden pain.

The thief took the chance and pounced and then gave a twirl of her weapon before driving her weapon foward.
Jayden gave a long, tired sigh. Today, was suppose to be a good day and he had many fucks to give. It had gone well till now. Now, he had zero. Which is disappointing and sad. But it helps him to get through shit like this. He dropped his weapon to the floor and waited for the thief to close in. He scanned briefly before he finally approached his decision.

'There.'

He seeked the opportunity and leapt. The sudden movement gave the woman a moment of shock, which is a bonus to his books, and swung his fist. Hard. Against the upper left side of her head.

Her head and neck gave a sharp whiplash before she went down.

"Thank you for nothing." He sneered before he headed off.
Along the way he picked up his weapon and walked in time to catch a glance of Agent Jones struggling with a man on top of her.

He turned his head sideways and angle his arm while drawing back his hatchet and he let it rip. His hatchet rounded towards his target and sunk it's blade onto the man's back. 'Bingo.'

Emma grinned when she saw Agent Woods coming up behind the man. The man looked confused for a moment as he continued to struggle with her before Agent wood's hatchet entered his back and he let out a yell of pain. Emma pushed his now limp body off of her before quickly going over to the railing and shooting the enemies on the other side right as the stasis ran out. They were still pointing their weapons down, so it was relatively easy to pick them off. She turned to her fellow agent and said, "Thanks Woods." with a smile. "Now, I think we're done here." she said. Just after she said that, a woman's voice announced, "Congratulations, you have successfully completed training mission B12, level A difficulty. We will now remove you from the simulation."

The remaining agents were removed from the simulation. The scenery of the base turned to a huge room of blue and across the way, the agents who had been very far apart could now see each other. Emma removed the helmet she had been wearing and gave a thumbs up to her fellow agents. @Zorogami@Overlord24

She then walked out and into the observation room. Lucas walked up to her and said, "Nice going, now if only you could apply yourself to actual missions in the same way."
"You're talking too much again, Lucas."
"Ah, sorry..."
"It's alright." she said, but what her brother had said was true. If that hadn't had been a simulation, she would have acted very differently. "Anyway, where's your cast?" she asked, noticing that he wasn't wearing it anymore.
"I got Aya to take it off for me." Lucas said.
"..." Emma narrowed her eyes at her twin seeing that he was withholding information from her. "Why?" she asked.
"I've got someplace to go tomorrow. The cast would have been a burden." Lucas explained, not lying, but being pretty vague. He didn't want her to try to come with him, for it would be dangerous.
"Hm... Alright then. Be careful." Emma said and smiled at him before leaving the room and heading down the hall to the living quarters. Little did he know, she was totally planning on following him.

Avary pulled off his training VR helmet, stupid thing always gave him helmet hair.

"Emma! You know if the next mission is going to be VR or for real?" Avary asked walking over to Emma, he may be a soloist, but Emma was a good squad leader for her troops.

"Hmmm? ... Hm... Beats me Mu- ehem, Avary." Emma said, her mind still partially in mission mode. "Training, probably. Nothing much has been happening as of late. I'm not a fortune teller though, could be a mission!" she said. "All depends on what the geezer up top wants to handle things." she said, smiling and knowing all too well that the IAPA agents in the security room heard that and were probably laughing their butts off. "I'll be seeing you then," she said as she arrived at the entrance to the rank B living area. "Gonna take a rest. Later." she said before walking in. Instead of going into the girls' room to sleep, she stretched out on the couch in front of the TV to read some manga. Being demoted to Rank B hadn't changed her lifestyle at all. Though why would it?

All of our agents returned to the base. All of them had the chance to hang out and organize their affairs before having dinner and being sent back to their living quarters for curfew.

Dawn Of The Next Day

Emma, like usual, had woken up laying face down on the floor. This was the reason she always slept on the bottom bunk even though it looked a lot more fun on top. If she slept up there, she'd most likely get hurt from fall damage. She yawned before pushing herself up and tying a change of clothes around her neck like a cape. She then walked out and sat on the couch before grabbing the remote and turning on the TV. As the first one awake, it was her job to wake everyone else up. She turned up the volume on the TV until it was painfully loud, from her perspective which was right in front of the TV. She covered her ears and waited for everyone to wake up. Alternatively, she could go around whacking everyone with a pillow. Why not just shake them awake like a normal person? Who does that?! What a ridiculous thing to propose.



Lucas woke up and yawned before getting out of bed. He had a long day ahead of him, going to Area 7 and all. He noticed that he was the first one up. He began to gently shake his fellow agents to wake up. He could have sworn that he heard the morning news faintly as he was doing this. "Damn, Emma. Back at it again with the TV..." he said with a sigh. Classic Emma... he thought, shaking his head.

Avary followed Emma over to the couch, putting on a sarcastic flirty face, "What Emma? Am I getting you flustered, is it my boyish charm? Or my soulful eyes? Or, is it my devilishly handsome looks?"
Next Day
"UUGH!" Avary yawned getting out of bed, no, this is the couch in the A rank commons, Emma's habits were rubbing of on him. He got up and saw Emma's brother, Lucas, shaking people awake.
"HEY! LUCAS! How ya doing?" Avary said walking over to him.

Brian Flint - After the Simulation

The world around him started to unload, looking a lot like a buggy videogame for a few seconds. When the process was done, Brian "awakened" wearing his VR helmet, the mission had been a success. As he took the gadget off, he couldn't help but smile. He had done pretty well, at least in his opinion, managing to defuse the bomb in a very small window of time. Brian hoped his superiors had taken notice of his work, after all he wanted to be an A-rank agent one day.

His fellow agents moved out of the simulation chamber, some to the dorms, others directly to dinner. Brian could feel his stomach grumbling, even simulations made you tired and crave food. He turned the corner and followed the corridor to the canteen. "Oh yes, Pasta Carbonara!" Brian exclaimed, cheerful to see one of his favorite dishes being served. He ate alone, there weren't many agents around either way, and made his way back to the dorms. Of course, Agent Jones was sitting on the couch, doing her usual thing. "Hey, you did good out there boss" Brian commented as he entered the shower room. A few hours later, Brian finally fell asleep listening to his ipod.

The next Morning

Agent Flint was just finishing brushing his teeth when the TV volume went from extremely loud to extremely painful. He had gotten used to Jones' shenanigans, and had started using his own alarm clock to get up a few minutes before she did her thing. There was nothing worse to having to wake up to loud TV noises. After getting ready, he entered the living room and sat down next to Emma. "You know" he started saying with a smile "One of these days, someone is gonna whack you for waking us up like this".

"Morning, Avary. I'm doing much better, thanks." Lucas said as he accidentally pulled Agent Jackson out of bed. "...Oops. ... Anyway, what did you think of yesterday's training?" he asked, trying to make conversation.

Emma looked over at Brian when he sat down next to her. She saw his mouth moving, but she couldn't hear any words due to the loud TV and the way she was covering her ears. "WHAT?!" she shouted, just barely audible over the volume. "YOU SHOULD PROBABLY COVER YOUR EARS SITTING THIS CLOSE TO THE TV! IT COULD DAMAGE YOUR HEARING!" she said.

Aya then came in and leaned against the wall. In her hand, she was holding a remote. She pressed the power button on the remote, turning off the loudest TV in the base. Though the remote also turned off any other TVs that were on, and any TVs that were off were turned on. "Hm~ Much better." she said with her classic smile.
"Aya... People are still asleep!"
"Then let me help."
Aya proceeded to pull out two rectangular devices. She pressed the buttons on them before chucking them each into the different rooms and then gesturing for the two teens in front of her to cover their ears. Emma quickly re-covered her ears before extremely loud yelling came from both rooms.

"GET YOUR BLOOMIN' BUTTS UP BEFORE I MAKE YA DO THIRTY THOUSAND PUSHUPS UNTIL YOUR ARMS FALL OFF AND YOU'LL REALLY WANT TO BE SLEEPIN'. TRUST ME, IT'LL BE ON A DAY SO HOT YOU'LL WISH YOU WERE IN A FURNACE DOING..."

the recording would continue on and on spouting ridiculous punishments until everyone was awake and no sleep signatures could be read.

Aya had gotten Agent Minx to record this in a voice that was much more likely to wake the kids up than the morning installment of "Cooking With Cain" on the news.
"Ehhh, I think we'll stick to the news." Emma shouted over the voice. Though Aya had already left the room. Apparently, she only wanted to test the super loud recording devices out. Typical Aya.

"It was pretty good, and people are going to hit you for shaking them awake, or in Jackson's case, pulling them, your sister's habits are rubbing of on you." Avary then heard a loud booming voice yelling punishments, Aya. "Sorry Lucas, better go see what Aya's got her pants in a wad over."
Avary then walked over to the B common room, "Oh, hi Emma." Avary said, "I guess Aya left," Then putting on his mock flirtatious face and voice, "So, how you doing today? You still flustered from my good looks?"

It took a bit of time until Brian remembered he had his earplugs in. They protected him from the obnoxiously loud TV, but at the same time they made it impossible to hear what was coming out of Jones' mouth. He tried to read her lips, probably looking weird and maybe even creepy while doing so. All of a sudden, it all went quiet. Brian realized Aya had entered the room, holding the tv remote. He took out his earplugs and enjoyed the calmness surrounding him. That pleasure, however, would be cut short.

When Aya threw some kind of device into the rooms and gestured them to cover their ears, Brian rushed to pop his earplugs back in, just in time to protect himself from an avalanche of loud noises and curses. As he sat there, waiting for the other agents to get ready and get a move on, he wondered what the day might have in store for him.

Adam was just about to get out, until the recording came on and it made him jump out of bed and land on the floor. "Owwwwwwwwwwww..." He grumbled, as he got himself back on his feet. He stumbled out to where everyone was, still sleepy and annoyed. "Why the hell do we still have the recording!?" He yelled to no one in particular as he rubbed his face.

Emma rolled her eyes at the silliness that Avary was displaying. "In your dreams, Muse. I'll be doing great as long as they have waffles for breakfast" she said.

An announcement came on over the PA system.
"Attention all SATU Agents, we've got an announcement for ya." Agent Minx said over the PA system.
"Starting today, I've been asked to give you all 'training' with the weapons and gadgets I make. There was a small accident earlier this week, so I kinda have to now. Everyday, if you don't have a mission in the morning, report to the Helix Ward and Agent Minx and I will teach you a thing or two. It'll be real quick!"
"Doncha be late, or we'll summon the great lord goomy to eat yer souls- OW! Goshdarnit Aya!"
"Disregard that." Aya said.

Adam listened to the announcement from Minx and Aya. He would have paid money to see the 'accident', would have been hilarious. He turned around to find Lucas, seeing if they should hold of the unofficial mission they had planned or continue with it regardless. He poked his head around the corner to talk to him. "Does that include us?" Adam asked, oblivious to his humorous bed hair and tired eyes.

"Hm... Most likely. Though hopefully it'll end sooner rather than later." Lucas said. Aya said it would be quick, but she had managed to leave out the time. As if on cue,

"Well it looks like Aya forgot to tell you guys what time you should be there. Kinda hard to justify feeding ya to the goom if you don't know when you're late. Starts at 9:30, see you then."

"But alas, I have already sold my soul to to the king of breakfast foods who calleths upon me." Emma said. "Anyway, you think Aya will let us use the 'dangerous weapons' she won't let us touch?" she asked.

Brian was quiet throughout the announcement and the little conversation that ensued between Emma and Avary. Being a bit of a tinkerer himself, he was interested in finding out what the lab had come up with for the agents. Nothing was more fun for Brian than testing out new toys he could hopefully use in the field for his advantage. There was still a lot of time left til 9.30, but the announcement had made him too anxious.

"Well guys" he started saying as he got up "it seems I have a little date with whatever they cooked up in the lab. I'll see you there once you catch up?" Brian didn't wait for an answer, and bolted out of the room in the direction of the lab. He would try to get in early, hoping to be the first who got to test the new toys.

"Very well," Emma said with a chuckle. "Alright, see you Brian." she said, waving to him as he left. "Now, I'll see you later Avary.I must prepare for the day ahead" she said before rushing off towards the showers, her makeshift cape flowing in the wind. She did wonder about the accident that made Aya have to teach them about weapons.

Aya smiled as she drew lines on a slab of metal in the shape of a box while humming. She was about to test out the lazer cannon, which was supposed to be a stronger and easier version of the beam cannon. She hummed a cheery tune as she finished up the little box and moved over behind the weapon.

"Bye Emma!" Avary yelled waving to the slightly older girl as she left. "Better race Brian down to the labs to see what Emma's cousin had cooked up.
He ran down to the labs, and strolled in. "Hello my good ma'am," Avary said mockingly to Aya, "What'cha got for us to play with today?"

"Why hello there Avary." Aya said as she adjusted the device. She pressed a button and it began firing a series of shots into the metal, staying within the perimeter of the box. She'd test the other settings later. So far everything looked good. She turned to the boy who had entered. "Hmmm? You want a sneak peek or something?" she asked.
