I was wondering if this super power would be okay or needs to be toned down. Im in the process of creating my character but before I finished it, I wonder if you could comment on anything that needs to be fixed before i sent it in.

Uriel is the wielder of perhaps the most unflashy set of superpowers, holding the power of enchanced intelligence, being a league above his peers since he was young. He is officially classified as a category 6 metahuman by his base power of enchanced intelligence, as what can science do that is entirely harmful without flashy ray powers to go along with it? As none of his intelligence and abilities can be classified as truly 'destructive' by themselves along with being technically contained within him so yeah... loopholes!
With his enchanced intelligence, Uriel seems to be given an understanding of mathematics in which comes naturally to him. Able to quickly perform mathematics and calculate the result of all information that is filtered through him with a slight margin of error, rechecking his results almost every time to conclude that his results are correct. Also coming along with a generally superior memory to rely off of than other people and with a literal sense of an encyclopedic knowledge on biological and chemical science.
While initially a useless power against more flashier metahumans, he makes it up for pure intellect which can be dangerous in the right situation. Besides from simply just being smart, which would make him a genius and not a metahuman, he also wields the ability of Hypercognition, which allows him to have multiple thought process in his head running at the same time. Able to simultaneously run up to around 20 mental processes running at the same time before deteriorating in efficiency at that point after on. Besides of hypercognition, he also has a surprising amount of mental control over his body and brain specifically, capable of slowing down his perception of time by accelerating his senses. Allowing his senses to process information at such speeds that time appears to have slowed down, allowing them to perceive what would normally be moving too fast and respond accordingly. Burning a considerable amount of calories and stamina at the same time, making it tedious to use often in short burst or tiring in long durations. By also prompting his brain to do certain actions as well also give him an addition region of abilities to control that are limited to his body, such as activating an adrenaline rush or suppression of the nervous system and many more functions he can control as well from his brain.
