Race: 50% Caucasian 50% Hispanic
Country of Origin: Havana, Cuba
Fluent Languages: English and Spanish
ProfessionalEducation: High School Diploma and Police Academy training.
Previous Employment (Past 10 years): Detective Sergeant for 8 years and a private investigator for the past the two.
Weapon Training: Yes or No, if Yes please list weapons. Yes, I have standard police training in the use of small firearms such as pistols and revolvers. I also have training in the uses of shotguns and bolt action firearms. I once took a minor S.W.A.T course many years and learned how to use automatic weapons and grenades, although may be a little rusty in that specific area.
Other Notable Talents: Hacking, Interrogation, Spelunking, anything you think will be of use to our unit. I have been a cop for many years and have I am one of the best in my precinct in the San Francisco Police Department. I enjoy solving puzzles and looking for clues. Sounds like Scooby Doo but I was the one who busted a major drug ring and unraveled more than 20 keys of Cocaine. I'd like to see that in a Hannah-Barbera cartoon. I am not afraid to get my hands dirty. If I am needed to use physical force in an interrogation then I'll do it but I draw the line with women, children and the disabled. I have no fear when it comes to exploration and I will do my best to protect my unit (considering they are not dicks). My keen eye will be of great use to the unit and I have the initiative to figure out how to get myself out of dire situations. My tío would read many books to me when I was a child. The subject of history would bewilder me in wonderment and thanks to my tío, I have a basic understanding of history.
Personality EvaluationList Three (3) Likes: Puzzles, stories and long walks.
List Three (3) Dislikes: Idiotic people, racial marks towards Hispanics and fish (the taste of fish, I don't mind the animal itself).
Tell Us About Yourself: I was born in Havana, Cuba in 1979. My mother gave birth to me after being impregnated by a random one night stand. The white bastard didn't even bother saying goodbye and he left Cuba and my pregnant mother. My mother had to get out of the country so she got me and herself smuggled out of Cuba and into USA; San Francisco to be more specific. My mother grew up on the streets of Havana and she knew the dangers, so she went to great lengths to get me out. She had a brother living in San Francisco, so we stayed there.
I lived in the poor side of both SF and poverty for many years. I have seen dangers and weird moments on those streets. It pushed me to be a cop because my mother would cry at the sound of injustice, whether it be a gunshot, mugging or gang war. I joined the police academy at 18 and spent 2 years working my way through to be a part of the police force. I spent a couple of years being a patrol officer on the streets before I got picked up to be a detective. My ingenuity caught the eye of some higher ups and I got bumped up to detective. This made some former classmates from the academy jealous and I also got picked on by the senior detectives because I was "pre-mature". This strove me to prove them wrong and shut their mouths up when I managed to bust a major serial killer that was slitting throats of women at a local college campus. The seniors never spoke crap about me again but I should now call them "equals" after being made detective sergeant.
I left after my mother got killed in the crossfire of a gang war. I wanted vengeance but the department wouldn't give it to me and they wouldn't put me on the case because I was too personal with it. I left to become a Private Investigator and extract my own vengeance. I did a couple a small cases here and there to keep financially safe but after two years I managed to track down the group of men who killed my mother. Unfortunately I also found out they were killed in a gang war as well. I wasted two years of my life tracking down corpses and I now have nothing to show for it. I didn't want to return to the SFPD. I needed a new chapter and this job as 'Time Agent' is perfect.
The only other thing I can tell you is that you make a big mistake if you turn me down...amigo.
