(Silver Carrot, what have you done? >XD )
Amber widened her eye's in disbelief as she watched her most powerful attack get backhanded into the sky, her power level quickly lowered back down to 80,000. she was slowly gasping for air as she slightly glared at the being who appeared before them, she then grit her teeth, not that she was angry about him deflecting her attack, well actually she was absolutely livid about that, but what really made her mad was that this being had the audacity to tell her to leave, and in a way say that she wasn't a true warrior!, this guy had crossed the line.
"whoa-whoa-whoa, what's going on here?! who's the monkey?! and the hell does he think he's doing telling me to back down from a fight" Amber said as she vanished from her spot in the air and appeared a two meters behind the being to his right
"I'm going... to assume were on the same side here.... even through you just stopped my attack.... but considering the fact you haven't mindlessly attacked me...., I'm going to let that slide.... and sorry...., but I'm not leaving....., a True warrior never backs down when they can still fight....." Amber said through gasps for breath with a slight grin to the guy with white hair as she got into fighting stance while she kept her eye's on Iron Arm
"you know......., I bet I would've destroyed scrap arm over there...., if you let my attack hit him..." Amber said with a light chuckle to the new stranger

Inside Maximus's training room, the gravity was amped up to 600 G's, he was the only being in the room, aside from Cell clone lying at his feat, destroyed, Maximus's mechanical muscles had steam venting from them violently as he tried to keep himself standing, his muscles were bulging as he strained himself to stay strong, after a few minutes his scanners picked up a power spike reaching 180,000. then 200,000. then another that was too fast to register after the first two, Maximus would have gone to investigate, but that would waste precious time that could be used to better himself to combat the saiyan invasion, his scans indicated that there was no human life signatures for miles so possible harm to civilians would be low if any at all, Maximus then brought himself to his base power at 90,000. but being a machine, his power would be hidden to all organic life forms, even then it was a struggle to stand in 600 times Earths gravity
"I must train... Harder!..." he droned as he walked over to the control panel and typed in commands to bring in another Cell clone
"I must become... Stronger!" Maximus droned as another Cell clone was dropped into the room, it then unfolded and took a fighting stance before it charged at Maximus, it threw a left punch at Maximus and he caught it with his right hand little struggle
"I must become... Faster!" he droned as he crushed the Cell clone hand in his own before he quickly threw a blindingly fast kick that went right threw the cell clones chest, causing it to explode into debris, leaving Maximus standing up strait
"I must... become... Better!" Maximus exclaimed as his aura exploded, his power then increased dramatically, almost uncontrollably, not only did his training room shake violently, the entire facility did, and a few miles away it could be felt as if in was an earthquake, every monitor in the room shattered, the main console and other control panels overloaded and flashed with sparks and electricity as smoke vented from them, the gravity controls went haywire as the lights flickered on and off, the gravity went to highs of over 1000 times earths gravity before shooting right down to 20 times earth gravity faster then the blink of an eye, Maximus's body trembled as his mechanical muscles violently went between being bulked up to normal, the power going trough his systems was overwhelming, he felt that he could push it further, but it was to dangerous, if he kept going, he'd run the risk destroying the lab, his programming told him to keep going, to evolve, to get stronger, even if it meant putting every life inside the lab in jeopardy
'is getting stronger at the cost of a few lives... worth the lives of many in the future?...' Maximus's mind raced over this, programming conflicting with his reason, as his aura blazed violently, erratically as the base's alarms blared
.
Alice was working on something important when her large computer screen on the wall behind her turned off
"huh?.." she turned to look at it with a confused expression, it then began to have electricity jumping around it before it cracked, shattered and exploded, she had shielded herself with her arms before she looked to see smoke venting from it, the ground began room began shaking violently making her grab onto her operation table to keep herself standing
"w-what's going on?!" she asked no one in particular in a somewhat panicked and confused tone as she watched as other electronics in the room begin to malfunction and explode, an alarm began to sound off as any remaining emergency lights turned on and light the halls and rooms with rotating red lights
.
Maximus stood still, his aura ragging uncontrollably, his muscles expanding and contracting erratically, in his head his mind raced faster then the most advance super computers ever created as he made his decision, slowly his muscles stopped bulking up and calmed down, his aura became more controlled, the base stopped shaking and the alarms soon turned off, his base power level was much higher then before, but it still wasn't enough, he could make it higher, he knew he could, but not here, not when civilians could be harmed, as Maximus calmed down, his aura slowly dispersed into nothing, and his muscles slowly bulked down, but they stayed noticeably bigger then before, he didn't notice it until now, but the metal floor beneath him was badly dented in, as well as the ceiling, the gravity generator had overloaded and died, returning the gravity to normal, Maximus's muscles vented for a good tree minutes before they calmed down, he stood there deep in thought, trying to process what just happened
.
Alice, still shaken from the... shaking... slowly let go of the table and went to her computer, she tried typing something in but nothing worked, to her luck a lab mechanic entered her laboratory, she looked to him with some relief
"give me an assessment on the situation..." she asked as she sat in a chair and wiped her forehead
.
"we have system wide power failure, backup generators are shot, and any possible help ifs four hours from here"
.
Alice sighed as she leaned back in her chair with her eye's closed
"and the good news?..." she asked with a little worry
.
"that was the good news..." the mechanic said with a grin
.
"What?! how it that good news?!" Alice exclaimed as she sat up in her seat
.
"I was just kidding!" the mechanic pleaded with his hand up in defence with a worried expression
"we'll have everything up and running within two to three hours"
.
Alice sighed with a slightly angered look
"do we have any idea what caused this?..." she asked with a somewhat curious tone
.
"before everything shutdown, we recorded a power spike from the training rooms, which one exactly we cant say, before we could get a lock on it our systems were fried" the mechanic said as he took out a fried data-pad
.
Alice slowly narrowed her eye's when she heard this then spun in her chair to face her giant broken computer monitor
"I have an idea what happened.... thank you for your assistance... now please go get to work on bringing our systems back online...." Alice said as she tapped her fingers on the end of her chairs arms
.
"right away Dr. Briefs" the mechanic said as he left the laboratory
