Well Kouko has a holy blade xD she has some influence. Not effective as a priestess who can put up barriers, purify dark energy, and put effective spells on demons/spirits but still influence xD

Well we do have a ninja and at least one other character who fights creatures that tend to rely on stealth to escape. I'm assuming that he's probably too good for them to beat while they are protecting someone. If he gets in close with certain characters it should be a better fight. If not then I guess they can always find a few ancient weapons to level up..

Well I believe Raineh's initial argument was about Hanzo. So far the GMing isn't bad, but I think the first boss is so powerful because there wasn't a good hard limit on power levels for characters. Forcing the GM to make Ninja Lu Bu.

Well Idon't think Teamwork will work since the GM did say they aren't ready yet. I'm guessing they aren't powerful enough even together. Remember this was supposed to be a losing battle no matter what. Just teamwork won't be enough.

I'm talking about when they actually get to the final boss battle though. I doubt just one of them will be able to kill Hanzo alone even if they grew as a warrior.

Well I honestly wasn't going to have Hanzo get in close cause I expected the group to be a bit closer to Mizuki. But when they all split apart, he just saw a easy chance to get in close without getting injured. (Since a injured ninja isn't as good since they are speedy too)

Teamwork would probably work if they could outsmart him. But he wasn't the main focus in the battle.

When they get to the final boss, Hanzo actually should be just a decent opponent. Final boss is always a bitch to beat as it should be xD

But yeah, as story progresses, characters are allowed to get special weapons and earn magical abilities. Though limited

Now here comes a more helpful statement. Plenty of complaints but what really happened in IC is the princess and priestess being kidnapped. Akane, Kouko, and Yuki are fighting shadow snakes, and the others seem to be heading to find the princess.

It's okay, migraines suck xD

Basically, Hanami and Asuka were heading to the ruins nearby to fight someone from Asuka's pass who has been possessed by a demon. Mizuki gets captured by the demons shadow and taken there, and Kouko, Akane, Yuki are fighting shadow snakes at the springs

Really all you would need to respond to is fighting some shadowy tendril demons and the Princess being kidnapped by some shadows.
