Yuki WOULD be very effected by her glare, it is a power not just a personality trait, no matter how tough she is she'd be a little scared for a second, enough to distract her

Because clearly that will actually do anything to mitigate what is effectively reflex. This isn't a case of not liking it, it's a case of making her panic. :p

... so it just gets delayed an instant? If it stops an action from happening entirely, that's beyond OP for a power where fighting is involved. >_>

... hell, it sounds terrible anyway, because an unavoidable insta-freeze is guaranteed death.

Its more OP to just stab someone. Even if they are right there. Though the glare probably shouldnt freeze someone. We are at least not in a battle situation and wasnt used to hurt or kill.

And Kaede... Mizuki will have to get back to you on that kill count.. duh duh duh

No the point is it was out of battle, she had all the concentration to muster it entirely against one individual, she had nothing else to distract her, she cant do it in battle, it wouldnt even effect someone like yuki if they were actually fighting but for a peaceful point its doable. Anyway its whatever you decide to do after the moment but for that moment Yuki is paralyzed by fear and Kaede lets go afterwards and moves away

1: I got permission for that post
2: we've all been grabbing characters all the time
3: I literally just said whatever happens after the millisecond she is paralyzed is up to you, I would have deleted my next post if you said Yuki woulda attacked her after that
4: Sudden and unwarranted aggression and guilt tripping is not the way to go?

I do agree the first two arent good if not agreed upon but thats why there is a OOC to calmly communicate "Hey can you not do that I would like to respond to this action" Though walking away isnt so bad since its harder to predict things since this isnt a book.
