Ally "Agent" Estrada

Ally shifted back and forth in the seat of their armored van. She was convinced that Marcus was going to be a far superior driver than her. At least she knew the basics of driving on the street. This felt like Marcus's first time behind the wheel! As Marcus made sharp turns, she felt her stomach shift from side-to-side within her abdomen. She felt the blood leave her face as her face paled from motion-sickness.

After they came to a stop from the hell ride, Ally jumped out of the vehicle as quickly as possible. She was thankful to be on solid, unmoving ground. The issue now wasn't how to fix their stomachs, they had to find a game plan. Before they could do that, Chef and Dragon began to bicker. From the first time she met them they never seemed to have a successful chemistry, but their jabs at each other wouldn't get anything done.

As Ally was about to speak up, her stomach sickness now subsided, a girl about their age appeared and shouted, "WHAT DID YOU DO TO MY SISTER?"

"Hey, we didn't do anything!" Ally, well, technically Agent now, defended, raising her hands in the air. Although Agent didn't appreciate this girl pointing her bow at them, Ally understood why. If anything she could always shift into her metal form to protect herself from an incoming arrow. "You're missing your sister? We're here to help you find-" before she could finish, Marcus had popped a rubber ball into his mouth.

"Chef, don't!" Agent shouted, reaching her hand out as if she could grab him. It was too late! The teen already bounced to the woman wielding the bow. Agent shook her head, shocked by the rash actions of Chef. To her it was obvious that the teenage girl with the bow was affected by the kidnappings. Why couldn't Chef recognize this? They could've talked it out without any trouble, but now a battle was uncountable about to ensue.

"Dragon, we have to go stop Chef!" Agent told Dragon. She didn't exactly wait for a response before running towards the scene. Her mind was focused on stopping Chef from further-worsening the issue. They needed as many allies with as much information as they could get if they were going to save the kids.
Ally intensely watched the... well, she wouldn't exactly call it a match. Roshi, now Jackie, didn't seem to be interested in using his drunken techniques from earlier. "Must not work so well a second time, huh?" she murmured bitterly. Although Rossi had his reasons for not letting her continue on with the match, she was still heartbroken. After all the years she spent training with him, he rewarded her with this? Her stomach churned with a mixture of negative emotions, and the pathetic scene in from of her didn't help the frustration in her mind.

After he got his dirty win, this was how Roshi was going to display his might? By swooning over his opponent? His rare encounters with women on his island led to his perverted nature, but this was getting out of hand! How could he disgrace martial arts in such a way? No, don't let your anger get the best of you, Ally thought, watching the two exchange words, Roshi always has his reasons, right? Although Roshi was the most perverted person she knew, he respected martial arts. He wouldn't let his lust cross over into his fighting, would he? Right now, Ally couldn't be sure. "Come on Jackie!" she cheered to her Master.

The rather slow standoff continued, until finally Jackie made his surprising move by calling the referee over.

"It appears that Jackie Chun... has forfeited the match!"

Ally's voice become one with the crowd's as everyone exclaimed, "WHAAAT?"

"No Jackie, you can't!" she shouted down to the stage. How could he just forfeit? Why would he forfeit? First you make a fool out of me during our match, she thought, You made each of your movements look like a joke, you drooled on my arm, and you took advantage of knowing my Solar Flare. Now you make my loss for nothing. You made me lose so you could make yourself look like a fool again and forfeit. All of these angry, bitter thoughts ran through her mind without mercy. He wanted to show them that there would always be someone stronger than them, but he ended up forfeiting the tournament without showing them more.

Her mind moved off of the betrayed feeling that still lingered from her defeat and thought on something else. "Why did you forfeit?" she murmured, pushing aside her feelings and thinking objectively. Was he trying to intimidate the others into thinking Eve more powerful than the truth? Or did he want to avoid fighting another pupil in the tournament? Whatever the reason, she doubted he would tell her soon, if at all.

Akita allowed for the medical staff to patch up and ice her injuries from the fight with Gin. She knew without all of the tough training Roshi have them, she would have never gotten to this point in the first place. She thought of how grateful she was to have such an intelligent Master guiding her in her career as a fighter.

As they finished up on her injuries, Akita was able to see the Chun and Eve fight. If this man beat my friend, I want to see what else he's got! she thought excitedly. She hoped she wouldn't have to fight him later in the tournament. Actually, she hoped she wouldn't have to fight any of her friends in the tournament, but considering how many there were of them compared to the other fighters, Akita knew at least one of them would be paired.

The fight on stage continued, Jackie leaping towards Eve with his odd grabbing attack. Eve dodged it so quickly Akita almost missed it. Wow, these guys are the real deal, she thought, amazed by the speed. She flexed and unflexed her sore muscles. If she were paired with one of them could she win? Akita watched the fight go still again. After what felt like hours, Chun called the referee over. The referee announced the forfeit and Akita's jaw dropped. She was at a loss for words.

Akita looked around to some of the other recovering fighters, but no one could offer a solution until Jackie gave his own. "He could tell her power that easily?" Anita questioned. She knew Eve was fast, but how could Chun determine her power if she never attacked? Anita shook her head and clapped for the end of the fight despite all of the booing from the crowd. "Well, at least someone beat Jackie," Akita murmured, slowing her claps to a silence.
@rhema13 <___< >___> No one must know the truth. XDD

@Everyone else my bad I have been inactive for a super long time. In all honesty I'll probably continue this inactivity, so this is kind of like the official "This thread is dead" post, but hopefully I can find the time to reboot it during summer. Sorry everyone, and thank you for playing out this story while it lasted.
(A few days after the fight/last post...)

Ally sat in the dojo, wrapping her heels and the balls of her feet in clothe. Usually she didn't do this, but recently the mat had rubbed up too much on her feet and left them blistered and irritated. While waiting for her lessons to start, she sat with her legs crossed, meditating. Many students of martial arts did this before each lesson to clear their mind and focus purely on the art. The problem was, Ally was struggling to clear her mind. All of Kiro's recent fights bothered her, not because she disapproved of fighting, but because his enemies were growing stronger, faster, and tougher. She couldn't help but wonder what was next, especially with all of Niijima's interference. Ally took a deep breath in and out, trying to focus on her soon to begin lesson.

Asuka waited in her office before she started any lessons. She sat back in the wooden chair and thought about everything that happened so far. Once Kiro stepped into the dojo, everything seemed to be off balance. Before she only had one pupil to worry about. Now she had another, and this one seemed to attract trouble. It seemed every week Kiro came back with more bruises and cuts. Then again, every week he came back with new speed, strength, and knowledge. Asuka wanted to keep Kiro out of trouble, but she wondered if the best way to keep him safe was to never have accepted him into their dojo in the first place.

Asuka clicked her teeth and shook her head, "Aww, come on, Asuka. You know this was the only way." And though she wanted to believe her words, she wasn't sure how much validity they held. If they never taught Kiro all he would have to face would be school bullies, not full fledged gang members. That had to be easier than this, right? Asuka took a deep breath, trying to clear her worried mind and focus on her lesson planned for today.
@Slingshot Hope you can join us over summer! :3 And thank you for letting us know.
Ally observed the map presented on the screen and wondered who would kidnap children. She always considered anything done to kids especially terrible. Though hearing about the disappearance did bring a slight weight off her shoulders. Now that they were going to be finding missing children- or at least the person who was doing this- it showed that they weren't the bad guys.

After Russo finished his instructions, Ally shook her head a bit, "A couple of missing kids trying to find other missing kids?" Although she knew the other kids must be in a much worse situation than them, she couldn't help but feel the irony.

Kurt asked about anyone knowing how to drive. "I don't have my license but I can kind of drive," she explained, hoping Marcus had more driving experience than her. Ally wanted to be on the scene as soon as possible. With so many children missing, the next target could get snatched any second. They had no time to waste.

Yeah, I get you. I think everyone has been caught up recently and that's what's making posts slow/scarce. But I think it works out because then everyone can understand each other, so it's nice. XD
Please ignore any grammar/spelling mistakes. XD I wrote this at 12:45 AM and didn't check it. XD If you have any questions please let me know.
All of her friends were suited up and so was she. Ally moved to the couch and checked her utility belt. Miniature first aid kit, three different colored high powered laser pens, an extra mask, zip-ties, and a sturdy ropelike cord. Overall she felt confident with her tools and hoped they would be enough to aid them in any kind of situation.

Zoey exited the bedroom and Ally smiled, "You look great! The costume came out really nice!" Ally was happy to see Zoey, and the others for that matter, finally suited up and ready for battle.

Ally took the earpiece from Alan and placed it into her ear. "You'll send me the route and keep us updated on trouble, right?" she confirmed, adjusting the piece. For this first night, he wasn't going to be sending them on very dangerous missions, mainly petty crimes and whatever they spotted out on the street.

After his confirmation, Ally stood by the door, facing her friends. "Alright, this is our first night out. I want everyone to stick together no matter what, and to stay careful and be alert. Tonight we are going to travel from roof to roof. It will keep us safer by hiding us and giving us an arial view. If we see something we can drop down and stop it," Ally paused, taking in a deep breath, "This is your last chance. Anyone want to drop out now is the time to do it." No one opted out, and Ally nodded, "Alright, let's go."

With that, Ally let the way outside of her apartment. Most people were asleep, giving them little trouble of being spotted. She let the group to a staircase that led to the roof and climbed up. She stood on top of the roof, looking down the roughly thirty-five foot drop. Heights were definitely her biggest fear, though she would never admit that to the others. Her breathing became slightly more rapid as she walked to the edge. It was time for their first jump. It was about a five foot gap with a foot drop, something that nearly everyone should effortlessly be able to clear without a large running start. Ally knew this, and yet her fears began to swell in her chest. At this point it was clear she was nervous, but she didn't want to outright show the others. Right now she was the leader and needed to be strong.

Ally took a deep breath, trying her best to ignore the height as she told the others, "I'll go first, you guys can follow after." With that, she took a few steps back, allowing herself to have room for a bit of a running start. Hesitation was evident in her whole posture, even though she tried her best to keep it hidden. After what felt like forever, she finally took off, boots hitting the roof as she sprinted. At the edge, she jumped, her heart stopping as she flew through the air. She landed on the other side, easily clearing it and going an extra few feet than needed.

"Alright, it's a safe jump!" Ally confirmed, voice slightly shaking from her scare. It wasn't as bad as she thought it would be, but she still had the fear in her. Ally once more stood near the edge, ready to catch any friend that didn't make it far enough.
