An attack focused on a single target, created by Lancer to suit his own style, that strikes a fatal blow that always pierces the opponent's heart and ruins their body from within with its thousand iron thorns. It literally freezes the mana in the air, and it can easily be perceived as a sure-kill technique by all those around simply from being charged with magical energy. Once Gáe Bolg's name has been called, the cursed spear reverses the nature of causality, the meaning of "cause and effect" in the order of things, to make it so the cause of the "lance being thrust" comes from the effect of the "opponent's heart being pierced" by it. It determines the opponent's fate simply through its use, an always fatal move that pierces the heart with one thrust. It is also possible for him to activate it without actively striking the heart. It is an attack on destiny itself, and while not a surprising fact due its wielder's demi-god heritage, it is a top-notch power even with its seeming limitations in power due to being a step away from the Authority of the gods.

Gáe Bolg: Soaring Spear that Strikes with Death

The true use of Gáe Bolg, is the largest and most powerful attack delivered using the spear. It is the “attack that unleashes countless darts at the enemy” that is spoken of in the legends. It is the attack that made him a hero which utilizes the full potential of the lance's curse, converting all of Lancer's magical energy into energy and releasing the accumulated power after the spear is hurled, detonating on impact with enough power to blow away a multitude of enemies.

Personality:Lancer is a fierce, but balanced warrior who enjoys combating a worthy opponent, but at his core he believes in justice and is easy to get along with. He is an agreeable youth acting out the role of one gentle in disposition yet strong in body. He has a playful attitude and takes a very carefree approach to life, but is quick to work himself into a frenzy during a heated battle. He was known as a brave, compassionate, and likable young man in the legends. He mercilessly killed his enemies on the battlefield, but he respected faith and had the nobility to never once break a promise he had made.

He enjoys fishing, hunting, and hitting on cute girls. He is a proud warrior, someone who can't abandon a fight just because he's losing. He's ready to fight until the end, for the sake of his fighting will and also for his Master. He easily loses his cool, especially to insults calling him a dog.

He's not interested in killing innocent people, though he still strictly follows the rules of the war to kill bystanders like Shirou. He's very keen on his mission and somehow professional in his "work". He's noble and he can't really stand people who're joking with him or simply betraying his trust. He's also easily touched by others problems and if he chooses to protect someone, he will do his best till the very end. He really enjoys dating women or simply to spending his time in relaxing hobbies like fishing.

He regretted nothing in his life, though it was one full of wrong turns. There may have been disappointment, but he does not regret his life one bit. His spear only took away the lives of his loved ones, his close friend and son, but its only regret was that it had been meant to murder a single woman that he was unable to kill. Though it is impossible to swap one's life for another, he thinks saving Bazett from the looping world may allow him to leave the regrets of his youth behind. He only has a complaint about his fate as he tries to save her, that he never has any luck with good women.

Personality: Ravel seems to be a rather outgoing. An idealist who would go about proclaiming the desire to find true love and other such trivialities, despite not having much experience in the former. The sort of person who idealizes the constructs of chivalry presented within the confines of knights from the stories of old and despite knowing their validity within the world as a whole, wishes the constructs were withheld by others, even if lightly. 

Ravel is proud of her family, loyal to those she cares about, and a tad bit headstrong for her own good. Of course, that doesn’t exactly make her a “good” person, but of course, one could say that Ravel tends to operate in some degree of respect to those around her, even if the view of “respect” is warped from her family’s roots in magecraft. Stubborn to a near fault, when Ravel decides something it is nigh impossible to change her opinion without good reason. 

Usually preferring introversy, Ravel regularly maintains a facade of confidence backed up by her intelligence and kind nature, but is the type more suited to housework than true combat in terms of overall personality. However, her skills as a magi and her desire to ensure her family’s prosperity drive her forward passed this sort of barrier. Is very introspective and hard on herself for any failures and the like.

Advanced Bounded Field Creation: The ability to create advanced bounded fields, trappings, and other such things. Though not as potent as a certain clocktower professor, but still a respectable practice nonetheless. Naturally, the ability to place “doors” and “walls” is to be expected. 

Spiritual Evocation: Magecraft relating to spiritual existences. 

Black Magic: The arts of cursing and the like. Magic in the west for cursing is often considered barbaric, however, certain cliques of mages still practice these acts. Western arts of cursing are also typically considered to be weaker than that of their Eastern counterparts, aside from select few branches, however, even then certain elements from these techniques, unlike standard ideological barriers that exist in most schools of magecraft which prevent the mix of aspects from different cultures, the concept of “hate” stays stagnant throughout all of mankind.

History:  
Ravel was born a mage at heart. The desperation of her family’s position gave them a desire to produce a Magus who would be able to be of some renown in the mage’s association and place them back within a position of power.Without a proper withholder to the magical craft of the D'Arby family, it seemed like for generations the family would eventually die out due to the line constantly losing their “worth” as magi.

Once a prominent family within England’s prestigious magus circle, generations had gone by without even an average magus being born into the D’Arby family. Thought to be dying out, Ravel had appeared as if a miracle to save the family from demise akin to a certain worm-based magic family in the east.However, generations of mediocrity has made the status of the family desperate to find prestige once more, as well as desperate to create a new heir. Though their craft was still apparent, the circuits of their descendants were slowly dying off. At least, until Ravel was born. An oddity within her family’s trend, Ravel’s circuits above average for a typical magi, and absolutely blowing away the other members of her family. 

Her father had taught her almost she knew about magecraft, always inspired to see the other work within his workshop, easily susceptible to the "whimsical" inclination of children at first to what magic was. Something that was part of her life, unlike the masses who considered such crafts as a myth or something they see in silly Japanese cartoons. 

Other:

Through extensive training Ravel is skilled in the fields of “housework”, “making tea”, and “haggling”. Though able to drive rather well, one could say that it is “dangerous’ to enter a vehicle with her, though this does not have to do with the skill of this craft.

Name: Shinobu Shiratori

Personality: Shinobu is a bit of a rebel. An individual who refuses to listen to authority, and often goes about thing her own way, even if it usually ends up to not favor her. The sort who would discuss any sort of discussion she so chooses, even if statements might hurt the individuals involved. Though she would say something akin to “People need tougher skins”, she nevertheless gets upset when others point out flaws within herself. 

Arrogance is the defining trait most people will know her for. She appears to look down upon others as often as she speaks to them and seems to have complete confidence in her actions, regardless of what they currently are. Even if she doesn’t have a plan, she tends to act in a way that might display confidence in her actions, as she believes herself to have the ability to win. However, she seems to only show this side to other mages. Her normal personality seems to emphasis her more cold and collective side of herself. 

Though somewhat rational when the need may be, she had been known to enter certain "fits" or "episodes" of irrational thought. Most of the time she sports herself as a strong-willed female, though has been known to show affection towards others given the right scenario. Despite her rather insensitive speech, she seems to care genuinely for those around her and would not want to harm those she genuinely cares for unless absolutely necessary. 

Has an unhealthy obsession with cute stuffed animals that she would never tell anyone about. Please don’t look in her room. There is nothing to see there. I swear.

Houjutsu: A Japanese system of Magecraft. Involves divination, astrology, Shikigami, calendar making, fortune blessing and cursing, walking on water, and Astral healing. 

Spirit Removal: With a simple hand movement, spirits and monstrous things are crushed like it’s nothing. Similar to the Shinto method of spirit purification Even if a spirit isn’t crushed, its power is diminished greatly for a vast time. 

History: Shinobu lived a pretty simple life. Though of a pair of twins, her sister had died during birth due to complications. However this did not seem to bother the Shiratori household. 

A japanese mage who was taught all she knew from her father, Kosaku. Though her training was not all sunshine and rainbows, it wasn’t like she didn’t enjoy the teachings of her father and the learning of her own history. She hid her powers from her peers, as a magus should, which caused a difference in her personalities when dealing with the occult vs normalcy, her normal personality acting cold and indifferent to others and against magus her actions seeming more harsh. 

During her training, her father had trained both her mind and body for the purpose of being a magus. The classical believe that the body and mind are linked. Of course, most of the training went towards the magecraft, but her skills in physical combat should not be scoffed at.
