Is the wereshark going to eat Coal?
@AdobeFlash no just reading about eyes being removed made mine hurt.

RIP. Sorry
@AdobeFlash well my eyes hurt now...

Was my mysterious too mysterious for you?

I would have done it again but it hurts my eyes as well.
My return has been painful and backstory filled. And m y s t e r i o u s. Hopefully I haven't lost my touch.
To quote the French, "Shit"

That hadn't taken as long as expected. "When the jackass had said he had led them up to near the town, I hadn't expected directly outside the welcome sign. And how did he even track me down? Scratch that. I haven't been that good about covering my tracks. Murder was never my cup of tea. Heh. Tea. How did he get his hands on that kind of tea. And how did it get mixed into the main batch? And what kind of godforsaken town holds "Tea Day"? That's quite possibly the worst holiday any living being could have conceived. Well, what's done is done, and another small town wiped off the map.", Atlas muttered to himself, stumbling through the streets. The cold had died, and the jacket clung heavily to his skin. Vampires such as him had a preference for the cold, and the heavy leather of his sun protection gear had done him no favors. Also, losing an eye isn't exactly enjoyable. Clutching his bleeding skull, Atlas rushed past the deserted streets. The work day had begun, and so there were little to no pedestrians

Synapses connect, cells regrow, and thoughts form. All part of the way of life. Eyes are small organs, yet extremely complex. The energy it would take to regrow one would completely drain two humans of all life. Vampires, however, have it slightly easier. But the energy strain is huge, and for something as complicated as an eye, often leaves them unconscious.

Atlas felt a cool burn flow through his empty socket. How does an eye get completely destroyed, you may be wondering. Well, it was surgically removed. But not nearly as precise as a surgeon. More like a rushed great great grand nephew with a pair of pliers quickly making a gas to destroy all non-vampiric life in the area while he struggles to put on a magically-tinkered with gas mask to protect him from such fumes. Species cannot be defined as evil or good, but a great deal of vampires have become evil. And some were great scientists and alchemists. Writing down ways to eliminate mortals, one particularly brilliant vampire (Alistair McManus, for those wondering) concocted a very powerful serum that required very specific ingredients. Eye of vampire, bone of man, and the blood of the undead. Said great great grandnephew had miraculously obtained all three, and used it to destroy the horde of zombies he had created. Along with some nearby forest life. How unfortunate.

Climbing the stairway, a thought crept it's way into Atlas' head. "First time using these". He chuckled, spat some blood, then entered the W&R building. He made his way quickly downstairs, falling down the stairwell and fainting. Atlas had been through some trauma, and could remember very little. He could doubtfully remember the release of the serum, or the cold steps of his relative as they walked away in the deadly fog, eyes hidden behind glass. However, he could remember seeing the corpses lining the street, melting into oblivion as the poison took it's toll. The strange man with the gas mask had killed an entire town that day, with zombification tea. Who buys zombification tea. Poor purchase. Even more doubtfully could Atlas remember he didn't have a nephew. To his knowledge. All things considered, all involved parties were fortunate that there were no passerby.
Time for me to have Atlas return missing a limb and both eyes. Jk. But I return today. Surprisingly. Get ready for some Atlas™ lore
@Polyphemus I'm back from my trip so maybe Atlas can come back and he and Max can become wacky drinking buddies

Also, how is everyone doing? I'm currently writing up my own little rp that I hope won't fail.
Can I reserve Booster Gold and a spot? I'm working on my own RP right now, but I'll get a character sheet up ASAP
This would be my first RP that I would GM after about 3 or 4 months on the forum. This concept is still a WIP and it will be about a week before the actual RP is up if enough people express interest.

The Book of Blood

Humanity and it's time have come and gone. Catastrophe after catastrophe, war after war, disease after disease. Extinction had been foretold for generations. And many generations have passed since "Cain's Awakening", an apocalyptic event that converted the whole of the North American continent into the shadowy wastes of the present. This Awakening resulted in the utter extinction of all non-producer lifeforms. Plants thrived after the fall of man. Perhaps a little too well.

The Awakening was supernatural in origin, and had supernatural effects. Most of the Asian continent was suddenly taken up by a large, mysterious castle structure that glowed. The walls pulsated in different patterns. This is the Castle Sound, fortress for the Aria, beings composed entirely of sound waves. Held together by a ethereal force field since birth, the Aria operate out of a semi-hivemind. Their origin has yet to be pinpointed. Aria Soldiers roam the world, looking for resources to be converted for the glorious CGOR, the ruler of their kind. Vicious, cunning, and beautiful, the Aria are not to be underestimated. The ability to manipulate others with low-frequency waves makes them a force to be reckoned with.

The Australian Outback was a lifeless wasteland, filled with many dangerous creatures. Then the Awakening occurred, and all of that changed. Massive amounts of plant life spread out almost overnight, soon enough covering the entire continent. Needing only sunlight, the Morpha thrived. Sentient life was developed approximately 50 years after the Awakening. Morpha are calm and friendly creatures, each operating of his or her own free will. The Morpha require nothing to survive except the beautiful sun that so steadily beats down upon Australia. Morpha trade various plants of their homeland, should they venture off the lush and beautiful island.

Europe. The grand center of the world in years past. Hosting such beauty as both Renaissances, and the beautiful Greek empire, along with such travesties as both World Wars. Europe was a desolate wasteland after the Awakening. The Morpha had not yet gained sentience, and the Aria hadn't stretched as far as they do in modern times. But something crept from the Arctic circle. It engorged Russia, and soon enough Europe. It was the remnants of an AI testing program for the US government. The Cyra. Soon developing humanoid robot units, the Cyra were a hivemind under the control of the Grand Processor, until a damaged janitorial unit led a revolution that resulted in the glorious Cyra empire. Currently, Cyra acts as a democracy, and is at peace talks with the Aria.

These three races currently thrive in the ruins of our own civilization. But forces are at work from behind the scenes to enter the Badlands of North America. For all 3 species have one vital flaw: They are extremely weakened at the touch of human bone. In the midst of what was once known as Central America, there lies the complete recipe for recreating any variety of life. Including the bone of man all species fear. In this RP, you can choose whether to live your life as an average citizen of any of the 3 races, live as a trader in the mysterious lands of Africa or South America, or go after the Book. You can be anyone you want. A crime lord, a politician, a hermit, the choice is yours. Simply remember, whoever controls the Book controls the world

Please, give me suggestions and express interest if you want. I hope the story sounds intriguing to anyone and everyone. Adios.
I'll write up a CS as soon an possible
