@VarionusNWLittle did Cripple Joe know, his Trans Temporal Toaster Terror had effects on others. Such as on the MAIN CHARACTER. He was rocketed back in time, to the Hell 5 Dimensional Riftstrain that had previously existed somehow in the exact same spot that he had found himself on, except the Riftstrain had closed 3 months ago. But, as it had been established, the T4 can rocket someone 3 months in any time direction. The MAIN CHARACTER found himself located in the Central Volcanic System of Hell 5's capital city, Infernal Chicago, which is just regular Chicago but with more red. Also, the main character found himself instantly back in the future, but in Hell 5, so the MAIN CHARACTER was trapped in essentially the New York Subway. This meant that all the Hell 5 denizens, known as Corescythes, were rather pissed that he was disturbing their average commute.
The INFERNAL CHILDBEING, blessed be him in his rule over the Hellworld, continued observing and plotting, realizing that the MAIN CHARACTER of The Fourth Dimensional Planeworld had entered his domain, and so sent over a battalion of Hyperscythe Warriormen to destroy them.
