Jett was born to an American mother, and French Father. His blond hair, amber eyes and white skin was always easy to spot in a crowd. Despite growing up in a wealthy home, he never cared much about styling his hair, and usually is a spiky mess. This came from his childhood where no matter how hard his mother tried, his hair would not be tamed.
He is in incredible shape, from all his years training to wanting to become a hero, and the trouble he had with his quirk only made him work harder at strengthening his body. He has very little fat on him, with well defined muscles. Not overly so, as he is still agile and prefers it that way. His clothing is usually close fitting, but not revealing enough to show off his muscles. While not in his uniform he has taken a liking to wearing fitted slacks and a white button down shirt and a vest, with his sleeves rolled up to his elbows. He normally wears a normal tie instead of a bowtie like in the picture. Sometimes he goes with out it. He does also like to wear Jeans and an old army Jacket his Grandfather (On his mother's side) gave him. He often carries black leather gloves with him as well, for when he has to get into fights without his costume.
He normally wears shades when he can, but not usually during school for obvious reasons. He also wears a cheap
necklace under his shirt that was given to him from his childhood friend. It's a good luck charm for him now.

Jett knew there was no technology that could help amplify his quirk. He knew he still need to protect himself. With the help of his mother and her practical military expertise. Jett knew that his father being stuck under the shadow of his grandfather,The Frenchman. He also knew the same thing would be for him because of his own mother and and he had same quirk.
With his father's help with his business, he designed a full suit of armor that would be light and flexible, Ideal for his style of fighting. The entire body is a kevlar composite which was designed to be be more flexible while retaining its strength, While he also has Carbon fiber Greaves Knee guards, shoulder pads, bracers and body armor. He has smoke Grenades, flashlight, flash bombs, tear Gas, a collapsible metal baton, grappling hook and cord, also a combat knife, just incase. He has a helmet that will have night vision, and heat vision retractable ballistic goggles. He got the idea to use that because of his grandfather's ability, seeing how that's the best way to 'mimic' that ability. He also does have a molded gasmask. He plans to try and find out more ways of making it so he has to use his quirk less, to save energy for more important jumps. He has both versions of it, one for day and the other for night. At the moment he will not have guns, but he will in the future.

Jett has ADHD but he does have a good control over it now that he is older. However he is usually can be seen fiddling with something or tapping his feet and fingers. He is uually always on his feet, because he doesn't like to sit down too long. Like his body, his mind often jumps around randomly, which sometimes manifest in the conversation he is having. He can be serious, or a clown, lazy or hardworking.
Jett is a very intelligent despite his attitude. He pushed himself hard to get through school to make it to the hero academy on his own merit. He is always wanting to learn more things, random things at times. But when he gets an idea to learn how to do something he looks it up or goes to a person he knows who can do it. This led him to always be aware of his surroundings to use whatever was near him to his advantage, it was one of the reasons he learned how to Hotwire a car. He knows many little tricks and can macgyver his way around things.
He's also extremely friendly...mostly with girls. Bit of a ladies man, he has a silver tongue that always made him a bit popular. He would also go out of his way to talk to that one kid who sits alone or is having a bad day or tries to push everyone away. He remembered a time in his life where he had no friends, he was super shy and self conscious about himself and his quirk until he met a little blonde girl who instantly befriended him. Finding out how easy it was to make friends he searched out any and all who needed one. Because of this trait he seems to know just about everyone, and quickly became one of the most popular kids in school.
His grandfather and his father had taught him and his sisters that being kind to everyone, and always being a man(or woman) of your word are the two most important things in life. He is also protective of his sisters. He feels its his job to do so as the older brother. This protectiveness extends to all his friends and especially to those who can't defend themselves.

He was born in on japan and grew up in a wealthy home, to parents who were hard working yet still managed to make time for him and his three sisters. Despite being wealthy, his father made sure he knew the meaning of hard work, and made him work for everything that he wanted. Their home was big, but it was humble compared to people with the same wealth. His father didn’t see the reason to wasting money on a extravagant home. Just big enough to make it comfortable to his family. Living WELL below their means. Their money is more focused in reinvesting in his father's businesses.
Jett was raised on stories of his grandfather's Jaid Haven and Edward Rayner. One a pro hero, the other a genuine hero in the U.S.military. He knew he always wanted to grow up to make them proud, to be just like them. While his parents were pro heros as well, and saved many people it just seemed that his grandfathers were just a different breed of heroes.
Despite his dream of being just like his grandfather's, in early teen years he grew into a rebellious phase, with the sudden goal of becoming a Villain instead of a hero...mostly because of his crush on Miss. Mako Akane. Which he stupidly thought the only way he would get to meet her was to become a villain like her. Despite his mother being the one who put her in prison.This ended eventually when he was caught by his grandfather hotwiring the neighbor's car with his childhood friend, (Which he had looked up on youtube.) in an attempt of a joyride. (At the age of or so mind you.) After a smack on the back of the head and a long talk, filled with disappointment and love. The evil mastermind Jett was finished after a few months realizing how stupid his plan was. It took a while, with being grounded and under supervision for nearly a year. He finally gained his parents and grandfather's trust back.
With all of his decisions/schoolwork/honesty under scrutiny, he learned the true meaning of having Honor/trust, and the power it brought with it. When he was 12 he decided on Kosei Academy with his best friend Haruka at the time. To become heros together. Another major factor in his choice to become a hero, was because when he was 12 or so, he lost one of his little sisters. This only fueled him more to become a hero and protect everyone from the pain he felt. He still visits her grave every week.
While he got into fights many times before this, it only escalated from there. Fighting every bully in school he could, even outside of school. He would often come home with many bruises or cuts on him. While his mother was furious that he was doing this she could see the conviction in his eyes despite her trying to stop him. So she just trained him harder so he could protect himself even more.

Teleportation.
Jett can instantaneously teleport anywhere he can see within a half mile (for now). A half mile is his absolute Max, and has to concentrate and build up his power to do so. It will take him an hour to regenerate the stamina completely to do so again.
He can do roughly 25 to 30 Jumps, depending on how short or long the jumps are. He keeps the count at 25 in his mind to make sure he doesn't over use it by accident. While he can jump more than that, he can internally injure himself. Which can manifest in the coughing up of blood or bleeding from ears, nose, eyes. He will require immediate medical attention if this happens.
While he can continuously teleport again and again with no cool down. He restrains himself from doing this in battle, keeping it as a last resort so he can last longer in battle. Only in training would he do this to help build up his endurance and possibly add to the number of jumps he can do.
He can retain his momentum in jump, and often uses it to deliver a more powerful blow. This does pertain to gravity as well. However he can change the trajectory of his fall at an angle, where he can soften the landing while giving him the opportunity to land properly and not break his legs.
He can also teleport people or objects that he touches. This however takes another count off his limit. So instead of the normal 25=24. It would be 25=23. This count adds up by how many people he teleports, 3 would be 25=22. More people he teleports, the harder he must concentrate as well.

He is naturally good at sports due to his athletic build and hand/feet eye coordination but took a liking to Parkour and Savate, as they seem to calm his mind the most. Both his father and grandfather were trained in them. He also took gymnastics to further his abilities with parkour. It’s also heavily imbedded with his fighting style. Also known as Tricking.
While he practices his savate more and is more of an expert in that, he did train diligently in ninjutsu and Jujutsu with his mother who was a master, which complemented his free running/fighting on the go. Adding some grappling to his arsenal. These styles flow together in his own unique Fighting style, throwing off his opponents. He’s fast without his quirk, and his fighting style relies on this factor of moving around and using his environment to his advantage. He also has little training with a baton/knight fighting. Both from his mother as well.
Despite his ADHD, he is observant of his surroundings and notices little things that most people tend to look over. Though he may forget about it for a little bit, he does have a good memory and can remember those details weeks or months later.
He also looks for alternative ways to fight without using his quirk, causing him to think ahead and use what is around him.
