@Happy Go Lucky you're always free to shoot your own race idea and me or Ryu, we meant it as races that we haven't made also reside there also, this town is one of the more diverse compared to the top nation states Which are typically One main race
any race other then Elves typically live to be 200 at the most, the elves can live for up to 700 though the oldest elf is currently 900 years old. Magic has increased the ability to live longer in this world.
-Ogako's Lightning- Her main magic, is lightning manipulation, she can shoot a fire like breath comprised of lightning. When released it causes thunder to sound for miles. The lightning is a red and black flash in color and stronger than ordinary lightning. When it comes into contact with a surface or object, instead of just a simple electric shock, it sets it on fire (This effect does not translate over to Living beings). She can send it in blasts or waves of energy, coming from the spikes on her back in place of her wings(Only in dragon form). In the most extreme cases she can engulf herself in lightning and form a living lighting bolt of sorts.
There is also a final move of sorts in which she needs to charge in order to start the move, it forms an orb of pure lightning around her and the people around her, then lifts them into the air and begins to lash out in concentrated atacks. It's a much more powerful form of her lightning however it's also much more taxing and by far will cause her to pass out from energy use.
(Hidden Power) -Shadar Ubu-
Shadar Ubu for the user allows the user to harness Shadow like forms, becoming a shadow themselves or "Mimicing" the form. Inheriting all of the Ogako bloodline power, being the last of her blood line, Miharu has access to both her Highest Shadow Form, and Lowest, both being strong, but lowest is used for more practicality and combat. Her in her Lowest Form, her body is shaded with blackness, her eyes turn from her gold eyes and red irises to pure white circles. Her body retains a humanoid form but a cloak like shadow grasps her body and makes her appear legless and a single slender body. Besides her change in appearance, in her lowest form, she is able to disappear into the darkness around her, travel on the ground as a shadow would, she retains her speech and able to talk to people around her, but it becomes more of an echo and a harmonized voice, even when she yells. She is also able to revert between her physical body and her shadow body, meaning she is able to use her shadow body partially while still in physical form, forming lance like shadow weapons, or shields. Granted while she can do this, she is unable to use her strongest form.
In her Highest Shadow Form, her powers are amplified exponentially, BUT she is stuck in that form for the remainder of the use of her power, she is unable to use her lowest form at all until the sunrise of the next day appears. If she uses her highest form, she retains all of her lowest form abilities, but there is a catch. She is unable to communicate to people around her, nor can she touch living organisms. However, she is able to teleport from shadow to shadow within a 50 meter radius. She also can not directly attack, this form is purely for travel, use in combat is almost useless.
Quirks/Personality: Miharu is a natural flirt. She'll call people 'hun' or 'hot stuff' even if she barely knows them. Nothings wrong with a compliment, even if she's complimenting the enemy. Compliments tend to make others feel good about themselves, so whats wrong with that? A bad thing about this though is that people generally read too deep into her flirtatious ways, and often get disappointed when they find out she's not trying to lure them into her bed. As long as theres no touchy touchy, there will be no smacky smacky.
Now Miharu has a lack of patience. It can be seen as a negative trait in many aspects. But when it comes down to it, Miharu doesn't like to wait or be waiting on other people. She has this weird thing with regret. The 'I wish I did this when I had a chance' is almost like a pet peeve of hers. She doesn't want to have thoughts like that, and it pushed her to being impulsive or spontaneous if you want to call it; so obviously she would come to develop impatience with that mindset. She'll burst into meetings or disrupt your heart to heart, it doesn't matter to her when you've kept her waiting long enough. She actually admires people who have patience, this is probably why she likes hippie like people. Because aww heyy maaan, everything's all cool with them.
When Miharu sets her eyes on something she will become determined to get it. Whether learning a new trick or technique or to simply gain something from someone. It would take some rather large emotional strain to kill her determination inside. This determination inside of her will push her forwards to stand up for herself or for another. Sometimes her action displayed while being determined are described as 'Bold'. Miharu has learned that she can achieve great things through her determination. With that she still clings onto this determination to overcome obstacles and challenges.

Our Guild: Dragon Oblivion
Tucked away at the edges of the Faruashi Ridge, a huge mountain range cropping the far western side of the continent of Edolas, the whole woodland region of Annos Dorei is patched by small inter-connected towns spread across the lush Evercrest Forest and the home of the guild known as 'Dragon Oblivion'.
Because of where Annos Dorei is located, near the center of the western area of the massive landmass at the outskirts of the ocean, along with the fact that there is an abundance of rare creatures living in the diverse region, it has become a popular place for hunting caravans to come for game and trophies. Here is one of the popular places where young and upcoming adventurers go to hone their skillsets and hope to earn a reputation for themselves. As a result of this constant flow of people from all around, the region is populated by a very diverse set of races.

The world of "Edolas" and its events have always been dictated by those who had the greatest control over the element of 'Magnis', and for entire centuries, it was an ancient race of creatures known as the Draconis. Draconis or Dragons in more basic tongue, ruled with their enormous pools of Magos with in their body. For the greater part of almost 1000 years, dragons dictated with an iron fist. No one could stand to the might of the mighty dragons, and for these 1000 years, the other races simply took to the Dragons dictatorship without question. But then an elven male, one of the oldest and wisest of the race found something that would change the course of the entire history of Edolas. What he found was a stone of Arcane Creation, and with it he become known as "Kénómo The Arcane".
With this magical stone empowering him, Kénómo effectively became a god in the eyes of the other races. Before this, Magnis was an unknown subject in Edolas. There was only one race, other then the Dragon's, with knowledge of Magnis, that being the Dark Blood Elves residing mostly in the deep hidden parts of the Forbidden Forest located in the Mountains of Meölnom. What Kénómo did to give the other race a fighting chance and not get completely slaughtered, he formed a plan that changed the tide of the war. Using the vast majority of the stone he created what is now know as the Arcane Cataclysm event. This event caused every race not only to gain the ability to use Magnis, but caused a wave of new heros able to stand up to the Dragons. This in turn caused a civil war against the dragons, starting with the death of Thélnuth the Destroyer, it sent Edolas into a living battle field.
If a battle was not being fought, there were attacks on both fronts with huge amounts of casualties, however there was one thing that wasn't in the dragon's favor. With every human lost, Kénómo was able to raise another soldier to power, using a variation of Magnis and a newborn, he was able to speed up the aging process, something once thought forbidden with Magnis rules. The dragons however would not cross the line, and in turn they were not able to replace lost dragons. In fact towards the end of the Edolas Civil War, the Dragon Council sent newborns into the battles, only to watch them get slaughtered with ease. The last battle known as the ending to the "Star Breather Age". This battle lasted three months and held more casualties then the entire civil war in total.
In the last day of battle, Leörérë the Bright Star the fourth eldest of the Dragon Council, proposed something to end the blood shed. In turn for the ending of the battle and calling a cease fire, they would retreat back to the biggest Nation-State and rule solely that Nation-State. In turn for leaving Edolas to the other races, they asked for infinite trade with all races, so that they could sustain a Nation-State. Many saw this as a ploy but Kénómo was tired of the fighting, having aged to the age of ten thounsand from use of the Stone of Arcane Creation, he realized his mistake too late. With making more troops, he had taken away many of the soliders childhoods, making them battle born killers. He had seen the tide of war shifting into something that he did not want to witness. So he agree'd to these terms and they formed a Magnis packed known as the "Treaty of Magnis".
The dragon's soon after that acted upon their word and retreated back to the center of Edolas into the floating Mountains of Élsaithe. With that, it was time to decide a new government. However many were mad at Kénómo for signing an unbreakable vow. An in anger, a group know as the Shadowmares attacked Kénómo causing a second civil war against Kénómo. This however was what Kénómo did not want to witness. The bloodshed of a once unified army, now turned against each other for power, a desire lead by hatred. Kénómo saw only one thing to do and he left, it's not quite sure where he went, but many assumed the Shadowmares had broken through the castle and killed him. Not even the Shadowmares understood what they saw that night, but they took the opportunity to take the second biggest Nation-State under the impression that they were the ones that killed virtually a god. After his death, there were many talks about what to do, with the new super powered shadowmares who took control of a Nation-State able to challenge the Dragons once more, there was talk of another civil war.
But many were tired of war, looking for peace and nothing but peace. Of course hatred controlled the Shadowmares and they broke the pact, fighting the dragons while they were down, however most of the others decided to stay away. This begun the splitting of Edolas, Nation-States being grabbed by the strongest warriors, who then in turn formed Guilds or what is rather called Houses and Clans. Edolas quickly became a world of 300 Nation-States, each with a distinct government style and power. At the top, there were 20 Nation-States that would hold the 20 biggest Nation-States and be deciding forces in Edolas. Marking the 200 year anniversary, the Dragon Council realized the situation and called a meeting with these 20 nations, in hopes to form a second council in hopes to stop another civil war. This second Council was named the Council of Kénómo in respect to the Arcane God himself. It was a rocky start at first, and the Shadowmares effectively killed Leörérë the Bright Star in an assassination on the old dragon. This almost caused the 3rd civil war, however a House by the name of Dragon Oblivion was able to keep them together. After that the Shadowmares, or rather the new generation of the once Hatred filled Clan, cooled down and stopped the 200 years of war against the dragons. Now there is peace in the World of Edolas, but will it last forever?
In this war-torn world of Edolas, there are hundreds of nation-states scattered across the land. Some bigger then others, some stronger then others. Each Nation-state is ruled by a guild, or "House/Clan" as they're called. Typically placed in the most strategically advantageous area, the guilds buildings are usually huge castles or fortresses in which a group of a nation's greatest individuals are gathered. These 'Guilds' act as the sole governing body for each nation-state and they both decide the nation's laws and personally serve in upholding them. There is a total of appoximately 300 nation-states located all around the continent, with 20 of them bearing the largest portions of land and are looked at as the most dominant and feared powers.
Magnis is an element that exists all across the world of "Edolas", flowing through every object and being. In a sense, it could also be considered a 'Soul'. Those bearing a strong 'gift' and 'sense' of this element are able to harness this 'phenomena' into different physical forms called 'Magic'. Magnis is a very interesting subject, effectively it is something that can allow you to do anything. However Magnis is very selective, it follows most guidelines, and can also be special to a certain race. Very rarely will certain races have something different from what their fellow race has, but it is not so out of place.
(You can feel free to pitch your own race idea or one that isn't listed to us, and if we find that it is reasonable, we will allow it.)
Human - The Vanilla. Can be adept, even masters of many forms of magic, but they are crippled by their lack of true specialty. Being that the are part of the few 'original races' that existed in Edolas, and as a whole not cursed or reliant on Magnis, they lack any magical weakness.
The Dark/Light Elves - The difference between the two is practically night and day. They look similar to each other however there is many difference to each others. In fact they cannot stand to sit in the same room together. Partially because of their Magnis natures. Elves in general are some of the magical beings that were around before the Arcane Cataclysm event took place. However after the AC event, the elves as a whole were split in half reacting the stone in two ways.
On one hand the Light Elves came into existence, these Elves are the closet thing to a divine being as an nonreligious being can be. They typically have two signs that they are a Light Elf and can have either one. One is the marking of Teölnale, a yellow ring-like tattoo around their neck. The second is much more rare, only the strongest are gifted with it, a pair of wings located on their back. Their appear when not out as tattoo's down the back of the elf. If they have wings, they're typically considered as part of the Royal Family, though there is no Royal family, simply just a title that Light Elves will respect if heard. Their Magnis nature is typically helpful for healing, light based Magic and defense magic.
On the other hand you have the Dark Elves, a vicious race to say the least. They are normal in appearance but underneath they have warped minds. Dark Elves are elves that had committed some type of action deemed evil by the Stone of Arcane Creation. These Elves are more closely comparable to demons. There is only one sign that they are a Dark Elf, the Stone cursed them with the Marking of Soshnugh, a scar like marking on their neck, it's almost as if they looked like they were hung. They're magnis is typically very twisted, summoning unspeakable monsters of the dead, torture magic and dark based magic.
Spectra - After the death of so many during the First Edolas Civil War, the arcane energies that now flowed like water in the air seemed to sway the Souls of the Dead from their passage into the afterlife. With these Souls being unable to cross over, and unwishing to wander their graves for untold ages, they decided to rejoin the living and inhabit into the beings of the original races, the humans and elves. Entering the vulnerable bodies of newborns hoping to take control of them, little did these Spirits know, they would merged with the Soul of their host. Now combined with their Souls combined, these children became powerful nodes of the Supernatural. Basic abilities are that they are able to see 'Spirits' among other thing like momentary phasing through objects and carrying an unnatural chill. Their Magnis as well is more ghost based, so things such as levitation or invisibility, even teleportation.
Elemental Wight - After the event of the Arcane Cataclysm, these unnatural beings are the result of the forces of nature gaining sentience and manifesting into a physical lifeform to interact with other inhabitants. Being as they are born without any knowledge beyond basic instincts, they are often like children, often mimicking the other races and learning from observation. Their Magnis nature can vary depending on what force of nature that it had manifested from (Fire equals Fire Magic, Water Equals water type Magic, etc.). Xanara - Much like the Elemental Wights, this is a race 'created' after the events of the Arcane Cataclysm. Due to powerful energies residing in the air during this period, the creatures that lived in such climates underwent an extremely rapid evolution. While they resemble a mix between human and elf, their bodies bear more bestial traits that correlate to the animal they had evolved from. From the more lithe and fun-loving Feline Xanara, to the hardened hunters of the Ursan Xanara. Their Magnis is however a quite interesting variation, they tend to be more physical based with their Magic.
Halfling - Not really a distinct 'race' by itself, this is more a term used to describe beings that are offspring of members from two different species. While these individuals gain the physical characteristics between both their parents, they also gain the distinct weaknesses that pertain.
