After the successful capture of Eos and his fated showdown with Ikkime, Mizura proceeded to the next stage of the mission, capturing the vessel. Though, he would never have thought that the being who would be hosting a deity in her would such a small girl. He stood amidst a pool of blood and a circle made of the battered, broken and burned bodies of the Chasers who tried to get is his way. He held Rikka high in the air, by the collar of her dress as the ghost girl kicked and flayed around, trying to free herself.

When he was about to deem the act as complete, however, a voice came from behind him "Ara~ what do we have here? I go out for a quick lunch and the city becomes hell?" The voice seemed to come from the very shadows, which would prove to be true once no one other than Akane Chikage appeared in front of Mizura, with a rather hungry look in her eyes. "I wasn't expecting you, to say the truth, but I guess that Mi-chan is having fun with her farce again, right?" The cannibal Youkai took a few steps forward, almost getting close enough to touch Mizura, and had a devious sheen in her eyes as she gave he an once-over "Now, the question is... in which way would you like me to devour you?"

Mizura picked up the girl and made eye contact with the girl, his eyes glowing a sinister blue, making her shut up. Putting her down, Chihiro appeared and picked the girl up like a wolf pup. Hearing the woman's voice, he tensed for a moment, his hand summoning his light sword again. Mizura watched the older Youkai straight faced "Having fun would imply that I enjoy wasting my time Akane, and you have your little group of chasers to blame for all the hell that the cities been going through, I only got my revenge" watching her get closer, he remained emotionless.

Making his sword dissipate, he ran a hand through his hair "And as much fun as that sounds, I think anybody part of me in you, wouldn't be all to fun in the long run" he glanced back to make sure Chihiro had secured the child, before looking back to Akane "So, I know there's more to this visit then messing around. I'm more then aware you are neutral, but you have...your favorites" he watched her carefully, well...semi-carefully and semi checking her out, guilty as charged...

Chihiro returned, cowering slightly behind Mizura, before stepping out and bowing to her "I don't quite understand why Mizura is so serious, I mean your basically offering yourself and the hardass doesn't take it u-" Mizura picked the giant wolf up with one hand from the skin of his neck to make him yelp and dropped him. Chihiro glared at Mizura before bowing again and disappearing suddenly, joining back with Mizura.

 "Why don't you listen to your partner and relax a little more, Mizura-kun?" Chikage said, half mocking and half teasing Mizura, as she closed the distance between them before he could notice and rested her head on his torso. "It's such a shame letting a quality article such as yourself be spoiled on 'Hernia's' hands."

"Hey Mizu, I swear to god, if you don't take this opportunity, I'm going to forever shame you, seriously..." Mizura watched the youkai come closer, rubbing her hand on his chest, him still wary of her.

"You already know the story behind that, it's not as if I can simply just leave that easy anyways Akane, even if I wanted to..." he felt an intense amount of confliction talking to Akane now, more then ever before.

The ancient Youkai ran a teasing hand on Mizura's chest, before continuing "Anyway, I'm not here to play with you, though I certainly can spare time for that if you wish. I've come to take the kid, things seem to be going a little awry this time, so I want to be sure that he doesn't get his hands on this side of the veil." Chikage slipped her fingers up Mizura's neck and moved his head so that his eyes met with her, semi-aroused gaze. However, her next question was delivered with a soul piercing coldness, as if she was trying to probe Mizura from the inside out  "You too know that what Hernia is doing is madness, don't you? Do you really want to soak your hands on the blood of billions of innocents like this?"

Mizura stared into her eyes for a moment, grabbing her hand with his own "Akane...I owe Hernia my life, I cannot break the bond she placed on me. She would instantly kill me if she even saw what was going on as we speak, there are things that keep me on their side that I cannot cross if I wish to live. I only joined to get to Ikkime, but..." Chihiro appeared and bumped Mizura's leg, making him look down and sigh. Looking back to Akane, he did something he never in a million years would ever think of doing, just one of those "in the moment"s.

He moved his hands to the side of her face, and bent down, planting a kiss on her mouth. He closed his eyes for a moment, before opening them, his eyes shining blue. He pushed her away as Chihiro sent an enormous lightning strike to where they were both standing. Mizura looked at Akane, his eyes glimmering slightly, he mouthed I'm sorry, before opening his hands "I cannot leave here without the kid after what I caused at the cafe, if this means we must fight then so be it..." his eyes semi-pleading, but that was all, he would not regret fighting if it meant he kept Chihiro and himself alive.

Chikage's eyes widened in surprise, for a moment, after Mizura's unexpected reaction. She didn't thought that he would ever go as far as kissing her. Nevertheless, when he looked at her with regretful eyes, but a steely resolve on carrying on what he was doing, Chikage let him go and took a couple of steps backwards, with her lips curled into a smirk, she said "It's a shame, then, I almost thought that you were just like that doll girl, but it seems you're really willing to go down with her."

"Very well, then, if you insist on it. I can spare some time to play with you..." Chikage said while licking her fingers and narrowing her eyes, both menacingly and provocatively at the same time "Let's see if your lightning will be able to penetrate me." Just as Chikage finished her provocation, a darkness more black than any other hit Mizura, as soon enough he could notice that almost the whole city had been drenched in it has well, even the moon and the stars seemed to have been sucked into the pitch-black void centered on Chikage.

"Let's see how good you are with dodging..." Chikage said as she placed a hand in one of her pocket before throwing a handful of Soul Stones towards Mizura, as the gems got closer to him she clenched her fist and they all burst at once, carpet-bombing him with a shower elemental magic. Wether he tried to dodge, or got hit in the blasts, Chikage already set her next move as she waved her hand sending a scythe of darkness in Mizura's direction while diving in to melee range to deliver a concrete shattering punch aimed at his chest.

Mizura closed his eyes and let Chihiro take over, not wanting to fight Chikage "Are you sure?" there was no response within his head, meaning yes and Chihiro opened his eyes, glowing like a flame.

Smiling, he disappeared, moving to fast for the eyes to see, and reappearing to the side. HIs blue aura wolf ears appeared and the instantly started twitching. Opening his hand, an arc of lightning was sent out and he saw the speeding scythe head towards him. Quickly lowering himself, he got into a running position and pushed off, jumping forward and disappearing. From the void of dark, a blue arc was sent towards Akane from the front, while Chihiro had reappeared behind her, a sword slashing downwards behind her.

Chikage smiled a little seeing that Mizura changed places with Chihiro to fight her "Hmm... interesting, lets see how you'll fare while handicapped."
 she thought just as the arc of lightning was flying towards her. "Could you be a little more predictable, please?" she said mockingly as she raised a wall of shadows to block the attack.

 When the blue wolf appeared behind her as if he had teleported, Chikage didn't react fast enough and thus the blade slashed her quite viciously... or so it appeared to be, as the next thing that Chihiro would notice were the dark tentacles that sprouted from the place where the sword made contact with Chikage's body, and tried to hold him down in their ink black grip.

 "Hehehe, surprised?" Chikage's voice echoed from within the shadows a moment before she reappeared a couple yards away from the mass of black tentacles.

"Not at all Chikage-san, right on par with what I wanted actually..." He let go of the blade planted with in the tentacles, and the lightning that was heading towards the shield, pierced through and struck the blade, making a discharge that hit the tentacles and caused a bright light. Chihiro had once again disappeared and he reappeared, this time in front of her.

Opening his hands, they were engulfed with lightning and he shot them out into darkness testing something for a moment, waiting to see if it worked, with success he smiled. Opening his hands again, he shot lightning into the air and stepped forward.

While he was speeding towards Chikage, all around the battle field, Chihiro had stabbed metal rods into the ground, creating lightning rods effectively, in fact ones were planted all around them, even one fight in front of Akane, but the darkness hid all the rods fairly well.

With four rods around Chikage, lightning stuck each one of them, but as the lightning struck them, Chihiro turned into an arc himself, and attached himself to the lightning, not just one, but all four. Phasing his body out of the lightning half way, all four of him formed blades with in their hands, and slashed towards Akane in different ways.

As the four attacks hit Chikage, she actually was hurt this time and Chihiro was about to see a glimpse of her true monstrous form, unveiled by the light from his attacks, however Chikage recovered fast and showed to the blue wolf that wasn't the only one who could create clones "Let's see what will win, your Lightning Clones or My Shadow Clones?" As she said that, she created twice as much copies of herself as Chihiro did and all of them launched more Soul Stones in the wolf's direction creating a rainbow of destruction that could be seen from everywhere on the dark soaked city.

When the dust of the explosion cleared, a crater of a couple hundred meters was left on the ground and the suburbs were the fight was taking place were just a faint memory of the past "I guess that I went a little overboard this time, huh?" Chikage comment on the destruction she had unleashed.

Chihiro appeared in his wolf form, limping behind Akane. Blood ran down his furry neck and he bared his teeth. His body started to glow blue, but Mizura appeared, his robe again burned and ripped, his body showing his scars all over his chest and back. He put his hand on Chihiro's head, petting him "Enough...no more, we are destroying more then can be replaced...grab the girl, take her to Harker" Chihiro went to protest, but Mizura did his trade mark glare and the wolf dipped his head, looking at Akane, and back to Mizura.

Turning he turned into pure lightning and jumped into the air, disappearing. Mizura looked back to Akane "Are we going to continue fighting and killing people in the cross fire or will you make a deal with me, however I will need your help with completing it..." he stood distant from her, ready for the situation to go in either direction.

Chikage crossed her arms and look in Mizura's direction with a questioning look "Well, there's certainly more than enough destruction for a single night. But what's it that you propose?" 

He walked towards her, until she was within grabbing distance, opening mouth, he stuck his tongue out and a seal started to glow. Sticking his tongue back in his mouth, he looked away and blushed for only a second, before regaining his seriousness and enough composure to say what he needed. "Basically...the seal that keeps me bound to Hernia is...well...you know. And in order to get rid of the seal, two things need to happen" he put his hand through his hair and sighed "I need you to...bite my tongue...and then we need to swap a small amount of blood."

He was so damn stupid when he made the bond with Hernia, he wasn't even aware of what was going on, until she bit his tongue suddenly and it turned into a whole...yea lets just say Mizura was tricked...

Looking at Akane "In order to break the bond that prevents me from leaving Hernia's side, this is what I need from you, and in turn...you'll get me..."

"Mmm..." Chikage narrowed her eyes suggestively "Do you know? In all of my existence that's the first time someone asks me to bite them willingly..." She then crossed her arms behind his neck and tiptoed just to whisper in Mizura's ear "You know how to get a girl fired up, don't you? I bet you must've been a hell of a skirt chaser in the past." She said teasingly, before meeting his gaze.

"Ha, you're blushing, how cute of you!" The shadow monster said as she moved her lips closer and closer to Mizura's "Itadakimasu!" she said as she dug in his mouth voraciously...

As soon as Chikage lips touched his, he instantly blanked out between a mix of immense pain...and guilty pleasure, very guilty pleasure. Feeling her bite down on his tongue, he pulled her closer, so that the bond could be made, and switched to bite her tongue. With their blood mixing he pulled away, breathing hard and his face red. He looked down at her and removed his arms from around her "sorry...It had to be both ways and I didn't know what you would come up with for the blood, nor i feel I wanted to know..."

With them still touching, a seal formed on the ground around them, a mix of black and red and then air rushed towards them before dissipating and Mizura's tongue having a new seal on it. HOWEVER it would seem that the bond went two ways, instead of one, meaning...well...Akane and Mizura bonded to each other...by complete accident and the dumb actions of Mizura...

Chikage was dumbfounded by what had happened, how come there's a kind of sealing magic capable of affecting her? The only way to do it was if she wished to be sealed volunta... rily... "Oh, damn, looks like I really did something stupid this time." She said under her breath as Mizura stepped away from their kiss. However, instead of feeling furious, or humiliated as it would be expected of the oldest inhabitant of the Crimson Sky, Chikage's catlike expression only grew wider as she said "Well, now that there's no way out of this mess..." she cast off a layer of deeper shadows around she and Mizura "I might as well go all the way through it..."

"Wait Aka-!" the complete darkness engulfed him as well, drowning out the rest of what he was going to say.
