I'll try to keep it as short as I can and not overload anyone with details. Lol.

What I'm looking for:

Currently I'm searching for either advanced or casual roleplay partners. Advanced is preferred but I'm open to a couple casual RPs these days. Be over the age of 18+ seeing as I don't shy away from writing graphic details if they come up. Please be able to collaborate when it comes to world and plot-building.

About me:

I tend to write multiple paragraphs but usually I try to match my partner's post-length and level of detail. I write in 3rd person perspective in past tense and don't care much for 1st or 2nd person. I have a small roster of original characters I like to use for many settings and typically my main is male.

When it comes to romance, I tend to stick to MxF pairings because my character is male. I prefer to have the romance remain between humans as I exclusively play human characters (sorry.) I'm open to mature content as long as it's not gratuitous or the main point of the RP.

I try to get a post in a day and sometimes more, but with other projects, RPs, and real life I may be absent for a few days some weeks. Usually I'll update directly or leave a status message when this occurs.

Plots/Ideas

DM-Based RP:
This is an idea I've grown to like after trying it out a bit. I'd be interested in someone, preferably an advanced roleplayer, to play a DM and set up the scene for my characters to navigate. This is a plot that would require quite a bit of collaboration to make sure we're both happy and interested with the world that's being explored. All the plots listed below could be applied to this idea or if you have your own setting you'd like to try, feel free to pitch it!

Post-Apocalyptic:
Current idea I've had is a group in a Mad Max-like dieselpunk scenario. Lost in unfamiliar lands, they travel in a landcrawler with no one to depend on but themselves. Your character could be a member of the crew, a traveler that comes across them, or anything else you can think of! Would prefer an advanced partner for this idea.

Slice of Life:
This one can be more casual than the previous two ideas. It can be anything from small-scale drama to more adventurous themes. Current idea that I have is a couple of twenty-something friends in or out of college that solve mysteries and/or go on adventures. It's a bit more exciting than a typical SoL. Tone could range from Life is Strange to Twin Peaks.

Mecha RP:
This RP would heavily be influenced by games such as Titanfall, Front Mission, and/or Steel Battalion. Mechs could range from only needing a single-pilot to mechs that require a tank-crew setup for operation. It can take place in the far future with FTL tech or it could be a reimagining of WWI or WWII much like Wolfenstien. Would prefer an advanced partner, but it's open for a casual RP as well!

Blade Runner/Noir Cyberpunk:
The setting would heavily be based on Blade Runner or Cowboy Bebop in terms of setting. Off-world travel, replicants, mega cities with crowds upon crowds of people. Our characters could be detectives, mercenaries, bounty hunters, or whatever else we can think of! Would definitely want an advanced partner for this idea!

Rick & Morty/Multiverse:
I always loved the interdimensional television episodes with different realities and the absurdities that came with them. I imagine this one being more casual and fun. Characters travelling across space or dimensions and coming across awkward, insane, and hilarious scenarios.

Hi there,

Like the title states, I've been a member for a while now but have just got around to doing introductions and taking a real look around the site. A bit about me, I'm an advanced roleplayer (at least I like to think so lol) and I've been roleplaying for about five years now and have used several platforms prior to this one. I got into it as a way to improve my writing and compared to where I was when I started, I think I've made some progress at least.

I tend to stick to 1x1 roleplays in PMs rather than open threads. I'd like to do more group RPs but I often find it hard to join one that doesn't fall apart from inactivity or one that is inclusive to additional characters. So for now I stick to 1x1 RPs lol.

I'm open to most genres but historical and usually fantasy roleplays I stay away from. Every other genre I tend to rotate through when it comes to interest.Other than all that, I don't know what else to say but thanks for taking the time to read this!
