Current I'm back for now. No telling when my laptop will die, so if I disappear suddenly, that's why.

Bio

I made this account, like, a year ago. I made it specifically because I wanted to RP as a particular Halloween themed character, but then I never did. Now I have more time than I'd like and nothing I really want to do other, so it seems like as good a time as any to revive this infant account.

Currently looking into The Ordinary Mythical Academy. No other RPs as of yet, still looking. I don't really have a preferred RP type or anything, kind of more of a case by case thing, though I do prefer to play as non-humans if possible. If you want to see some of my art, you can head over to my Tumblr page.

Get lucky and you might see one of YOUR characters there. ;)
If you want, that is.

Ah, see, that's a semi important piece of information. The band I had planned to use includes a robot, so I guess I won't use them. I've got a gnome I can use, though, so I can still fill the musical performance role.
WHEW! I did my best to get Plex caught up without interfering with anything or writing too much.

Goodnight!
PLX-395

Plex followed Griffin up the stairs, but he did not climb the stairs like his fellow agents. Rather, he leaned forward, as if preparing to leap. Automatically, two very small thrusters emerged from his pack, and he began drifting up the stairs, just fast enough to keep up with the group. Once they arrived their destination, someone designated as "The Elder" informed them of their mission. When the item lists were handed out, Plex quickly scanned the information, logged it away in his mission files, and, following Griffin's example, burned the list using a small precision laser that extended on a thin metal arm from his tool pack.

As Plex logged more data on their mission, more people began showing up. The more people arrived, the more information he had to scan, catalog, and in some cases, set up short cuts for. He had been caught in an analytical cycle, but something broke him out of it. There were two incorrect files. No, not incorrect, additional. Files of people he had not yet encountered, files he knew he had not created. Before he could figure out what was going on, however, a vibration shook the room, somehow disrupting Plex's HUD.

The rumble become a howl, and Plex's HUD sprang back to life. It was locked onto Griffin, the source of the howling. Plex's HUD glowed a dull red as a single word flashed across it; OBEY. Plex's thrusters immediatly shut off as he stood at attention, facing Griffin. Any lingering loyalty to his mother ship faded entirely. Of all the individuals he had met so far, Griffin was the only one trying to do things as a unit, rather than multiple individuals. His comments about the Elder showed that he valued each member for their specialized skills. There was no doubt in Plex's mind, Griffin, though inexperienced and slightly temperamental, was the most suited to lead.

After that, more people arrived. One of them, an older gentle men, seemed to be vying for the leadership position. Plex couldn't help resenting him ever so slightly for it. He also suspected the man's cocky nature may be compensation of some sort. The man's age suggested wisdom, but the improvised weaponization of his own arm seemed to indicate he wasn't one to plan ahead. Before following Griffin, Plex made sure to stop in front of Micheal, and make direct eye contact for exactly one second. He intended to subtly convey through body language that he did not respect the older man as a leader.

As Plex drifted along after Griffin, he hoped his message had not been misunderstand. He did not disrespect Micheal as a member of the unit, just as a leader. He also did not harbor any personal dislike for him.

Joke's on you; one of the band members doesn't have a soul! Another one has a soul, but it's bound up in a lot of undead magic, and what not. The other two have souls, though. I guess all in all...

This band got soul.

@Arya10108909

Sweet.
@KatherinWinter

Fixed it. Even added a little more character as a result. ^^

So, where's the IC?@ArenaSnow

All I'm sayin' is that I gotta protect my fans. If you start eating them, the tavern's band is gonna have some bones to pick.
@KatherinWinter

So, where do we go from here?
Appearance:

Name: Tenzin "Golem" Gyatso
Age: 19
Power: Stone Manipulation. He has control over stone and other minerals, allowing him to create stone spikes, pillars, or even create small earthquakes (only in that general area, of course). He's made entirely of stone, giving him enhanced strength and endurance. Unfortunatley, it makes him extremely slow, not only in movement, but in speech as well. He still needs to eat and sleep like a normal person, he just does it very slowly. Through meditation, he can project a mental image that allows him to appear as a normal person. This requires a vast amount of concentration, however, so he can't really do very much in this guise.
Bio: The child named Golem was born to a superstitious family in Providence, Rhode Island. It was a long, slow, and painful birth that the mother did not survived. The doctors were petrified to see that the new born infant was made entirely of stone. The father told the hospital he intended to raise the child regardless. That night, he took the stone child deep into the forest and left it for dead. There the child would have died, had an unnamed dwarf not come across him. The dwarf had no intention to raise the child himself, but instead took him to the Orphanage of Supernatural Kids. Golem grew up in the orphanage, and sees it as his home. He dreads the day that he has to leave. While there, he developed a fascination with eastern culture. He grew particularly fond of the fourteenth Dalai Lama, Tenzin Gyatso. Having no name other than "Golem", a name given to him out of spite, he chose to take the Dalai Lama's name as his own, in an effort to honor him. He is very kind and tries to be helpful at every opportunity. He's also extremely patient and enjoys meditating. Having said that, he's still deeply emotional and even a little sensitive, he just internalizes most of it.
@KatherinWinter

Oh. So, has everyone been sent off on their own assignment, or...?
Still accepting?
