Bio

Hello! :)

I'm Aleksandra, and I'm a third-year university student. I've been roleplaying on and off for the past six years. I enjoy anything fantasy, mystery and slice-of-life. I tend to stick to group roleplays unless I know a person well (some bad experiences soured 1x1 for me). Happy to do romance, so long as the other user is 18+. As for gore, I'm fine with it.

I might be busy due to writing and programming my dissertation project, but I will try to be active in the evenings and weekends. I'm trying to get back into roleplaying after a three-year absence, and as such, I'm trying to stick to one or two RPs at a time so as to not overwhelm myself again.

English is not my first language, but I have lived in England for eleven years and seem to get by fine, so take that as you will

My character sheets, roleplay plots and unfinished ideas: Warning, most of this is admittedly cringe. Working on fixing that

Current RPs:
-> None at the moment

Current Interest Checks:
-> Pirates of Lreya

"Not specifically- I suppose you could just try to enjoy yourself. Steal somethin. We're leaving when the clock strikes midnight anyway, " Marcus responded to Blake as he glanced over the crowd once again. He saw Kithor approaching him and smirked, ready to receive the money. However, his face fell when he heard the news. He took a deep breath before he spoke again "That son o' a biscuit eater- I should've suspected this outcome. Kithor, keep this 'til we return to the ship. We shall investigate this object in the morning. Fer the time bein', feel free to explore the area. We shall regroup at the docks five minutes before the end o' the festival."

The men in armour were still observing Marcus and the small group that formed around him.

@sassy1085 I'm waiting for your response.

"It's Captain to you" Marcus responded, rather coolly, as his eyes drifting towards a noble looking woman passing by. He quickly reached his hand into her purse and grabbed the first thing his hand touched- a vial of perfume. He smirked and looked back at Blake: "Unfortunately I'll have to deny that offer. As you can see I'm slightly busy at the moment".Before he continued, Marcus brought the vial up to his face and he started studying its contents "How much do you think this is worth? I would say at least 5 doubloons, but no more than 9". He quickly stuffed the perfume into his coat pocket before continuing "So, are you enjoying the festival? Hopefully, you have purchased something of value"
The small village was filled with laughter and the smell of alcohol. A celebration of some kind was taking place- every man, woman and child were outside in the city square dancing and having fun. No one was paying attention to their businesses or houses. Even the King and his family were conversing with their subjects. The situation was ideal for a certain pirate crew. It was unlikely that anyone would notice them committing crimes- and so the crew of Minerva Pathos was integrated into the crowd, enjoying themselves in a slightly different manner.

Marcus sat on a bench near a jewellery shop, slowly sipping on a stolen bottle of wine. He wore a large straw hat which concealed his face and attempted to stay out of sight. His eyes scanned the crowd looking for a potential victim that has either passed out or was distracted, so he could 'borrow' some money. Unfortunately, many people left their valuables at home. With a sigh, Marcus stood up and strolled over to the food stands- he was more likely to find a victim there. However, he was not aware of the fact, that a group of men dressed in suits of armour were observing his every movement, ever since his crew entered the town

Anya

Far away from the carnival, a certain shop was illuminated by candlelight as a blue-haired girl looked through neatly folded gowns on shelves. On her back, she wore a large leather rucksack already filled with books, bottles of ink and expensive jewellery. Anya's hands glided across the fabrics looking for a smooth and light material. She was clearly taking her time, knowing it was unlikely that the owner of the store would return anytime soon. After a couple of with minutes, she found two dresses which satisfied her desires. With a hum, she carefully placed the articles of clothing into her rucksack before casually leaving the shop and returning to the carnival.
@Master CrimSure, go for it.

Annabeth didn't notice when the carriage stopped as she was lost in her own thoughts. She only realised that someone else entered the vehicle until the girl spoke to her. An glanced at Madison before she responded with a grin:

"I'm Annabeth, but call me An. Nice to meet ya Madison."

As Annabeth looked at the girl, she realised she was probably a descendant of a princess or a prince- they were described as beautiful for a reason, weren't they? Not that Annabeth cared- she actually dreaded the moment when others would find out about others' parents. There were many stories of how good friendships were ruined or how people tried to one-up each other because of their parentage. It was stupid in An's opinion.

The carriage stopped again and a boy entered but Annabeth paid no attention to him. Instead, she spoke again:

"So, Madison, what's your opinion on the academy? "
@RaptraAccepted. It's certainly a funny coincidence- or is it ;)
@Crimson Flame In the beauty class the students will learn how to apply make-up, do their hair and do anything to bring out their best physical features. The course will also include sewing lessons as well as an in-depth study of what kind of appearance is appropriate in various situations and locations. There will also be a couple of lessons centred about well-being.

The first post is up.
@Skinner35No, I am the navigator. However, if no else will claim the role of the captain in the next 24 hours I will create a second character for that role.
