So then, I've pre-created and developed a horror story called "Case Study".
It is a teen slasher style RP story, set in Washington state.

The setting(s) is/are a small fictional countryside town, an old sanatorium/insane asylum, and a campground, as well as some mountains nearby.

The basic setting of the story revolves around a small group of friends who are seniors in high school who have graduated, and are taking a trip to a countryside campground for a week of hiking, fishing, hunting, swimming, canoeing, and so on to celebrate finally graduating high school and all being accepted to college.
Knowing that they are all going to separate colleges, they realize this may very well be their last time together as a group of friends after all these years in junior high and high school, and they all intend to make the most of this last time together as a group.

Little do they realize however, that this little camping trip won't be all fun and games, but for the most part will be filled with terror, screams, and a continuous fight to survive at the hands of an utterly psychotic killer who seems utterly obsessed with hunting every one of them down and putting them through some of the most ungodly experiences they could not even imagine.

So, I need a partner for this, so please read the basic details below, as well as my "Personal Rules" tab in my profile biography, and please PM me if your interested! :D

Basic Details
•The group of friends and the suspect/psycho will be NPC's controlled by me.

•The friends group will consist of 6 people. Three guys and three girls.

•My partner will be playing the boyfriend/girlfriend of one of the characters(whichever one they choose to select.) who was invited along on the trip.

•The primary settings will be the camp, the woods, and the sanatorium, as well as maybe a brief foray into the mountains, I've yet to decide.

THEME SONG

So, as you can see, I am developing/creating a post apocalyptic RP called "Toxic Rain~Alcatraz".

This RP is going to begin in the year 2029, a decade after a never before seen meteor shower that blitzes the world with a rain down of meteorites that are extremely radioactive, with radioactivity that practically rivals that of Chernobyl.

In the wake of the meteor shower, due to the intensity of the shower itself as well as the severity of the radiation, civilization has basically fallen, with a global death toll that reaches into the hundreds of millions.

A decade later, much of the world is still severely poisoned by the heavy radiation, with nothing left of humanity but scattered safe zones, rogue states and republics, and bands and hordes of marauders, survivalists, and cannibals.

Worse yet, these survivors of mankind must also endure mutant abominations as well as what seem to be otherworldly creatures, which some speculate could have been "passengers" aboard the meteors that pounded into the body of the earth.

Needless to say, this will be a hellish world where only the strong will endure and survive.

The RP will be centered around San Francisco, Oakland, and Alcatraz Island.

Alcatraz will house a safe zone controlled by remnants of the US Army, while the surrounding mainland will be considered danger zones, inhabited by both Mutants and hostile survivalists alike, the surrounding cities and towns will also be scavenging grounds for food, weapons, and other valuable resources.

NOTE: I'm up for debate on expanding the in-game borders past the described areas if everyone wishes.

Below are additional details, as well topics up for debate and vote.

I've already begun work on the skeletal frame of this RP, but need input and opinions before I continue on.

Currency
Should currency options be restricted to food items and weapons and ammunition, or should it expand to other resources such as clothing, gasoline, coal, scrap metal, etcetera, like a barter system.

The "Mutants"
Should these radiation tolerant monsters(which will remain undisclosed until the RP release for sheer suspense) be aliens from another worldly galaxy who arrived aboard the meteorites, or should they be mutated products of the advanced high intensity radiation?

Also, should mutation be restricted to animals and beasts or can humans be mutated too? Or should the radiation simply kill humans?

Should the Radiation reanimate the dead? I.E zombies.
I know this has been SO overdone, but no harm in asking if people would like that.

What does everyone think of these options for character "class" choices?

Should this RP stay centered in this particular region of the United States?
Should it stay within the SF-Oakland region, expanding no farther than the borders of California? Or should it have the potential to reach all from the tip of Florida to the fringes of Alaska? Or perhaps even farther than that?

NOTE: THE RP WILL STILL BEGIN IN THE SF-OAKLAND REGION REGARDLESS.

Should this RP split up into "seasons" or "acts" or "parts" with separate OP's? Or should it all stay on as one mega RP, even if it's still going say in a year from now and we're not even centered around the same characters and setting and whatnot?

The couple sprinted on together with the raging police officer in tow, grunting and groaning as he raggedly chased after them.
The two never heard Meleena's shouting over the chaos all around as well due to their own instincts focusing only on escaping the danger behind them.
They soon melted into the mob of people fleeing down the street.

A loud crashing sound of glass breaking split the air near Meleena, as the nearby glass double doors leading into the dorm were shattered open.
The cause being a young looking Asian girl who had smashed through the closed doors, she staggered forward, shards of glass sliding off of her body and from her hair and tinkling to the ground around her.

She raised her head, revealing the same deathly pale skin and bloodshot eyes that were also bore by the two girls back inside as well as the police officer from just a minute ago.

She peeled her lips back showing her teeth and began rapidly moving her arms as she hustled toward Meleena.
An angry snarl from nearby could also be heard, followed by a man whirling around the nearby corner of the building, his digital camouflage uniform and helmet identifying him as a soldier, unfortunately though, he too shared that same corpse pale skin and blood red eyes.
He and the already mobile young woman both advanced on Meleena.
