A battle took place. Orange lights blocked the windows of a single house as darkness swallowed the city. Two Empaths were in struggle, shooting blasts powered with emotions at one another. However, only one of them had bathed in the seas of sorrow, wandered the streets of rage, climbed the mountains of despair, delved into the forest of anxiety or flown in the skies of hate. Only one of them had access to an interdimensional horror to guide them to the most emotionally charged worlds available. The battle quickly quieted down, the lights fading. A while after, a many-legged being landed on top of the building.

‘In here? Alright. Thanks,’ Ronja Koskela said into her phone as she carefully wandered the roof, one pair of legs moving at a time. Her hands spun her parasol, looking down on the fairly average building on the outskirts of Penrose at dusk. She closed the call and deposited her phone in the slight space in-between where her belly was swallowed into the spider’s abdomen that was her lower half and where her torso actually ended. Here, eh? There was an open window. Ronja crawled down easily over the wall and went inside.

No damage from the battle that had taken place was visible. Merely some chairs that had been knocked over and the occasional slide-mark from furniture. Notably a mirror of Asengav was leaning on the far wall, untouched. In the middle of the battlefield was a downed Magical Girl with half-open mouth and lifeless eyes, and standing over her was the smirking purple-clad blonde girl that was Suzette Laderoute, Empath of Asengav.

‘You took your time,’ Suzette said with a smirk.

‘I had to cross dimensions to get here,’ Ronja defended. She looked at the girl on the floor. ‘That her?’

‘Yupp. She’s a Puchuu girl that has been keeping up-to-date on the situation here in Penrose. I went ahead and punched all the will to resist out of her, so you can go ahead with the questioning. I’m going to go drench myself in hatred in the meantime,’ Suzette said, before turning to walk towards the mirror. Ronja kept her eyes focused on the downed Magical Girl, breathing out a bit.

‘Someone might have heard your fight. I would like to have some form of backup,’ Ronja stated. Suzette merely giggled as she knocked on the mirror. After a bit of time, it shimmered and opened a pathway to a world Ronja wasn’t familiar with.

‘Aw, is our residential spider-girl feeling lonely?’ Suzette looked back with a smirk. ‘Don’t worry. I just emptied myself. It was extremely draining to win while making sure there was no residential damage, I need to refill. I’ll be back when I’m full~’ Suzette giggled, before exiting through the mirror and vanishing from this world. Ronja merely sighed, and then crawled up to the downed Magical Girl. She took her phone out again and sent a message.

“Emptiness Empath” and “Psychorachnid” finishing up, should arrive in time.

Then, she turned to the girl beneath her, giving a little smile and spinning her parasol.

‘Alright. Time for you to share everything you know about the situation in Penrose,’ Ronja said, moving a hand down and stroking the hair of the girl. One of her spider-legs settled on the girl’s stomach.

‘Don’t worry about feeling guilty,’ she continued, as she pulled her hand and strands of memories left the girl’s mind in the shape of spider-web for Ronja to inspect.

‘You won’t remember.’

Lily stopped her motorcycle on top of the apartment building she and Alex were staying at, and then jumped off it, landing on the balcony to their apartment. She could have used the front door, but at that moment she was so happy she wanted to do things the more energetic way. She even hopped on the sofa, transforming back to her regular appearance as she held a hand to her ear looking at the ceiling.
"That was great, wasn't it?" She asked Alex. Then she nodded her head upon hearing Ixion speak in her head; she held her hand to her ear as if she was on the phone.
"Yeah, I know...I'll start looking tomorrow. I'm sure a ghosting ghoul like that's easy to find."
She then stood up and stretched her arms.
"To think that so many other girls were there helping out...We might be able to reach Victoria's dream. Huh, what is it Alex?" She asked in her bubbly demeanor, and went to the kitchen.

She opened the door to the fridge...And slammed it shut upon hearing his question. She blushed, her face a complete red as her legs began shaking.
"Wh-What?" She reached in her pocket reflexively, feeling the ring that Alex gave her.
Wait, didn't he propose to me? What is going on? Oh geez, don't panic in front of him!
She gave a nervous laugh, and turned towards Alex, leaning against the fridge as if she took refuge from it; her teeth began chattering from the cold.
"Aha, well...I don't know!" She stood back up, and gave a forced smile as she raised her shoulders and cocked her head to the side.
"I mean, I kissed a girl and liked it, but that doesn't make her my girlfriend, haha." It only took a single second to pass before Lily's joking confidence utterly shattered upon her realization, and she began panicking, talking in a rapid pace.
"No, forget what I said! I didn't want to kiss her, she just came up to me and did it, I didn't know what I was doing and-and I don't like girls-I mean I do like them but not in THAT way!"
As her anxiety started to reach critical mass, she lunged towards Alex, and hugged him. She shook as she buried her face in his chest.
"Why...Why do you think I changed my costume today, Alex?" She asked, her breath shallow as she was on the verge of crying.
"I've seen it...The way you look at other girls, and their...Ugh. I just know, you're gonna leave me behind...Like everyone else I've known. That's why I just rode from town to town; If I stayed for long, I would just be..." Tears drifted down her cheeks, and stained his clothes.
"But...this time I stayed...Because Penrose needs my help...You need my help. You're such a dummy...You even proposed, yet you still don't get it..."

Helga stood firm with her hands clasped in front of her, her face not moving an inch as Boteg explained the situation; her experience as Justine's lackey taught her to be diligent and attentive. She faced Su's suggestion with a nod, her eyes determined. "Yeah, I agree. Mariette wants to deny it, but she and Justine are not so different. She also has ambition...And the will to realize it." She then blinked as Mika showed off her performance, followed by wide-eyed awe. "Ahh, that's amazing, Mika!" She went over to the shorter girl, and patted her on the head. "Don't you worry, ok Mika? Me and Su will be coming right back. I promise. Alright, let's go, Su." She said, and followed after her waving off to Mika as she did. During the short time she had known the Beast girl, she had found herself drawn to her; maybe it was because she reminded her of her own wild past, or the fact she always wanted a little sister who she could dote over, and be idolized by, but in either case Helga felt a bond with her. "So, where are we headed to?"

The ursine judge cast a mean look towards Janet when she rejected the charges. It looked like she struck a nerve with the Beckoner, and with good reason. The entire hall was silent, tension high in the air.
"So you plead innocent...They always do," he spoke in a cold voice. "But is that really true?" He looked towards Alicia, expecting her to answer. After the Light user's confirmation, the spectators reacted confused, having not expected that to happen.
"Is Alicia lying?" She could hear a whisper among many others.
"I hear she actually slapped Cherry. The nerve of her."
"She turned into a bully!"
"I hope I'm not next..."

The judge sighed. "Very well. Prosecution, do you want to make your case now?" Sylvia nodded, and responded with a professional rigidness: "Yes, your honor. I would like to present evidence." She brought out a crystal ball, and from it projected a magical illusion to the upper center of the hall, where everyone could see it.
"This is surveillance footage depicting the training hall just moments before the incident." Alicia saw how Janet walked past the camera; she was wearing a black dress, carried a sports bag, and smiled and waved on her way.
Sylvia looked disheartened by seeing it again.
"As you can see, miss Howell was at the scene of the crime, planting the bomb. Next, I would like to ask for a witness to give testimony." Soon, another pod joined the center; Cherry was on it. Sylvia moved in front of her with his own podium. "Miss Sugarsweet, did you see miss Howell at the scene of the crime?"
Cherry bit her lip as she saw Alicia, but then took a deep breath. "I did...Janet walked right through the entrance as I began my shift. I traded with Cola, who had an appointment at the training hall." She looked shaken. "I...She didn't make it." She pointed at Janet, holding back tears. "And that bitch killed her!"
The judge banged his mallet again. "Order in court! Janet Howell, how do you answer to these claims?"
He asked, and the jury began writing on their smartphones.
@FamishedPants

Been a long time since we had a proper fire girl. And she's a good example of one. Accepted.
The entirety of Beacon's forces were alarmed of the coming trial that was about to be held; the entire base now turned busy as plans were made and squads were sent back and forth to cover for the temporary absence the event would cause in some patrols; many volunteered to participate, as word quickly spread on who was to be accused.
In the end, a massive congregation followed after Sylvia and Janet as the former pushed open over-sized doors, and entered the Hall of Divine Judgement, just past the water-cooler. The Hall was vast, made using space magic to accommodate a smaller room that would be physically possible. The most alarming thing Janet noticed was that the circular chamber lacked a floor, or a roof for that matter. The hole above showed a sunny sky, casting rays of pleasant sunlight from between fluffy white clouds; it evoked a feeling of celestial comfort. In contrast, the pit below was fiery, and fitted with pointy rocks; no second guesses were needed what that symbolized.

Janet was directed to step into and stand inside floating podium, which travelled to the center of the room. The other end of the chamber housed a tall, decorated podium that was also floating, resembling a black monolith at the bottom; the seat of the judge, with floating podiums for the prosecutor, defendant, and the jury at the sides. The rest of the space was fitted for spectators to watch. Sylvia sighed as she watched Janet slowly shift away, and gave one final look at Alicia; it was one of conflict, showing how she was split between her duty to Beacon, and the friendship she had with Alicia. "Alicia..." She mumbled, as if going to say something, when she was called in as the prosecutor. She then sighed, and made a single nod, closing her eyes as she stepped into her podium.

Everyone took their places in the podiums, with Alicia as the defendant and volunteers at the scene as the jury; the floating standing seats quickly arranged themselves in the 3-dimensional space, mostly surrounding Janet. A strange-looking Beckoner appeared at the judge's seat; it resembled a bear with a design split down the middle in design; one half represented virtue and faith, the other sin and punishment. Even the halo and wings on it's back had the same duality to it. Another Beckoner resembling a white rabbit appeared and gave it a judge's wig and tiny mallet for it to wear. When it hit the mallet, it caused a loud sound, like the clanging of a great bell. At that, many other Beckoners also arrived, flying high above them all. "Let us begin the trial for Janet Howell," the judge spoke. "In this Hall, you are sworn to speak the truth, and only the truth. Sylvia, list her charges."
Sylvia nodded, and brought out a futuristic notepad from her pocket, beginning to read it. "Janet Howell is accused of the following charges: betrayal against Beacon and her own sworn sisters, direct assault on Beacon's headquarters, multiple accounts of murder committed on Beacon's chosen, terrorism, giving into corruption and allying themselves with Justine von Visceral." The jury began whispering with wide eyes, their looks upon Janet harsh. The judge nodded. "Janet Howell, do you admit to committing these sins?"
@NuttsnBolts
Thank you.
Reminds me of Hermaeus Mora from The Elder Scrolls, or Tzeentch from Warhammer. I like it. Accepted.
Hello, could you delete this post? I would really appreciate it. Thank you for your time.
Lily gasped when Shannon suddenly arrived, and nearly dropped the two small children around her arms. Fortunately she had the dexterity of a tightrope dancer, and expertly caught the two, balancing on one foot. While she desperately wanted to stay and talk with her, and catch up on lost time, she knew better than anyone else they had priorities.
"There's injured all around." She managed to point in her precarious position.
"Bring them to Alex over there, he can heal them. Catch you later." Then she ran off to deliver the kids.

When she came back to check around a corner, she saw what looked like a bear carrying a man.
Now, any normal girl might have made the wrong assumption that it was a wild bear out on a rampage. But Lily knew that the incident would bring in magically inclined people over, good or bad. She also knew bears don't carry their meals in their paws.
"Thank you for helping, Mister Bear!" She smiled brightly, and continued on her way.
"I'll give you a pot of honey as a reward for your hard work!"
When she returned back with the bear, carrying another wounded civilian, she heard the last bits of the conversation between Amaryllis and Katarina. She frowned a bit as she set the old woman down for Alex to treat, not liking the fact that Katarina seemed to concentrate more on chasing down the bat girl than sticking around to help.

"Umm...Hey Rina, uhh..." She tried to speak up, but to no avail; she was also really cool...And made her feel inferior as she looked down her front.
...These two are so tall and beautiful, with magazine bodies...And me...I'm hopeless... She realized she had gotten Katarina's attention.
"Uh, never mind! I have some...People to carry here." She saw as Alex lifted his head to look up at Amaryllis, who offered her a girl to heal. Before she knew it, she puffed her cheeks red, feeling jealous.
I gotta do something, before it's too late!

As if on cue, she saw how a girl wearing a belly dancer's outfit fumbled as she dropped down the side of a building; it looked like it was going to hurt, but she made a lucky save just in time, impressing Lily.
As she was distracted by Sakura, and Alex by healing the injured, neither of them noticed Violet sneaking behind them.
"Wow!" She exclaimed.
"Thank you for the help. You look so cute and pretty, too...I wish I could wear clothes just as exotic as you do," she once again spoke her mind, and then blushed a bit.
"Kiyaaah, what am I saying! That would show my navel! Oh wait, my current one does too.
She furrowed her brow.
But...Maybe then Alex would look at me like he looked at miss top-heavy...
She thought as she went off to deliver the last few remaining victims, also having forgotten she couldn't see where he was looking.
Thanks to the efforts of everyone involved including her, Alex, Amaryllis, Shannon Mika and Sakura, most of the victims survived the attack; once they were healed by Alex, they soon started to wake up, looking confused by what happened. Those who passed away were set down on a row, with a white sheet placed over them. Lily looked sad as she looked down at it.
"Great job, everyone. We saved a ton of lives today," she thanked the other girls, and hugged Shannon's neck.
"And sorry for everything, Shanny!"

The two Beacon guards were surprised by Alicia's transformation, and the one holding the hammer had her jaw drop. "Whoah! Wait, what are you-" Suddenly, the other girl was smacked, forcing her to drop the rope that bound Janet, and she stumbled back with a savage scowl. "Hey, what's the big idea, " she squeaked, her posture readied for combat, one hand reaching down for her holstered revolver as if in a western. The first guard held her hammer with both arms, her teeth grit as she heard Alicia's demand. "She is a terrorist!" She pointed at Janet in accusatory fashion. "She is a traitor who killed her sworn sisters in cold blood! Why do you protect someone like her?" The squeaky girl spat at the ground. "If you side with her, you're a traitor too, Seraph or not!"

"SILENCE!" Sylvia's voice boomed from the entrance hall as she ran to the scene, followed by six Beacon girls, and Summer and Kyle who joined the retinue on their way there.
"We will settle this in the Hall of Judgement. Save your accusations until then, Elizabeth." She looked angry, at both the guards, and Alicia.
She helped lift Janet up from the ground. By this point, Sally and the rest of the Rec Room crew had arrived to witness the volatile scene.
"Did you hurt this prisoner, Cherry?" Sylvia asked sternly. Cherry nodded weakly, biting her lip in clear regret. "B-But...She killed my friend-" Sylvia's Beckoner suddenly appeared, and spoke in an angry tone:
"We do not assault a helpless non-combatant, no matter how they have wronged against us! That is not the new Beacon's path." Sylvia nodded. The Beckoner then gave a stern look at Alicia.
"Also, we do not assault each other, even in revenge. That is one of our holy commandments. I expected better of you, Seraph."
Sylvia sighed, looking clearly exhausted, and took hold of the golden rope, lifting it gently.
She turned to look at Janet. "If you need medical attention we can provide an examination for you before the trial. Now, if you could come with us, we can resolve this issue peacefully in the Hall. Isn't that right?"
She looked at the Beckoner, and it nodded. "Yes. We shall shed light on this incident, and deem if Janet is to be saved, or cast to damnation."

Freya Cameron sat, somewhat bored, breathing at an empty table beside the arcade cabinet where Jelena Dias was trying to teach Mayra McCullough how to play a fighting game against a computer. Freya was an underdeveloped 16-year old, with short black hair and currently wearing a Japanese kimono for no other reason than that she liked its style. Mayra, a tall 15-year old with wild black hair and casual pink sweater that doubled as a dress because of the length, was from a world without technology like this and as such was having a blast. Meanwhile, Jelena was transformed, because that was the only way she could move about.

Jelena was physically seven years old, yet had built herself a metal body that was far taller than that. The physique she had built herself was closer to 14 or so. That was, of course, because Jelena’s limbs were metal. They were currently shaped like prosthetics, to give the illusion of simply a girl that had been in an accident, but the rest of her didn’t help. She had white hair, a large, black coat wrapped around her body, a metal eyepatch and her hair combed over her left eye. She had a hood with bunny ears currently resting on her back. Metal hands were trying to help Mayra play on an arcade game. They were both significantly enthusiastic, while Freya could but watch.

… Freya was from a world of war, and as such could only see what the other two were doing as a meager waste of time. This world in general was way too entertainment driven, these citizens couldn’t defend themselves worth a damn were they to be attacked by the monsters of her home. Mayra and Jelena were both sinfully innocent when it came to the evils they faced, despite being the servants of a horror. Freya silently judged them, as the time she had granted them to play came to an end with the match and Freya stood to speak to them.

‘THAT’S HOW YOU DO IT!’

‘AWESOME…!’

At the end there, Mayra had been about to lose and as such Jelena had stolen the controller and thoroughly defeated their opponent. The girls stood with hands high in triumph, and that was the time Freya approached to cut into their fun.

‘Girls, it’s time to leave,’ Freya told them.

‘Agh, already!?’ Jelena threw a frown at her, very unsatisfied.

‘Ooh, okay. Thank you, Jelena, for showing me this. It was a ton of fun!’ Mayra grinned happily, more than satisfied.

‘Keh. Sure. It was a crime that you didn’t know anything about digital sports before this, had to be rectified.’

‘Sure. I think I still prefer sports where I move my whole body, but this was fun too! Thanks! Let’s play for real, next time!’

‘What do you mean, for real!? Games aren’t real to you!?’

‘Mayra’s idea of “playing” involves transforming and going all out on each other with magic powers and hopefully surviving,’ Freya idly informed. Jelena was taken aback and threw a hesitant at the widely grinning Mayra.

‘Ah-hah-hah-ha… I’ll consider it…’

‘GREAT~!’

Yeah, they were having a good time, but… Freya sighed again, and looked to Jelena.

‘Jelena, I’m going to have to ask you to detransform.’

‘Wha- why!? What for!?’ Jelena looked to her angrily.

‘There are those in this city that might detect a transformed individual. I’d rather that not happen when we’re walking around peacefully.’

‘Grrgh.’ Jelena obviously wasn’t happy. Still, to not be seen by someone’s Third Eye, it needed to be done. Fortunately, the Trespasser was on their side, but there was nothing saying there wasn’t someone similar that was an enemy. As they made sure nobody watched, they sealed Jelena into a bathroom for the moment, while Mayra and Freya waited outside.

‘Hey, they work with a bunch of fancy cables and stuff, right?’ Mayra asked, curious finger on her lips looking out over the arcade machines.

‘Yeah, why?’ Freya frowned, asking. Mayra gave a stupid, mischievous grin.

‘I wonder, if I just burn a wire here and there at night, and then come back in the morning and get to see them all when they try to-’

Freya swatted her fingers into Mayra’s face, the girl flinching back from the cold expression of her companion.

‘No. Bad Mayra. It’d attract attention, and Jelena would hate you.’

‘Aw, ow, okay, okay! Hahaha!’ Mayra laughed a little, clearly not entirely figuring it to be a bad idea. Freya sighed again. This girl was powerful, but she needed to be kept an eye on so she didn’t get up to no good.

After a bit of time, Jelena was ready.

‘I’m done,’ said a very unhappy Jelena, and so Freya opened the door the the bathroom. There was Jelena, frowning from the wheelchair she built out of her own magic within the bathroom, completely limbless with white hair, white shirt and red shorts. No arms or legs, a pitiful existence had it been her only form. Freya nodded to her, and waved to Mayra to take the handles on the wheelchair.

‘Sorry, but we need to not attract attention,’ Freya stated, as they turned and left the arcade out onto the busy streets of Penrose.

‘Yeah, ‘cause a completely limbless white-haired girl in a wheelchair and you in a friggin’ kimono attracts less attention,’ Jelena retorted, more than a little annoyed.

‘Let’s go!’ Mayra went before Freya could respond, and suddenly dashed in full speed down the street with Jelena’s wheelchair, the limbless girl unable to hold on and giving semi-panicked remarks of slowing down while Freya was left behind.

Freya sighed, with a slight smile. Okay. Relatively under control. She brought up her phone from her pocket, because neither of the other two could handle being the phone-girl. One because lack of knowledge, the other because of lack of limbs. She typed the message.

‘“Black Rabbit”, “Demonborn” and “Union Beast” are on the way.’

There, she thought as she put down the phone. Now they just had to get to the rendezvous and-

Her eyes went wide, as a sudden emptiness from within shook her core. It needed something to fill it. Something with meat in it. Every humanoid walking the streets… their long limbs, their tender torsos, their juicy heads. They looked so tasty…

Wait, no, ALREADY!?

She had already satisfied the beast just yesterday when she feasted on that old guy! She generally tried to aim for older people, those who already lived their lives and only had death to look forward to. Within, she felt that was a relatively morally acceptable compromise. But, could it be, the beast was not fully satisfied by that? Did it desire the blood of the young and fresh?

Freya internally cursed. She knew, with this beast within her, only a Horror would truly want to work with her.

But, fine. She’d just have to pick a young, fresh and innocent sacrifice for next time. What did it matter?

They’d all be dead soon, anyways.

"Is that true, bat girl?" Lily shouted towards Valerie, her bow drawn and aimed towards her.
"If you don't answer quick you'll get shocked and awed!" Unlike her playful and fun-loving self, Lily went serious when human lives were endangered. She wouldn't kill unless given good reason...But that wouldn't mean she can't paralyze her enemies with jolts of crackling justice. She drew back on her glowing bowstring, about to loose an arrow, when she heard the distinct sound of a heel clacking against the pavement.
She turned, and her eyes widened upon seeing the woman who emerged.
"Whoa...She's so cool..." Lily mumbled as Amaryllis spoke.

Lily blinked at Amaryllis' words.
"Wait, a scavenger? But who attacked these people in the first place?" She looked back to Valerie, and cursed when she fled, coated in effluvium that blended into the dark alleys around them.
"She ran away! You cowardly jerk! What should we do?" She looked towards Alex, as if expecting some kind of answer, and only got a facepalm in return. She jumped down, and took one of his runic chunks. "Right, we need to rescue lives!" And so she began running around the place, using the item on nearby victims and carrying them to Alex for first-aid. Alex would notice that the wounds on the civilians were unnatural, lacking the usual scarring on the skin; it was only possible for a spirit...or more accurately, someone capable of controlling spirits.

At one moment, Lily stopped to quickly salute Amaryllis with a big smile.
"You're really cool! I'd like to talk more later!" She then quickly ran away, and soon returned carrying another patient, only to run off again in search of more victims. As she did this, she realized she needed more people who could help. Even with her, Alex, Katarina and Amaryllis all saving folks, it wouldn't be enough. She then gasped out loud. "Shannon! Oh geez, she must be so worried about me!" She slung a middle-aged man groaning in pain over her shoulder, and took out her phone with her free hand; she tried to call Shannon.
"Hi Shannon! I'm super sorry for ditching our meeting. You see, some stuff happened, I got captured by a maniacal bat girl out to destroy the world, had to teach her how to love, you know how it goes. Anyway, could you come over to downtown? We could really use your help."

Kimble grinned. "Nice to meet you too, Nyaa!" She stood up, and immediately walked over to Kyle. She leaned forward, and sniffed him. Sally gave an awkward giggle in response. "Oh, please don't mind Kimble; she can be a bit, uh, strange." Kimble then crouched down next to Sally, searching through the basket the green-dressed girl still held on her arm. "Oh, Penny joined us earlier than Kimble. I don't know the exact details, but it seems the Beckoners allied with a Deity." She looked up at the ceiling in thought. "What was it again? Laat...something or other. She can be a bit cold, but once you get to know her she's a nice girl."
Kimble purred, and nudged Sally's side. "Nyaa, I'm bored! I want to play!" Sally petted her again, but then joined her hands in surprise at Kyle's next question. "Oh, I know a good place where we can talk. Follow me."

Kimble cocked her head to the side as she was crouched down on the couch with her back straight, legs hooked and arms right before her as the group settled down in the rec room. It was a comfy place where Beacon members could relax after a mission. There was a table that could be used to sitting around or playing tabletop games. It was also engraved with runes, allowing it to magically transform into table tennis or even a pool table. There was a small bar stocked with juice of various flavors, wall with a target sign for darts, and a big couch in the corner fitted with a TV and video games.
However, even there the girls were reminded of their duty; the walls were fitted with posters of Beacon slogans such as "Burn the Witch, Kill the Mint, Purge the Unclean" or "In Beacon We Trust". There were also small portraits and busts of "famous" Beacon girls; all of them except Alicia's had the time of service engraved, and none of those had a service longer than three years. They all had an honorary title fitted under their name, and Alicia's picture was the latest, titled "Seraph".

"So, do you like it?" Sally asked Kyle and Summer as she sat down with a drink in hand. "There's some games back there, but nothing interesting, whioch is too bad. it's all. If one were to search through the box of games, they would notice all of them shared a singular theme of slaughtering horrible monsters or evil cultists in gory fashion; the genres were mostly shooters, fighters and slash-e'm-ups...And a simple hockey game from 2014.
"I like playing card games more, anyway. So who's up for poker?" She suggested, giving a little giggle.

Just outside the Beacon headquarters, the two girls guarding the entrance waved with a big smile upon seeing Alicia. Their eyes opened wide upon seeing Janet following after her, and they summoned their weapons; a hammer, and a pair of revolvers. "Alicia captured Janet!" They could be heard shouting. "The traitor? Oh my god! Call Sylvia!" The guard with the hammer walked towards Janet, and gave her a mean look. "Didn't expect to find yourself back here, did you?" She smirked. Suddenly, the guard punched Janet in the stomach, causing her to fall. She turned to Alicia with a thumbs up, and wide smile. "Great job, Alicia. I'm sure the boss will be pleased. We'll take it from here." The other guard tied Janet's hands behind her back with golden rope, and lifted her up to stand. She then shoved her violently through the entrance. "Come on, move it, traitor!" The other ordered, her voice very high-pitched.
"You'll soon face judgement for your sins," the grade-schooler-looking girl said with a cheerful smile on her face.

Helga blinked at Sue's words. "The terrible one's champion?" She seemed confused at first, and nervously buried her fingers into the folds of her dress. She then drew in a sharp breath when she mentioned the ship. "They destroyed Sky Bast-!" She raised her volume before she realized it, and quickly put a hand to her mouth.
"I mean, Earth Bastion?" She nodded quietly as she listened to the rest, and bit her lower lip at mention of Beacon. "But Amber never had any beef with the lampers!" She took a hasty step. "Why would they have done it? Still...We need to go." She grit her teeth when Sue stopped her, and asked for her to stay. "But..." She struggled with her feelings of duty to Boteg, and her loyalty to Amber's memory. Finally, she sighed, and took Sue's hand. "Promise me you return the moment you find something, Sue. As much as you'd want to fight all on your own, don't make the same mistake...she did..." She squinted her eyes, holding back tears. "...and leave me behind."
