I want to write, but don't ever seem to have the drive anymore. Every time I come back to this place and pop in to see how things are going, I want to come back. But I just can't seem to stick around.

At this point I think it’s safe to say I hate college, since I’m in my graduating semester with 6 classes, but I’m also pretty anxious about whatever will happen once I’m finally done.

That last month of the semester hit me real hard, but so begins the recovery process. I just want to chill out for a bit without having to think about another academic paper...

It's been 4 years so I may as well put something in here, right?
I tend to enjoy worlds verging on the bleaker side of things, not really sure why. I like 'em gritty and somewhat grounded, with a reasonable amount of realism (fun takes priority though, ofc). I guess I just like having a sense that defeat is right around the corner, though overwhelming odds are always best saved for those wonderful moments when everyone feels like a total badass regardless of victory or defeat.
I've really wanted to find an RP set in the worlds of Red Dead, Hunt: Showdown, For Honor, the Metro series, and a few others I can't remember at the moment. Any time I look I come up empty-handed, but I'd still like to find one.

One million years dungeon, no trial!
John made his way to the prison and spotted at least three guards standing watch in a close enough vicinity to impede his release of the prisoners. John walked calmly into the room and called two of the guards over to him, requesting clearance to release the prisoner Seth for questioning. As they turned to head over to Seth's cell, John pulled out his dual shock batons and jabbed them both in the back. The third guard heard them fall to the ground, turning around to see John thrusting a shock baton into his gut. The guard deflected the attack, but couldn't block the attack coming from the other arm and was jabbed in the side. After the third guard had been incapacitated John moved to open the cells, making sure that no Gifted was left behind.
Certain that Seth had received his belongings, John attempted to rally the prisoners. "As of now, you're all free, and we're getting out of here now! Grab the weapons off of these guards, and make your escape while the security grid is still down!" He said, and though it may not have been a speech of great emotion or substance; several of the prisoners did not hesitate to charge out into the hallways. Several remained behind with John, but whether they were scared or smart was unknown to him. John glanced at the handful of remainders and contacted Cole. "Prisoners have been released, I'm grabbing Seth and making our way to the rendezvous."

Right, but I was never fond of the revolver in the first place. And now that he got me thinking, I think want to exchange it for some other weapon. I was thinking of a hammer...
But that'll have to wait, cause I ran out of PC time for the night.

Yeah that would probably be best, if Inertia doesn't post by the time the rest of the team gets to the garage we might have to teleport Seth with us. Now to figure out how to bring Eva into the fold.

Yeah...well, all I can really say now is at least I didn't try to ask for a machine gun...
I tried to add as many flaws to the Cannon as I could think of to represent the tech level and cause I didn't care enough about the revolver, I just kinda threw it in. But now that I think about it, the damn thing would probably be blown out of his hands every time he pulled the trigger...
Then as such, fuck it, im not taking part in a roleplay with a bunch of gun weilding angsty AC characters. No thank you...!
Most characters don't use guns even if they have them due to them being rather useless at closer ranges, where the monsters fight. Magic is a much better alternative, since it can hit more enemies with a wider effective range.
It's not like we're fighting each other. We're fighting monsters. Lots of monsters.
