Ariamis said a spot was open. I'm pretty much done aside from the pilot ratings, the secondary weapon system(Can't decide for the life of me), a better replacement picture for the mech, and maybe some follow-up edits to expand on backstory/make it better.

Personality: Though Alyssa is often a quiet and calm person, there are times when her emotions can overwhelm her. She generally tries her best to do what she believes is right, especially if it means the Cruxi pay for all the lives they've taken. In truth, however, she is terrified of entering live combat with the Cruxi, yet still she feels that she must fight. (Medical Note: She seems to suffer from depression, and could potentially commit suicide. An appropriate dosage of medicine has been prescribed to counter this.)

Background: Growing up on Damuran, all Alyssa ever really wanted was to be a musician and live a happy life. But then the Cruxi attacked, and everything just went to hell. Flames and confusion seemed to consume the planet as Alyssa and her family tried to reach a ship to escape, and after fighting through a massive crowd of screaming and desperate colonists they finally made it on-board... or so she thought. When Alyssa turned, smiling in relief, to look at her family... they weren't there. Where had they gone? She wondered, pushing back through a number of despairing colonists as the ship began to take off. Panic overcame her as the entry door closed right as she reached it, pressing against the porthole to see Clyde, her little brother, holding onto the handle of the door. The ship continued to rise, and Alyssa screamed out to her brother, trying wildly to open the door, as she saw his grasp beginning to slip. Suddenly an explosion tore into the city below, reaching as far as to violently rock the escape vessel Alyssa was on. She fell to the ground, but not before seeing the flames swallow her brother's form whole.

She continued to lay there on the floor, the last few images of her little brother flashing through her mind as if on repeat. Hoping, to some extent, that the Cruxi would take her life as well. Her older brother later convinced her to enlist in the Framewerk program with him

Other things: She holds herself personally responsible for the death of her younger brother, Clyde. She also idolized her older brother, especially once the rest of their family died... and then following her enlistment, he was labeled "MIA".

Signature Weapon System: Twin M96 "Pounder" Cannons, complete with Projectile Flight Path Calculation systems that predict the arcing paths of shells before they are fired from the weapon - though weather and enemy movement are not taken into account. The cannon barrels are capable of extending or shortening in length, which, when coupled with the 90 Degree Vertical Aiming Drive, permits the cannons to fire shells anywhere from short to long ranges. This weapon system comes with 2 preset 'modes':
"Artillery Mode" - when the cannons are both extended and angled within 45 degrees from horizontal over the shoulders to allow for long-range bombardment. In this configuration, the cannons are restricted to a maximum firing rate of 15 rounds / minute each (30 rounds / minute in total).
"Mortar Mode" - when the cannons are shortened and within 45 degrees of being vertical to allow for rapid bombardment at medium ranges, but is a fairly inaccurate mode of engagement due to projectile travel time. In this mode, the cannons can achieve a maximum firing rate of 30 rounds / minute each (60 rounds / minute in total)


Secondary Weapon System:  A munitions rack containing various types of ammunition for the primary cannons (changing the type of shell prevents the use of the cannon in the same post).
Standard Shell: Multipurpose shell with adequate armor penetration and explosion radius, designed for use in almost any environment. Especially well suited for firing upon a single-target in Artillery Mode.
Tracer Shell: A low impact, high-volume shell originally designed to mark weapon spread across long distances and during nocturnal exercises, using a firework/flare-style explosion rather than a regular vapor or burn trail that could expose the user's location. While these shells deal minimal damage, they can be used to some effect to partially blind, or confuse enemies within the blast radius, as the explosive flash is large and burns long enough to be seen across extremely far distances. (Explosion color is white)
HYDRA Shell: Specially designed shells that break apart and separate in midair, releasing a swarm of guided explosive "mini-missiles" that track targets based on proximity, delivering devastation over an entire sector. These shells must be carefully loaded, and therefore require more time to be loaded; slowing cannon firing rate down by about half. (max of 3 rounds per post)
Titan Shell: Shells fitted with with three Conventional Large-Yield Explosive Warheads, each with a detonation size and strength resembling a Massive Ordinance Air Blast(MOAB). Recommended only for Artillery Mode, as the explosion radius is... quite large. Slows down cannon firing rate by about half as these shells must be carefully loaded, and only four can be stored on-board at a time. (max of 2 rounds per post)

Equipped with medium-strength armor, allowing for decent flexibility - though movement speed still suffers due to the equipped firepower.
