I can't honestly say I had any one or two series in mind when I was making NA-TA and the Nu Wa, but there's def. a leaning towards Eva with giant space aliens and biomechs. For style/aesthetic I think there's some Valvrave thrown in there.

Christ, Valvrave. What a badgood show.
Act I ~ The Bloodhounds

The cold grips Hide-shima, as it does every winter. The hunters with the same prey gathered, having never met before.

This is where it begins.

How you got to this city is largely unimportant, be it a few days before hand or only just on that night, what matters is that you were found and brought before someone tonight. This is where it begins.

The group sat before a white uniform-clad man, not much older than anyone else present, feet brought up to rest on the tattered and old wooden desk before him. The only light source in busted and disused factory space came from the moons rays through shattered windows, illuminating one half of the dusty area.

Your chairs, each of various antique makes, are arranged in a slight arc not too far from the desk and its owner, giving you a clear look at the disgruntled expression on the young man's face. He uncrosses one foot from the other, bringing them both down and slowly turning his head to get a look over each of the newcomers in his building.

“I should have figured more would show up.” He offhandedly mentions.

“It’s common courtesy to introduce oneself if they are going to be intruding on the property of others.” He speaks in a matter of fact tone, raising a hand to gesture to the skylines in the distance, past the broken windows and industrial buildings.

He appraises each one of you once again, letting out a small huff.

“But you are new - foreigners…” He tosses a glance to Hazakura specifically here, clearly referring to them as foreigners in more than just the literal sense, "It would be rude of me not to lead by example, for your sake.” He sits up right, taking on a new air of authority, where before he merely appeared to be a uniformed delinquent.

“I am Ikiriyo Tobe, Chief Enforcer for the Hide-shima region. If there’s a problem in this city with it’s...residents, I am obliged to solve the issue in one way or another.” He finishes, then pointing in the general direction of the group. “Introduce yourselves, Little Reapers.”

‘Little Reaper’. The Mori gathered would immediately be able to tell that this man was in the know when it came to their nature, not many used that name for them after all. As to if he’s a threat or not has yet to really be seen, but you do not need to be too savvy to figure out that this man - Ikiriyo - was of of some reputation within the city, at least the side of the city you’d be dealing with.

Time to get to know your fellow undead.
@Lionheart, dang dude that stat line. I'd definitely tone it down a few notches. It's worth comparing a servant to where others lay in terms of stats when you're making them. For example, Berserker Herakles, a being who is said to have lifted the sky, 'only' has A+ strength with what is a 'perfect' master and the Mad Enchantment. Is there really enough to warrant him having what could be seen as 2 potential boosts which make him stronger, more durable (not counting God Hand) and just as fast as the son of Zeus?

Compared to other Saber classes, specifically Arturia, his stats also do not line up. At a base level, not counting haxcalibur, he is more powerful than Arturia, who for obvious reasons is probably the max of what you can expect from an English king other than maybe William the Conqueror. If I were to restat him it'd be something like:
Str: B
End: B
Agility: C
Mana: C

When I read and think of Richard the Lionheart, it's not exactly the physical powerhouse you've depicted him as, but rather an adventurous (and poor) king who was a notable Crusader and a decent warrior. The integration and recognition of Gaillard is good, but more can be done with it conceptually than just making it a zone where he fights better. Re purpose it for the defensive, possibly, and consider implementing something like...

Durnstein & Trifels ~ Under the Authority of Him
Rank: D etc etc

Richard the Lionheart was, for a time, imprisoned in Austria, resulting in the equivalent of a PR fiasco for the Byzantine Empire. When eventually brought to the Pope and after a remark regarding deference to him, Richard responded:

"I am born of a rank which recognises no superior but God"

Richard can be held by none who are not the Lord himself. When activating Durnstein, the Lionheart becomes unstoppable by any means that are not extremely powerful restraining NPs, breaking free of any restraints on his movement and disregarding any penalties/debuffs for its durations, allowing him free movement.

Combine that with a defensive Noble Phantasm you could make out of Gaillard and instead of this stat-jockey, you get a progressive tank; a hero who keeps on going and can take hits but is not an absolute destroyer like Berserker while maintaining the idea that stats=representative of legend and class combined. In exchange for a relatively weak stat side for a Saber, you can make one of his Noble Phantasm's exceptionally powerful - a trump card which could toss things on its head. Considering Richard didn't exactly have that much of an outstanding legend in comparison to the likes of Arturia, Berserker, Seigfried, Mordred etc it'd be worth making him more Noble Phantasm based rather than stat/skill. Unfortunately, while Saber is technically the physically strongest class, it does not necessarily mean it is the strongest within an individual war and still depends upon who was summoned.
IC goin' up soon. Just before hand, the first posts should basically just be a brief introduction. I'm starting it like this so everyone has a sort of common ground, after this you're free to go off and look for things
you know im already ready for this gnar, time to get the servant out of the way

tl;dr - A relatively weak servant independently, operates best when working with the long term in mind and under an alliance. sort of like a more 'serious' but fragile iskander
@ Wonderwall, oh shit, woops. I went over it while scrolling. Will fix.

Anyone who becomes aware of the supernatural, which is easier said than done, can see a Mori. Witnessing a vampire or werewolf does not awaken you to the supernatural, but it's one step away from it. You need to experience, i.e. becoming/being a mage or being turned into a supernatural creature.

@Kimono, I'm afraid I'll have to turn you away, just because there's a lot of people right now. If you're interested later, I can drop a PM to you in case anyone drops out.
doublepost
I'm operating on GMT, so I'm guessing around maybe 5pm my time on Wednesday.

And yeah, that's what I was thinking as well, Chukkle. One way to look at it is that each Egregor can 'remove' immortality to certain degrees, but Monica is especially exceptional this with her knife, reducing those stabbed to a base mortal level. Of course there's the drawback of it being risky as fuck, but it's a good tool to have.
Mech editied.
IC should be up on Wednesday at some point. It would be up earlier, but I've got some things to do today, so I won't be able to finish the IC in time.

Thanks for the Update, Rai. Just to let you know, vampires have a broad set of abilities in this setting, and they can be a real mixed bag. If I were to go with what the 'expected' abilities of a vampire would be, it's enhanced strength and speed, but not durability. That power has a lot of potential, though. Vampires can be absurdly powerful in this setting.
