It's just that I want to avoid someone having the power to instantly make any weapon with any ability they want in it. If they're just weapons with good construction quality, that's all fine and good, but if she can give them powers as well... :\

I presume by 'quality' in Sacred Blacksmith weapons you mean their literal construction quality, and not their attached abilities, right?
