I have sent out 4 acceptance PM's to individuals so far. I am heavily debating the last 3 to be made.
So submissions closed 30 minutes ago. I haven't checked yet (just woke up), but if anything was sent to me after the deadline, it doesn't count.

Solid mana is like other mineral resources; its abundance depends on the Sphere in question. I'm that sense its value varies. Liquid mana can be found in just about every large body of water in Aurora, so its value tends to stay low across the board.
