@DedonusWell, it is up to the guy, but Josie isn't gonna be interested in a normal guy, unless she's told by Jack or Byron to kill him. Also, I think that Ryder might have a greater deal of success dealing with Josie than you might first expect.

@Dedonus Well, what about the gang Josie is in? I don't intend for them to be a serious threat to the Shroud, and right now, they consist of mainly two-bit thugs, your typical 'gangstas', with the exception of Byron, Josie, and their driver.

(I, for one, don't care if you take out an Enigma crackhouse or something, Josie's just an enforcer, not really concerned with the management of the gang.)
