I'm not sure. In game you'd want to go after you beat the champion, because IGN reported first trainer battle is level 60. But we're usually done with a region after Champion Battle. Also, would we all be getting Kubfoo, and we just pick what Urishifoo it evolves into, or would we treat it as any other legendary?
The Zeraora was looking back and forth, searching for the Dragapult, panicking a little. "Jortaro, calm your mind and wait for the right moment to strike!" Chuck called out. He nodded and closed his eyes and taking a deep breath. When Dragapult launched the Dreepy, Jotaro was able to narrowly dodge the first one, but got hit by the second. It didn't phase him as Chuck called out "Giga Impact!" Jotaro launched himself right at the Dragapult, putting all of his power into this one attack which, thanks to the earlier Plasma Fists, was electrically charged, making it a massive Electric attack, rather than a Normal attack that wouldn't affect Dragapult.

Blood, are you using Dragon Darts, or Phantom Force? Because Dragon Darts is where it launches the Dreepy, and Phantom Force is where it disappears for a turn, then reappears to attack.

"Ora!" the Zeraora said, it's claws charging with electricity as it rushed in with a flurry of blows. "Oraoraoraoraoraoraoraoraoraora!"
