Dmitri was a mischeivous talent when he was young, and his loved ones always warned him of dangers, but he thought it was all games. The day he lost it he was outside shooting logs in the water with a slingshot. 'Thwack' 'Thwack' 'Thwack'....'Thump' Hmm? That's not normal.Suddenly to the small boys surprise, a massive reptilian beast emerged from the swampy bog, and lunged at Dmitri clamping its jaws on his left arm. It wrenched its neck, then was gone.... along with Dmitri Valeans arm. For months his father tried to find some way to fix this, and almost too good to be true he did. He connected his sons tendons and muscle sinew to an arm from an acient suit of armour. This armour was enchanted with magic nullification qualities. Performing this task however, killed Dmitri's father because he overestimated his power. And now Dmitri travels the worlds in search of a solution to his fathers tragic death, and he will let nothing...get in the way of that.
Appearance: Dmitri wears no shirt and his brown cloth pants are held up by a section of rope. His left arm is in appearance, a normal armoured limb. But this is his 'Savior Arm'.Dmitri has briwn hair in a common haircut style and blue eyes, and is well muscled.

Weapons: His savior arm has a side affect. It has magic nullification qualities( Said qualities consist of: this arm cannot be damaged by magic and no magic can pass through it, which in turn protects anything behind this arm.
'Dragon Whisker' is Dmitri's sword, and is similar to a jian. It is capable of being combo'd with his magic. The blade is 51cm(20 in) long.
His second weapon is his GuanDao. Its staff length is 4ft and blade length 1ft long.

Powers: Portal Manipulation: Can open portals( 2 max at one time) that himself, other creatures, magic, and all other objects can pass through to exit out the other. 100 ft is his max is his max portal distance away from himself. If any part of someone's body passes through the radius of a portal, that body part will be paralyzed for 3 seconds( affects Dmitri too, but not his Savior Arm) If its not organic, it's not affected by this paralyzation. Some things can cancel this effect, such as rather high willpower or some sort of heal

Nether Screens: Summons 4 thin plates of nether energy to the tip of his sword, which can then be swung of his sword 1by1 as sharp projectiles.
Withdrawal- Sheaths his current weapon into a portal, then draws another. (He only has Dragon Whisker and his GuanDao.

*For the portals: max didtance away from caster is 100 ft. In this range it can be opened anywhere Dmitri pleases, but cannot be in a pestilence, touching another object, or inside another player. Dmitri gains 1 charge in his savior arm evrytime it is hit with magic or a enchanted/magic weapon. He can open 2 portals per charge and stpre up to 2 charges, but can only ppen 2 portals at once. While the portals can open 100 feet from Dmitri, they must be atleast 70ft from eachother.Portals are unstable for the first few second of creation, so there's a slight delay of a second for when you catch a foreign object before it exits out the other end of the portal. After the first few seconds, they can pass instantly. Portals can't be opened within 10 ft of an opponent. The screens travel about 30ft.
The rocket pad can be attached to almost any solid surface, including flesh. So this can basically attach to something and send it flying at about 25fps. So Ex: User1 attaches the rocket pad to a weak pillar then presses the button. -TURN 2- the rocket pad activates and sends the pillar flying. Lightning scroll summons natural lightning from the nearest cloud to target location.
here's an example for how the arm works: lets say a peice of paper(AoE atk) is flying at you, if you do an overhead slash(chop) with a knife(arm), it cuts it in half, now the width of the knife(arm) that touched the paper is destroyed, and the rest of it countinues to come at you. So its basically cutting the AoE in half, and taking a chunk the size of his arm out of it, making it a slightly smaller attack, reducing the damage done to Dmitri. (Bigger AoEs will be affected less while smaller ones will be effected more.
