Vanessa smiled and when Riley arrived with the other two girls she hugged her best friend. While hugging Vanessa picked Riley up from the ground, something a normal human female with Vanessa's body type wouldn't be able too do and so she putted the girl back on the ground after she did with a smile. ''You got bigger Riri'' she said, using the nickname she had given Riley when she was still a little girl.

When Riley asked if she had gotten herself a boyfriend she felt her cheeks starting to burn and she knew Kade would notice the slight difference in the beating of her heart. ''Boyfriend? Riri come one! You know I am a women alone and will always be that.. Boys or man's are only a burden'' she said and grinned. ''Tell me.. Ehm.. Us about the prank honey-bee'' she then said and redid her hair even while it was good. She knew Kade was totally noticing the change in her heartbeat and voice, her always steady voice had sounded the same to Riley and her friend but to him it would have sounded a little higher.

Kyra looked at the man when he asked her if she was the one that took care of Kyron. She wanted to speak up but kept quiet and fed Miss Red while he explained. ''Okay.. It is all a wonderful story'' she said and got up after putting the snake back in her terrarium. She looked at the man and then at James and Adam. She saw that they both wanted to do this job but she wasn't so sure.

''Oh god.. You two are really willing to do this?! I have nothing, and I mean... Nothing to do with those cars and machines and stuff... I am a biologic lab person.. I do tests on reptiles... Animal friendly tests but... Tests and further more I stitch that idiotic person over there back together when needed... Mostly once or twice a month'' she said and shook her head. ''And I have animals to take care of.. I mean, six different strangle snakes, four bearded dragons.. Oh and the poisonous snake that will be my new pet ever since the day after tomorrow'' she said and shook again her head. She looked at James, saw that he really wanted her to come along, then saw Adam look at her weirdly and awkward as he surely had thought she only held one or two snakes.

''IF my snakes can come..'' Kyra started. ''And my bearded dragons... Then I am in.. But only as the nurse of James'' she said

Vanessa looked at the guy and listened to his threat. ''Are you threatening someone of your own kind?'' she asked and shook her head. ''You might be able to do those electric thingy's and run fast but I can still pop up to where ever I want as long as I see the place'' she said. ''But I am a nice person and I will help but not if you try to threaten me.. No need to do so'' she said and then walked to the guy. ''How long will he stay like this?'' she asked.

She didn't own a car but she could try to poof from here to a other place while holding him. ''I don't have a car but I might be able to poof with him.. Never tried it though'' she said and shrugged. ''You tell me if you want me to try it'' she said.

Cassandra saw Vanessa and her eyes narrowed for a split second but she didn't show it. She walked up and very friendly they greeted each other. ''Happy birthday Cass'' Vanessa said. ''Yeah, same to you.. I am so sorry that I don't have a present for you but then again. I didn't knew you returned'' she said. ''Oh, there is nothing I need deary.. I have everything I want in life'' Vanessa said and then handed Cassandra the top. ''I was btw the one that stole that top of you when we were fourteen'' she said with a smile. Cassandra's cheeks turned red, from both being ashamed as well from getting a little angry. ''Oh, well.. I always knew you were jealous of my stuff'' she said.

''Oh, but I wasn't.. Never been either cause honey.. I don't need a doctor for my girls to grow.. You do and you must tell your doctor that he did a terrible job cause it is so clearly to see... It is not funny anymore'' Vanessa said and then turned around. Cassandra swallowed and it would look like she was going to cry when she suddenly opened her mouth and said: ''At least I have a father that can pay for everything I want! Can't say that from you... Orphan''. Vanessa stopped walking, she was shocked but her blood started to boil and Xaven could feel clearly how suddenly the mood of his female changed.

Vanessa turned around and looked at Cassandra. ''What did you say?'' she asked. ''You heard me, Orphan'' Cassandra said. ''Are you sure you didn't put on the fire yourself?'' the blond girl then said. Vanessa walked up to Cassandra and it was like a new strength awoke inside her as she pushed the blond girl against the three behind her and held her there. ''Take that back'' Vanessa said. ''Or else?'' Cassandra said. ''Or else I'll make sure that no one will ever be willing to look at you and your precious doctor will not be able to help you'' Vanessa said. ''Are you threatening me?'' Cassandra asked. ''No.. I will promise you that'' Vanessa said.

She then felt a few pair of hands on her shoulders and arms. She looked to her sides and saw Xaven, Ralph and Drake. They calmed her down but she also saw that the two beta's were waiting for a eventual order of their alpha. She could see that Xaven was trying to stay calm. ''Let's go and take a swim'' she said and let go of Cassandra. She walked away with the guys and held onto Xaven.

Jason held her to him after he was done braiding her hair. ''My aunt reads eyes, she knows when someone is lying and when not.. Before she went for Foster care, she worked on a special team in the police departments... You know that tv show: Lie to me? It is kinda based on her team.. She knows just as good as that male person when someone is lying'' he spoke. ''We are going to skip the whole freaking day'' he then said and grabbed is back and took out a candy bar he had taken from home. ''Eat this'' he whispered and gave her the bar.

He then thought of her question and then spoke with a soft voice. ''I have a sister who is five years old.. When she was three she got into a car accident with my mom... My mom died.. Kelsey survived but lost 60% of her sight'' he spoke, now it was his time to have a voice filled with pain. ''My dad is now in rehab as he couldn't handle the lost of my mother.. I take care of her, we live at my aunts house'' he said. ''I learned how to braid her hair perfectly.. Being able to see or not, she knows what she wants.. When meeting new people she uses her ears to listen to their voices and when she feels okay, she asks them if she can feel their faces... She is so great with it..'' he spoke. ''She can see in her own way... I am proud to be her big brother'' he said.

That sure is a big dog you have there !

Kelsey smiled and looked around, when everyone was introduced she smiled at Vanessa. ''It's good that your mom always had taken care of extra room in the house'' she said. ''Totally'' Vanessa said with a smile and then looked at Conrad who despite her telling not too, helped anyway. Kelsey looked at Conrad and shook his hand after shaking Gabriel his. ''Kelsey Layla Fea Silverwood'' Kelsey said and smiled.

Vanessa went for the kitchen, finished filling the dishwasher and then got the drinks and brought them to the living room where everyone was sitting now. ''Vanessa, you are not going to tell me that you do not date one of these guys.. You must be, they are all so handsome'' Kelsey said and giggled. ''She does, she dates our leader'' Robyn said and pointed to Gabriel. Kelsey poked Vanessa and 'whispered', way too loud: ''Good choice, he is the most handsome''. Vanessa laughed and shook her head. ''I didn't choose on handsomeness.. I choose on the purest heart'' Vanessa said as she walked over and gave Gabriel a kiss on his cheek.

Jason's eyes widened at what she told him, he then got up. Grabbed the camera and shut it down. ''First.. I'll cut that out, I promise'' he whispered. ''And second.. Come to my house.. My aunt works for foster care, if you tell her the story, she will be able to help you..'' he said. He sat back down and laid his hands on her cheeks. ''Calm down Winter.. Calm'' he said and whipped away her tears. ''You are safe here and if I don't see you on school tomorrow around 9 am, I am going to get you'' he said.

He pulled her closer, pulled her on his lap and hugged her. ''I know that I am a jock.. And that we are completely different or so people around us might think but we both are just humans'' he said and started to perfectly braid her hair. She probably didn't know any guy that could braid so perfect.
