This was what Bakuto wanted when he set out for this island that Pan had told him about. Finding the strongest people and fight them, yet as he took his stance to fight he kept extremely calm and quiet. This was much differnt, compared to the others he had faced this girl was differnt. Bakuto could tell she was stronger than he was, but yet he didn't know how much stronger she was. Kept in his position he was looking for some sort of opportunity to attack. This Lazuli warned him to keep up his guard and he wasnt prepare to drop it in any sort of fight. Bakuto's breathing went so shallow of one wasnt watching they would have assumed he just died. He stood there, he listened to the hermit Krillin cheer on his granddaughter, he seemed to embarrass her, it got to the point she looked down.

This was it! As soon as she dropped her guard for the second Bakuto sprung into action. His battles within the world tournament as taught him his own limits and weaknesses. He had what he thought was great speed but he didn't endurance for a long drawn out fight, if he wanted any chance he needed to hit her with everything he has got from the start.

Right into his afterimage approach, he bounced around running at his above average speed creating illusion clones of himself while getting himself up to speed. With the guard dropped this was the time to keep himself on the move so he can run up and hit Lazuli with all his the strength has while using the added momentum of his speed to give his first shot some extra strength.

Getting scolded for his actions towards the Kumo shinobi, he looked at Mizuraki then said, "I agree now isnt the right time, that's why I said, 'After this' sensei. I have no intentions of putting this mission at risk. I'll work this team to the best of my ability sensei." He spoke plainly and with barely any emotion, but one could tell he didnt take this scolding well. He didnt care about whatever was between Hideo sensei and Mizuraki sensei. He saw both of their points as valid. The chances of survival of the genin were not great. He did hear what the Nara girl said that they couldnt beat fully trained shinobi. Most of his team were just freshly made genin that included himself even though he was much older then most fresh genin he was still very new at being one.

Bakuto didnt have time to make his further comments about this situation as things kicked off rather quickly. First there was a loud sound then he heard the enemy shinobi who yelled down the tunnels and gave away his position. He attacked with what appeared with some sort of rock attack. Bakuto didnt even think he just moved as he ducked down low and in a split second pulled out a kunai from those he prepared before when he entered the cave.

He aimed low then threw the kunai purposely aiming underneath the incoming attack as he got as low to the ground as possible. If the incoming jutsu was for those in the lead then it would be for the jounin who were much taller then he was and he kept himself low to the ground to duck the attack and get his attack under the enemies. As the kunai soar through the air it appeared Bakuto didnt throw it hard enough and it slide across the ground. Though it would most likely stop just short of the opponent as it slide flat on the ground, that the young Uchiha threw.

"You two pick, I can decide. Honestly I am fine with fighting either one of you. Pan said this was a would be my toughest training in my life. So lets see where either of you two measure up to. Honestly I might not stand a chance but we wont know where I stand unless I try." said Bakuto in a cheerful relaxed way. He gets into a position and starts to stretch. His first fight since the tournament, Bakuto didnt think he would have to fight an old hermit who seemed to be in charge on his first day here but he wasnt about to say no to fighting him or his granddaughter. The question on how he would measure up remained strong within his own mind. Eventually Bakuto took up his battle stance then said, "Alright Mister Krillin, you two pick. I might not stand a chance, but remember what you said about underestimating someone. I might prove to be full of surprises."

Bakuto spoke but he knew he stood little chance. Something about this hermit and what little about his story he had paid attention to, if any of it was true he was about to be outclassed in a way he had never seen before. He had his speed and he hoped since neither this hermit or his grand daughter has seen him fight he would have some sort of advantage when it came to speed. He slowly calmed down his breathing to the point he had done within the World Tournament. From his playful demeanor to a serious and ready to fight he clenched his fist as he prepares for whenever they pick and get ready for the fight to begin.

With all the intention of going with the group to the island by the water, Tenshi hadnt begun to think of how they would get their originally, he had assumed someone else would deal with it. Then they did, and Tenshi's eyes went wide as he stared at the gigantic monster that was this summons his first words.

"It's...a slug...", he trails off as he started at the giant slimy slug his thoughts were ran rampant with the same thought over and over again, Why did it have to be slugs? He stared as he tried to get the nerve to climb up onto the giant Katsuyu. Almost on instinct he looked into a bag to see if he had any salt, which he did not. The slug nearly left without Tenshi but he quickly snapped out of his thoughts and jumped onto the slug as it started to leave.

For the start of the trip over he stood there silently never moved an inch from where he stood. He looked that he could concentrate hard on the mission but he was just stood there just zoned out trying to think of being anywhere else but on a giant slug. When Botan spoke he snapped him out he could make a mist to hide them, then the rock came out of nowhere to. The sand kid stopped the rock but the chaos continued quickly as the kid was forced into the water. This was not good, Tenshi didnt know if the kid could swim or not, but it seemed the Uchiha jounin lady was quick to act. With a group of shadow clones, Tenshi took of the seriousness of the situation and shifted quickly.

He turns to Botan, "Botan, create that mist! They already see us coming, it would be better if they had a harder time finding their target. Although not sure if a mist would help since this this thing isnt that hard to miss mist or no mist. Prepare some sort of defensive measures, think of a tactic and use it."

He spoke quickly and tried to get straight to his point, despite the seriousness of the situation Tenshi got himself into a position and sat down onto the slugs head and formed a single hand sign he then said, "Going to try and build up as much chakra as I can, mine might not be as complete as Moth....Lady Raikage's but if I can get enough time to focus my chakra hopefully my armor will be enough to help."

Tenshi did his best to try and come up with a way he could help, but he didnt have any long range techniques that could help. He did have one trump card he could use but his inexperience and the incomplete version of his strongest technique the Lightning chakra armor technique. This was why he needed this time to build up his chakra to give his jutsu the best chance of working. Normally he could only use a partial usage of the lightning armor, it is a horrible comparison to his mothers as hers could at least cover the entire body every time she used it Tenshi's barely covers where he focuses his chakra. His hope was if he could focus and build up the proper amount of chakra that he could pull off the jutsu better than he normally could. His body started to amass his chakra quickly he needed to build up everything that he could, the process he didnt think would take long, but depending how much time he could get before real combat with the enemy shinobi every second could be another bit that could aid them to victory.

The tunnel team, things didnt seem to be going right. The clones of the two jounin leaders went into the cave first, Bakuto had declined the gummy stars instead he got into a position and starts to appear to be cleaning and check out his kunai's At first glance it would have appeared he was examining the grip and tightening up something around it. When Bakuto was really started to wrap paper bombs on the ends of his kunai around the grips. As tightly he wrapped them they almost looked just like some sort of grip rather then paper bombs.

Bakuto didnt know what to expect from this he wanted to be prepared for anything. His arm was his trump card should he have to really fight, but he felt better having other weapons and strategies planned up before anything goes wrong. If the clones were caught and defeated the eventuality of conflict was sure to approach quickly.

Bakuto kept his ears active when listening but the cloud genin said something about being the leader which provoked the first response from Bakuto to address a member from the other village's team he speaks bluntly, "Biggest doesnt always mean the strongest, it just means you are the one that stands out first. A blade of grass that stands out is normally the first to get cut down." He doesnt even look up away from his kunai he just kept working on his tools then says once again without lookin away, "We shouldn't be concerned about a cave in, since the enemy will most likely be here soon, with any element of surprise we might have being thrown out the window. So we might want to be ready for a fight."

With the last words he spoke he put the last prepared kunai into his bag. Then stood firm on the ground. His right hand clenched into a fist then said, "If you want to prove something after this, then maybe we can see who's fist is stronger yours or mine if you want to try and back up your claim of being the strongest." His words as his right arm his bandaged puppet arm.

"My name is Bakuto." Bakuto said after watching what had unfolded from his actions. Every way that this could have gone down Bakuto hadn't expected that this old man wasn't going to dodge the rock. Bakuto went from being impressed with the hermits strength to now questioning it. Even more so now that he wanted to keep talking about some story that Bakuto wasn't really paying attention to.

Bakuto then said havent budged a bit yet to begin the push ups he was asked to do, "Sorry about that rock, but I was expecting you to dodge or at least stop the rock. I mean I didn't even throw that with any force or at full speed and I could have even dodged that at the speed a flicked it at you." Bakuto eventually did move but it was forward towards Krillan, "Not sure about the others here, but I didn't come here for story time. I don't mean to be disrespectful but I know it must be an interesting story but I came here to do some training. So if you want to explain how or why we are here to train how about just give us some sort of demonstration rather than a very long story? Maybe some fighting test our strengths?"

He just wanted to get started, Bakuto didn't want to sit through a long drawn out story about this hermits life. Even if he had to do push ups while he talked. Bakuto was slightly annoyed by the command to do push ups, that wouldn't really push him further then his own training he has done on his own. Bakuto wanted to move forward and start with what Pan had offered him and that was a bit of training that would be the hardest of his life. The idea of that was what Bakuto was highly interested in, as he wanted to find new ways to push himself to reach his next limits.

As Bakuto sat in silence he began to grow a bit bored of sitting around. His eyes ever so often scanning over the other genin as he kept on his attempt to hear what was said by the jounin in their meeting. Bakuto really didnt care what the others were did if they took part in that card game and gambled away all their money he just wanted to keep his solitary moment to himself for a bit longer.

Those moments of solitary peacefulness that Bakuto had found himself came to a crashing halt as the one jounin in charge came out and started spewing his orders and taking genin for whatever his team is going to be on this mission. First two he point at was bug boy Natuso and Bakuto himself as the first two in this odd start of a squad.

Bakuto stood up from his rock in with no questions or emotions on his face just did as Hideo ordered, but he look around though at the others that were also pick for the squad. One kumo shinobi and the Nara girl. Who by an expression on her face was not happy about this mission set up or that she was just interupted in whatever she was doing on her own. Bakuto wasnt paying attention enough to her to know what she was doing. He saw her with dumplings but he didn't dwell on it as he couldn't think of any reason to dwell on what someone decided to eat or when.

As he went to look to see if Hideo would give any further instructions other than just follow but there was nothing other than he ran off. Bakuto sighed as he realized the mission has begun. Then he runs in the general direction Hideo went off. This jounin ran of fast much more so then when they ran to get here. With Bakuto had waited for any instructions prior he was left looking for clues to try keep up or at least find the right track to follow. As he found the first oni with the smiley face he stopped then said out towards the other genin who might still behind him, "Hideo sensai went this way!" He said as he point at the marker left behind. He then said quietly, "What does he think we are children with those weird faces..."

His first few words since arriving on at the meeting point adding the fewest of words. Though he found the faces to be childish which made him feel quite a bit annoyed with this jounin further. First was the lack of information that was given now being treated like a helpless child that cannot find their way through the woods. His words were his attempt give those who trailed behind a sense of idea where they were to go so they would all arrive at the place they were to meet up with Hideo at even if it was at a slower pace than the jounin leader.

This wasnt what Bakuto had expected to see when he arrived off the plane that Pan told him to get on. Eager as he was to begin his training he was very much surprised to see so many others were on the island. Much more so when he saw Angela here. There was a strong part of himself was glad to see her there. As he might get a rematch with her in the future.

He saw an old man presumably the hermit that lives on this island. When he looked to fall, Bakuto didnt think much of it until he sprung up and easily dispatched of the big guy who seemingly 'underestimated' the old man as he said. Then again Bakuto didnt see that but he wasnt going to argue with him. Quickly Bakuto realized that this was the man who was to be the master of this island. This man was very strong and powerful and Bakuto saw that quickly.

From the way he dealt with the man and how quickly and easily it gone down Bakuto was curious on how strong this old man was. If he was one of the strongest men in the world then he would easliy out match himself in many ways. Bakuto quickly and quietly he picked up a very small rock he held it tightly in his hand as he thought about his next actions. His test was a simple one for this old man he expected this man to be much faster than himself and with an ability to dodge anything he could do. With a smirk and a flick of a wrist Bakuto acted on his little plan as he throws the small rock at the old man to test the skills of this master aiming right between the dots on his head flicking it harder than a normal person the rock flung out nearly as fast a bullet Bakuto did what he could with the littlest of noticeable movement to test this old man to see what he can really do.
