I'm pretty interested in this, wondering if I can still enter? I might have to think about it as I have quite a busy life at the moment what with college starting soon and the various other things I do, so I just want to know if there's even room for me at all.
There's always room but, considering your situation and depending on how long it takes for you to make a CS, you might enter when the IC has already started. If you're fine with that then know that there'll be room to join.
