That sad moment when you realize that you can rp really mentally fucked up people despite being relatively well adjusted. Does it make me really empathetic or am I just really good at research?

I'm going silent for the next week, if I don't reply to anything it's because of that.

Coolio.
then he suplexes her. jk. He would probably feel really uncomfortable with being a father figure, though...
Cú could see the dangerous condition the captain was in. Gingerly wrapping the captain in his jumpsuit, the Teufelshunde picked up the captain in his arms and began running towards the escape pods. He didn't know why captain so desperately wished to find the Lieutenant, though he had some idea.

"Stop that, focus on the task on hand." Cú chided himself mentally, and began sprinting down the hallway, searching for the escape pods. The smoke was getting thicker, the ashes burning his sinuses and throat and bringing water to his eyes. Growling deep in his throat, he pushed on running through flaming corridors and jumping over piles of debris. As he ran, he could smell some of his fur beginning to burn. He was getting weaker, his limbs were beginning to feel like lead and he was getting sloppier in his movements.

Ignoring the rising sense of panic, he funneled it to feed the rage building inside him. It was a tactic that had saved his life many times during the war, and now to save his captain and himself from danger. Rearing his head up, he gave a loud, resonating howl that seemed to fill the air around the hound. He could feel his sense of pain dulling, and new energy filling his limbs.

'RUNRUNRUNKEEPTHECAPTAINSAFEFIREFIREITBURNSPAINITHURTSNOPUSHONNONONONOIDONTCAREIFITHURTSIWANTCONTROLRUNRUNRUNSMASHTHROUGHTTHISWALLANDTHAONANDTHATONESLASHATTHATONEANDBREAKTHROUGHITDOITAGAINDOITAGAINRUNRUNRUNTHEFIREISBUILDINGSMOKEISFILLINMYLUNGDICANTBREATHBUTCANTHECAPTAINKEEPMOVING...' The mantra ran through his mind, dominating his thoughts until he came to.

What happened would only a vague and hazy memory. He had made his way to the escape pods, but behind him were a series of large holes and slash marks. He himself was covered in burns, and his right arm was bloodied and his claws chipped and broken. Regaining control, Cú began pushing the last dregs of energy, and Cú through the smoke and flames. Rolling to put out the flames on his body, he came up in a crouched position. Coughing violently, he felt the shudders run through his body. As pain racked his frame, Cú stumbled upwards, cradling the captain with one are as he leaned on the wall. Making his way to the pod door, he began openning the pod doors.
I for one am glad that the movie didn't follow the comics faithfully.
@SouffleGirl123
that would be amazing, though what would the family say?
The Operative

Unit a51FLwo8641i gave a quick nod towards his new leader. Standing there, in his combat suit and covered in sea water, his eyes flicked between his new teammates, analyzing the different individuals before him. He had never been with so many people his age before, too many new unknowns, too many new factors. Unit a51FLwo8641i made no move to move from his spot, and stood there watching.
I wouldn't mind, actually, that would be a pretty funny interaction.
Number 40.
Cú was surprised by the amount of trust the captain had given him. No one, not even his fellow clones, had trusted him the way she had. He was about to respond when the impact came. Tumbling through the air, he crashed into the window, eliciting a growl from the Teufelshunde as his shoulder impacted with a meaty crunch.

Righting himself, he began sprinting through the door and down the hall back to his room. Sliding to a stop, he grapped his jump suit, and began throwing supplies into a bag. Medical supplies, a knife, a lightstick, and 3 data tablets were shoved into the bag before Cú zipped the bag shut and ran back out of the room, bag over his shoulder and jumpsuit in hand.

Running down the hall way, he saw the captain behind a pile of debris and fire, near the lieutenant's door. Running over, he stopped in front of the pile of debris, and covered his face with an arm.

"Captain, we must go now." Cú half growled and half shouted as another shudder ran through the ship.
