Well what i'll do, is give it until Monday and see who is still around. If it's just the three of us we can look at possibly getting grouped up and then turn it into a wandering trio kind of affair.
For all my pre-RP start effort it does seem that I make a rather useless GM I do apologise to everyone for not being able to provide you with the experience that I wanted to. I think success boils down to regular GM interaction on multiple platforms whether in OOC and on Discord. Unfortunately I am not available every day to do both.

Heading down Euston St towards Motel Dere

Connors concern for Ana subsided slight when she responded to him, her struggle to undo her belt was met by the man leaning across and helping her remove it. "Are you ok to move? We cannot stay here." Connor looked around around as best he could but found the crumpled nature of the cars back end restrictive. "Try and get yourself focussed, i'm going to get some gear from the trunk and then we need to move."

Connor drew his pistol and left the car quickly, ensuring the shut his door behind him. With his pistol close to his chest he scanned the area and immediately spotted the culprit who had run them off the road. Across the road a car was flipped over on it's roof, in the driver seat was a motionless body of an extremely pale man. His complexion was clearly similar to that of the undead that he had encountered in the hospital. "Fucking prick..." he muttered to himself as he moved to the back of his car. Fortunately the shunt had forced the boot open rather than buckling it shut. Connor picked up his shotgun and grabbed the loose shells that were scattered around the trunk. In addition he was sure to grab whatever first aid supplies were available to him.

With his supplies stashed away in a bag over his shoulder and his shotgun over the other, he checked the surrounding once more. In the distance he could see a small group approaching from the main road, it was clear from their movement that they were no longer human. He hurried to the passenger door and grabbed the handle, but the door remained shut. "Shit!" he shouted. He continued to tug on the door, going as far as to use his foot on the cars body for additional leverage...but to no avail. He began to bang on car with the palm of his hand as he moved to the driver side, pulling the door wide open.

"You need to climb over her now! We have a small group of them on the way and your door is stuck." Connor spoke as calmly as he could, his tone having a strong air of authority about it. He reached out his hand to Ana, should she take it he fully intended on pulling her from the car in a somewhat forceful manner. He would need her to take the pistol so that they could split the duties of shooting any undead they came across.

Ah well looks like I missed out.

If you have any vacancies come up in the future then i'd be interested.

Rather than opting for the main kitchen of the bar, Leo headed to the privacy of his office. He used his phone as a torch but in reality he had walked the way a billion times before and could quite easily make it there without issue. He entered the darkened room to find only a flashing light on his desk phone. At the press of the button he found himself listening to an offer for his business. He moved to the fax machine and caught sight of a recent print out, presumably coming out just before the power died. He scanned through the multiple pages of the document under the light of his phone for a while, before coming across the offer. He laughed to himself, finding the offer shocking but it wasn't the value, it was the fact that someone had wanted to buy the club. In all the time he had owned it nobody had shown any interest. He continued to read through the rest of the document before slotting it away in his desk.

I don't want to sell... he thought to himself. This place is my second home, the couch turns into a double bed for Christs sake. I mean it couldn't hurt to listen to what they have to say but in the same breath i'd only be wasting their time. He twiddled his thumbs for a while before opening his laptop up. He quickly scanned the battery in the lower corner of the screen, seeing a most wonderful 84%. He connected his phone to charge it up and began to surf the internet.

In the years he had successfully run the club, he had never contemplated the idea of expanding. This message and offer he had received had now firmly implanted the idea in his head. He began to view vacant buildings of all shapes and sizes across the length and breadth of Sol City, ideas for styling and themes racing through his head with each new building. After a crazed half hour of day dreaming he decided to throw caution to the wind. He took the document back out from his drawer and began to type up an e-mail response.

Subject: Proposal for Club Aether

Dear Mr Santos

I would like to thank you for your offer, it truly was a surprise. It was especially surprising given the current weather situation the city is going through. I hope you and your staff are well during this rather extraordinary situation. However I will get straight to the point, I have no interest in selling Club Aether. It turns a very healthy profit but more than that it is something that I put a lot of time and effort into. The emotional attachment I have to the club is far beyond any monetary figure that you could offer.

However, I do have a counter offer if you would be interested. Club Aether has always been my main and central focus, but after hearing your offer it has opened up trails of thought I had never considered before. I have proven myself capable of setting up a successful and now established business in what is sometimes a difficult sector. What I offer to you is a potential partnership on a new venture, something that could turn some of the more run down parts of Sol City into much more desireable locations.

If you would like to arrange a meeting then feel free to suggest a time and date as I am usually able to make time. I look forward to hearing back from you.

Kind Regards

Leo Sullivan
Owner of Club Aether

With the e-mail sent Leo turned his laptop around and used the screen to illuminate the kitchen in his office. He scrambled through cupboards and began to throw together various bits, setting about the creation of something to keep his guests fed.

During the same day...A message to Dustynn...

@Arthanus @ShiningSector My last post has been edited to feature Gaz the Graceful prior to the swarmers.
@Arthanus apologies but it was written with a rather tasty hangover so I went for, get a post up sooner rather than later. Iโ€™ll get a look at editing it tomorrow because quite simply, Iโ€™m a shell of a man currently
