@King Cosmos well I’m thinking 4 basic, 1 trademark and 1 ultimate to start. Then every saga 1 extra basic, every other 1 trademark and only 1 ultimate. I may allow for changing ultimates but we’ll just see what happens.

@King Cosmos I just see it as a bit of a Kaioken duplicate.
As for Ultimates, I’m thinking of changing things up a little bit when I do the OOC.
So I’m thinking ultimates will be the total last resort moves or moves that take a long time to power up e.g Spirit Bomb, Vegeta suicide blast etc. Then what I was thinking of adding was trademark moves. So these are more powerful than the characters basic moves and will be able to be scaled up a bit when charged so that they can also be used as finishers. So the obvious example is Kamehameha.

@King Cosmos i'd say his Ultimate is more of a utility move than offensive. Also I think it'd be better, in my opinion, to be a 50% bonus to strength and speed with a 50% drop to ki and endurance. Any thoughts on that?
@Duthguy Ok cool. I'll add it to the list. Once i get the OOC up i'll decide how many people I want for the RP and will give a deadline for CS'. If by that point I have less then I will be able to accept everyone. If its more then i'll need to pick who I think would work best together.

@Holy Soldier to be honest I’m not entirely set on numbers yet. What I’ll lileky do once I’ve set a number is give a date for all CS applications and if I have more than that number, I’ll pick those characters I feel would best suit the story and interactions I have planned.
So for everyones awareness I will be looking at the OOC at some point Thursday most likely. If anyone has a CS to post before then just let tag me and i'll take a look. If you'd rather you could also PM me.

@Archmage MC while there will be no PvP unless people want to, I just think the swarm will be a bit OP. In theory they could just separate with every punch thrown at them making someone miss every time. If I were to allow it, there would need to be some sort of draw back e.g. the swarm can either be completely whole or completely separated and it takes one minute to fully transition from one to the other. Also, a single drone is useless.

The gist will be that characters evolve over time so like gaining a transformation at the end of a saga, they will also gain an additional technique or two (still deciding on this).

Apologies my wording is incorrect. It doesn’t have to be racial specific but obviously can’t have a human with zenkai unless it’s called something else for example.
Power levels are irrelevant anyway so something like zenkai wouldn’t matter.
