Bio

Hello Everyone,

My name is Chaotix Warrior and I've found this site a while ago, been lurking around and looking around at everybody's RPs and such. Well, now I've finally decided to join myself, and am looking to meet new people and get to know everyone's RPing style a little bit more. As for things I like to do, well I like to play games including Sonic the Hedgehog (hence the username), Skyrim, Sly Cooper, Pokemon, and others. Therefor, I'll make/join/etc RPs involving that along with non-TM/(C)/(R)'d ideas. Furthermore, I also like to read, write, roleplay, and other things, but I am going ahead and warning people here that I've mostly chat-based RPs for a while so getting used to a forum-paced RP might take some time. That said, I have a part-time job as a cashier so my time here will be fairly random but I'll try to get on at least once or twice a day. Well, I think I've blabbered on enough, but if you'd like to know more about me, just ask. :)

Does the individual remain conscious while their feral state is in place? Like, can they perceive their surroundings to such an extend that they can comprehend the horrors of whatever they're doing? Or do they lamely lose consciousness?

Depends on how they go feral.

If its due to anger/rage/etc: They don't go completely unconscious, but they don't perceive everything either. A good way to picture it is like an older TV with a slightly off signal, you can see and hear it okay but it's not quite the best either.

If they willingly go feral: They are able to able to see and understand everything, but they are also able to control it as well.

IF they willing go feral and lose focus: They then either have a horrible signal or go completely under.
Well, I happen to be making an Aquatic-morph. So, look forward to that~

As for their animal form's personality, does this extend to them in their transformed state, or is it purely relevant to their "Second Soul".
The 'second soul' and transformed state are about the same.

Is there any particular reason for the age limit on characters?

Well, that's the age I was thinking they start realizing their beast-traits.

Interested. I would like to be a Collector for the sake of science!

Thank you

Now when you say "real animal,"...

Dinosaurs were real animals, incidentally.

Do Beasthropes have any additional characteristics, outside of their transformations? Say, a bovine Beasthrope being only able to eat vegitation, or a tortoise Beasthrope having an extended lifespan?

Also, the word "Therianthrope" describes the concept that this RP is based on, doesn't sound quite half as ridiculous as "Beasthrope," and is a real word.

Alright, I see where you are going with the dinosaur comment, I haven't decided on that though. As for special traits, I was thinking that certain animal traits would carry over into the human side as well, such as what you listed. The problem lies in when/if you have aquatic creatures. Oh, I wasn't even aware there was a real world for that, thanks! I'll make the changes in my offline version for when I do make it an RP.

I like the idea behind this. Would we be limited to one character? :p Also, can beastthropes be insectoid?

Thanks! No, but I'd like it if you didn't pick 2 therianthropes, as I fear that'll be the role MOST people want. As for insect-like therians, I think I could work out, cause in that case I'm thinking of one episode of a TV show called SWAT Kats.

But animals are beasts. So, a beast-like version of a deer is literally just an animal-like deer. Which is a normal deer.

I get the idea, though. In your defence, while I was sitting here trying to think of a good description for what you meant, I was having trouble thinking of something too.

So let's just go with "beast-like".
I'm sorry, I don't know what exactly is the best way to explain it. However, for an example I suppose you could say something like Killer Croc from Batman. Not overly anthromorphic but still able to walk like a human.
Interested in being one of the Beastropes.

Thanks for the interest

Are Beasthrope forms any stronger than ordinary animals? Because if not, that's a pretty garbage power.

The Beasthrope form is a beast-like version of the animals they are. Picture a werewolf.
