Bio

Hello!

So, my name is Cherrywitch, but call me whatever! (Cherry, Cher, Cherry-kohai, it's pretty open.)

What's your personality?
I consider myself fairly laid back, and a lot of people like me for some reason. I'm highly sarcastic and well... Weird. I kid around a lot and love to play. I can be awkward and pretty confusing at times, but I'm very imaginative and friendly! However, I'm sort of a 'dandere.' I'm really shy, even virtually, so you kind of have to come to me first if you want to chat or something. Heh, sorry about that. ^^

What do you like?
ANIME.
Yes, I am a weeaboo and proud. I'm addicted to anime and especially love the comedy ones. I'm also a gamer chick, and my favorite video game is Mortal Kombat because it was the first I ever played. I also have a strange liking towards mythology, especially from Asia.

How are you roleplay-wise?
I am a fandom/fantasy role player for the most part, but will also play futuristic topics if they interest me or dark-themed modern roleplays.

I've been on other rp forums before, so I kind of know the ropes. I'd consider myself an average writer. I write at my worst about four sentences and at my best four paragraphs depending on my mood and what I'm given to respond to. My grammar could be better, but it's pretty decent in my opinion. I play both 1x1 and group, and I'm always open for new roleplays! If you're interested in me joining one, don't be afraid to ask, I won't bite... Maybe just a nibble. :3

Sadly, I can't be on too much, what with real life and all. If I do get on, it should be about 2 hours during school days and twice that on weekends.

(Yes this is my intro post. Did I forget to mention I'm incredibly lazy? Whoops.)

@FallenTrinity awesome! After you post, I'll be able to post again, but it might take me a bit...
@DepressedSoviet Its fine, don't worry about it. Just remember for next time. ^_^
@Burning Kitty @DepressedSoviet Okay, guys, please calm down. I was gone for like, a few hours, goddamn.

Kitty, I think you are being a little aggressive in this situation. It is common in roleplays to review another character's sheet in order to get a general idea of what they are like. Of course your character wouldn't know the intricacies of someone else's, but it would at least help you understand what they're like and why they act like they do, so you personally don't make a mistake in your post when interacting with someone.

Soviet, thank you for your input, but next time please try and wait til I'm on so things down blow out of proportion.

The third rule of this role play is no fighting in the OOC. If you have concerns with one another, please PM both me and the other player so we can all discuss it privately together.
@Utrax I KNOW RIGHT! I freaking died of laughter "SAY HELLO TO MY LITTLE FRIEND" *writes on paper frantically*
Niflheim Sokolov

The Violet Reaper
Location: Headquarters
Interactions: @FallenTrinity

"I'm not putting anything away without an explanation." The Ukrainian woman stated firmly, she keeping herself at the ready. Every muscle was tended, ready to leap and shred the man in an instant of he showed any ill intent. Violet was already an untrusting person, how was she supposed to feel about being cornered in a dark alley by someone she barely knew, evil quite literally bursting from every pore.

The thought made her sick, it bringing up memories she didn't want to resurface. Other strange men had cornered her in alleyways when she was younger, but they didn't leave with their lives, and she didn't leave unharmed. This was too much alike, though this possible offender had strength and superhuman power behind him. It wouldn't be an easy fight like back in the Ukraine. She couldn't be the ona d'yavol, the she-devil, here.

And so Niflheim had right to be on edge. "You offer me power, but at what cost? If you think I'm naive enough to leave myself defenseless in the face of someone I barely met, you are dreadfully wrong. Now, what is this process? Tell me and I'll lay down my weapon, for I'll know what is to happen and I won't feel the need to attack."
The first post is up, and that means if you haven't told me that you plan to make a hero you no longer can enter an application.

I can't wait everyone! ^_^

Metropolis. A bustling city, full of expensive greasy food, rugrats, dumb tourists, and everything great about the big city. The smell of gasoline and the sound of arguing people fill the air. Despite all of that, it's rather peaceful. Until that villain appeared. The "Voodoo Man." His little minions are everywhere, stirring up trouble for you and all citizens. You have a grudge on the guy yourself, most likely.

But it seems you're not the only one. The Mayor is looking to put an end to the Voodoo Man's charade and sent out letters to retrieve heroes, a new Generation of fighters to protect the city.

After somehow receiving the letter yourself, you show up at the Town Hall for whatever reasons. You are met at the front desk by a grumpy middle aged receptionist with a croaky smoker's voice that hands you a form and points you to the Mayor's office.

When you get there, others are already looking around and eye you up curiously as you enter.

Who are the rest of these idiots?

Maxwell Weiseman
Phaser

Maxwell was one of the earlier arrivals, though no one noticed him. School happened to let out early today, luckily enough. Something about the sewage system being backed up again... but when wasn't something broken at that place, really?

But who was Max to argue about leaving early? He had about, what, 15 minutes of peace until he found the letter in his mailbox? Max certainly didn't hesitate to run over there as fast as he could after seeing the name of the villain— well, teleported a couple of times really. It was the same guy who purposely made him even more of an outcast amongst his peers, for no apparent reason. Max wasn't going for revenge, he simply wanted to stop him before he hurts anyone else. That's just how he was.

Maxwell had arrived and sat quietly in a chair, carefully filling out the giant stack of paperwork with neat information, not trying to socialize with any other to-be heroes who came in. Though, a few caught his eye. Either they were boisterous, frightening, or just simply strange looking. Max felt as if he might have walked into the wrong room multiple times. It only made him more self conscious when he looked down and saw that he was still in his usual baggy school uniform, making him seem even more in the wrong place compared to these crazy looking people. They at least looked out of high school, if anything...

But, he didn't say anything. Just quietly fixed his glasses and went back to his paperwork. After all, there was no way he could talk to any of these weirdos, even if he wanted to.

Violet Riise
Flame Vixen

A skeptical thin white brow cocked at the entrance of the town hall, judging the building profusely. For a town hall, it sure was bland as all hell. No wonder she preferred the alleys, at least neon lights had more life than this dull place!

Violet took another annoyed glance at the letter, already crumpled into a ball in her hand. She then took a look at all the professional people in suits and heels entering the Town Hall. Her eyes fell on her own attire, which was really short from a bikini top and a latex skirt with a pair of sneakers. Hey, she put a jacket over it, so she wasn't completely naked...

"They wanted me for my power, not for the lack of material on my body. I'm sure the mayor won't be complaining." Violet huffed, scratching the back of her head with annoyance. Lets just get this over with so I can punch that Voodoo guy's face in.

The white haired girl entered the place, her sharp nailed hands now tucked in her jacket pockets, she snapping her gum curiously as she took a lazy look around. Violet stepped up to the receptionist, noting her terrible skin and teeth and the aroma of at least three packs of cigarettes, before taking the hefty packet from her and heading in the direction of the mayor's office.

"Aaand in the trash can..."

After throwing away the bundle of papers she was supposed to fill out, Violet pushed open the oak door of the Mayor's office and stepped in quickly, only to be met with pairs of eyes looking at her expectantly. Eh? Oh, the note said "heroes"... plural. Probably should have actually read the thing instead of just skimming it. Oh well.

"Hello fellow mistak— I mean mutants. Anyone see Mr. Mayor?" Quite carelessly, Violet leaped up onto the mayor's desk as she asked this and crossed her legs, sitting comfortably where she was and not bothering to really interact with anyone besides that.

Kaminari Hotaru

The Firefly Maiden

Hotaru moved her mouth away from the piece on the flute, looking with wide eyes as other attackers flooded in. The priestess could barely recognize them. From the youth organization? Yes, that seemed right. Hotaru herself had never asked about the organization or joining it, but she had indirectly helped them fight off twisted spirits before if she remembered correctly.

It was then that Inugami returned, the wolfhound spirit shaking out his fur as he came to a stop beside the miko. "The elderly and youth have been taken away from the immediate area. Are you alright?"

"I'm fine. I need your help still, hold on."

From her belt, Hotaru ripped a piece of paper and an ink brush. With a few swoops of the brush, the paper was revealed to be a talisman, and as she threw it into the air a golden glow surrounded it.

"The spirit of the water snake, I ask for your assistance. Nure, I summon you to my side!"

Immediately as the incantation ended, the glowing of the talisman twisted and expanded into the shape of a lithe man, he landing on the ground as the light refracted away in shattering pieces. Nure stood straight, flashing a loving wink at the brunette who summoned him. "You called, beautiful? I knew you would get bored with the mutt~"

Almost immediately, the wolfhound growled offensively at the sparkly handsome man, fur bristling. "Stupid snake..."

But Hotaru shot out a hand, as if to hold back the menancing canine spirit. "There's no time for fighting, you two! The bear's legs are bound, but not its arms. I need you both to restrain them so he can't cause any more damage while I try and exorcise him. Can you do that?"

Nure slipped over beside her, getting much closer than needed to give her a hug around the shoulders. "I don't know about muttly, but I can certainly do that for my favorite girl~!"

"Be silent, you pervert and come help me."
"See, this is why girls like me better!"

The handsome blonde formed into a huge white snake, hissing and curling as the green eyes flashed at Inugami. The two spirits went forward, charging at the teddy.

Nure twisted up the right side to the bear's arm, binding his snake body around the stuffed appendage tight, keeping it restrained against the bear's own body. Meanwhile, Inugami leaped up the sides of the buildings before attacking the teddy's left arm, sinking his claws and teeth into the stuffing and holding it firmly against the bear's side. Whether they would succeed in holding down the animated limbs on their own was unclear, the best they could do was cross their fingers and hope Ted didn't get a sudden burst of strength.

Hotaru gave an approving nod, lifting the mouthpiece of Heaven's Note back upon her lips. Using a simple talisman or prayer might not work on such a powerful entity, even if its physical inhabitant was bound. She first would have to dilute its spiritual strength with the Song of Purity. That should cleanse the evil from the bear and might even make the spirit show itself.

She played the notes of the song, and as she did a golden aura surrounded her feet and pulsed outwards. As soon as it hit the bear's bound feet, the light encircled the teddy, and began to glow brighter gold under him. A warm, soft light that would attempt to purify the evil spirit.

@VitaVitaAR
Ahhhh I forgot sorry. Then again, my character isn't that important at the moment, but I'll still post soon.
@Cat Oh no, you can still make a hero! As long as you let me know before Friday, which you did, so you can turn in an app whenever you can! Thank you for telling me. ^_^
