That may be the issue at hand, as it gives you the outright ability to check anything - and on a world like Frixion, means there is nothing hidden from you ever, at all. Is there some type of time restraint on how long it takes him? How detectable the ability is when in use? Etc.
I'll try to make a compromise for that. If anybody is manually operating the system, then he/she/it (in case the entity is another persona or an asexual alien) will be able to track Wolfram's access and can try to nullify it. If Wolfram uses a computer or any viable device to do the "hacking", it becomes more offensive and irresistible. However, that would take him utmost focus and energy.
You can look at him as a machine, anyway. He literally speaks to devices, and he does so in machine language. English and any other language that he may learn are only his "second tongues".

I'd like to play as the antagonist. There was this one character I made with a short-lived old account, and I'm itching to recreate him. The original one was kinda cringy, to be honest.
