Early in life he got into athletics and focused on trying to make a way out of his economic situation through that outlet. He eventually got into the wrong crowd & got tied into drugs. Eventually seeking fast money, he got involved with the drug dealing game & stayed in pursuit of illicit money into college.

Now a college student at Georgia Student University, he begin seeking to get away from the drug scene after a few close calls & nearly getting caught with a large amount of marijuana. Placed on probation & forced to think about the consequence of his actions, he was forced to focus on his future. Recently getting out of a relationship with an ex named Lisa whom he screwed up the relationship with as a result of his arrest & drug abuse he's being forced to re-evaluate his life further. With the recent incineration of several people, he was nearly killed when a vehicle behind him's driver was vaporized and almost collided into him. Now months later he's dealing with the rise of the Empowered, and the fact that's he's now a part of another endangered population.

Background: Flint Marrow was born into a strict rule regulated military family. As a "military brat" as he was known he moved often making it difficult for him to maintain friendships. As such he was a loner, and kept his head in the books. He had a close relationship with his father Nathan Marrow who he idealized. On the other hand he had a strained relationship with his mother who prioritized gambling & cheating with other men over his family. Aside from his father he has a very close relationship with his sister Elle Marrow, and she's the person who's most important to him in life.

By the time he was in middle school, his father began working for the FBI, and his parents had a divorce. For the rest of his child hood he was a parental figure to his sister three years his junior, and focused on seeking validation elsewhere. He obtained popularity from getting involved with athletics, but was serious about his studies. After graduation, he left his home state of Miami, Florida to pursue a Criminal Justice degree in New York University. He ended up going into the military right after school, and served for seven years.

Upon completion of his service in the military, he wound up securing work in the private security business. Taking his job way too seriously he inadvertently helped stop a terrorist attack near his job site. From there he was recruited into the CIA, and excelled. He rose up in ranks very quickly, and became a high profile agent. He ended up marrying an agent he developed a close relationship with Sandra Brown. A year after his daughter was born, and aside from his job his family became the most important thing to him. Three years into his marriage, his wife & daughter were killed in retaliation from a criminal organization he helped break up early in his career. He was shattered, and many of his vices such as smoking, gambling & women grew worst. He was eventually recruited into Legion after the failed experiment that led to "The Incident". His father who he adored so much Nathan Marrow was one of the many who was vaporized in "The Incident", as such as he feels he was a catalyst in his death.

As one of the high ranking members who had a major influence on the project, he feels personal responsibility for the consequences of the "Incident" experiment. Everyday he wakes up he does his best to make the world a better & safer place for his son Tommy.

He's somewhat of a narcissist thinking he's the greatest thing since sliced bread although he doesn't always let that side show. He's extremely good at manipulating others and getting them to serve his own agenda. One thing he does not appreciate or tolerate are those who try to interfere with his income as he loves money more then he likes most people. He's extremely passionate about music and if he could he'd have a sound track to accompany every scene of his life. He's a huge fan of expanding consciousness and experimenting with other forms of it. Alas, despite his somewhat self centered attitude he does care about the plight of other Evo's as well as others who are oppressed and deep down what he desires the most is someone who completely accepts him for who he is but see's past his flaws.

Background: Jason was born into an interracial family with a caucasian father who was high up in law enforcement, and a mother who worked as a succesful attorney owning her own law firm in Atlanta. Jason was the first born having two younger siblings both female. Due to this Jason had somewhat of a nice upbringing and loving relationship with his parents who only wanted the best for him. While his parents were great at parenting they weren't great at loving each other, and Jason was subject to several of their vicious arguments. Seeing his parents marriage dissolve made him believe that love was just a myth and caused him to be more concerned about himself rather then others. Jason was always bright in school and was ahead of his peers preferring the company of adults. Due to his maturity his parents had a great deal of trust in him and let him do his own thing.

Jason was all around a succesful person growing up in more areas then one grades, sports, and his greatest love music. After proving his dedication his parents agreed to pay for his piano lessons and this only further cemented his love for music. However one of the main conditions was he stayed in sports and so he continued to excel in both football and basketball. However by the time college came around he stopped taking basketball as serious and focused on football wanting to get a scholarship as his parents vowed not to support him unless he was able to somewhat support himself. To this end by the time he was a junior in high school he got into producing hoping to make a name for himself with music. Around this time his life took a turn for the worst when his father went down during an investigation that uncovered he'd been involved in some illegal activity.

Jason was devastated at his father's imprisonment and was quick to believe his father when he proclaimed innocence. Still with his father behind bars half of his income was gone his family was forced to downsize how they were living and adjust financially. Jason who'd grown accustom to a certain life style was hit hard but more importantly wanted his father to be free. Around this time he started smoking marijuana something he felt help him adjust to everything he was going through while also helping him creatively with his musical endeavors. During his senior year of high school his mother had a mental break down from the stress of everything going on and quickly became an un-fit parent. She soon lost her job, and was put on medication by her doctor. For the first time Jason realized he was on his own and had to take care of his mother while also helping raise his sisters who were freshmen in high school. To this end Jason decided to not just smoke marijuana but sell it as well getting into the drug business the very thing that his father was accused of doing.

Thanks to his smarts and sense of business Jason was quite succesful in the business, and made quite a killing due to the profit margin in New York. He had also gotten a regular job at a clothing store as a cover but made far more money selling drugs, and used the excess money to help his family while also opening up his own studio to further his music career. Although he never struck gold his music career did begin to pick up by the time he graduated high school. He went on to accept a scholarship playing football but was involved in a devastating car accident a month before he was suppose to start. He managed to recover but he was in no condition to play and so he lost his scholarship. Still thanks to his excellent grades and economic situation he had a partial scholarship based on his grades as well as financial aid so he still went on to go to California. Going to California and dealing with the high cost of living he quickly realized drugs were going to help him to survive. However marijuana wasn't as profitable of a business in a place with an abundance of marijuana so he moved up the ladder. Luckily being a freshmen on a college campus he had plenty exposure to drugs and people who wanted to do them. He quickly got involved with moving prescription drugs and cocaine wanting to make a killing financially. It was during this time however that he grew cocky and the LAPD went to look into a suspected stash house that he happened to be in. The person leading this investigation was none other then a top ranking cop Matt Parkman.

However a miracle occurred and his ability manifested for the first time when he confornted Matt, and a surge of energy flowed through him causing him to drain Matt of the majority of his energy as well as releasing a blast that decimated most of the stash house and the only survivors where him and the comatose cop. He fled the scene and as this happened shortly after Claire had exposed Evo's to the world he realized what he was. He was at first astonished by his powers but quickly grew into them believing he deserved them and was meant for great things. His focus then went on honing his powers and experimenting with psychedelic drugs which strengthened his delusions of grandeur. Soon after he resumed his activities in the criminal enterprise and managed to stay one step ahead of the authorities in more ways then one including staying ahead of the Evo authorities. Jason has big plans for himself and the world and will stop at nothing to carry them out.

She was raised pampered, up until she was around eight years old when her father was murdered by a rival drug lord Jose Salzaras. Her mother took the remaining money they had, closed the car wash, and went back to working as a nurse. Due to her mother working long hours to support her as a single parent, she was able to have near limitless time to engage in every pleasure she wanted to indulge in including drugs, alcohol, and boys. She got involved with manipulating men, and selling drugs herself from a young age much to her mother's disappointment ironically. Towards the end of her teenage years her mother was able to go into business in real estate inspiring Adora to became interested in having her own business.

She ended up going to college at New York State University, seeking a change of scenery and also allowed her to leave behind bad ties. She was able to support herself with modeling building a name for herself on social media, although her drinking & drug taking increased. Around this time she wound up getting involved with a new type of crime that she found even better then selling narcotics, fraud. Within weeks she was a natural, and ended up taking her proceeds from scamming to open up her own ecommerce business which she promoted on campus. In her senior year she was arrested as she'd gotten involved with selling drugs again, and was arrested for cocaine & a DUI. Luckily it occurred a few days after graduation, however she wasn't able to pay her lease and was evicted by the time she was released. Seeking to take her business and scamming to the .next level she moved to Atlanta, where she formed a relationship with Hector Salzaras the son of the now deceased Jose Salzaras who'd murdered her father in child hood. She began money laundering for him, & the cartel he was working for. Seeking revenge for her father's death she ended up running off with a little over $200,000 from Salzaras. In the end she was kidnapped, and taken to face Hector in person on his private yacht in Miami. Before she was killed however, the entire sky was engulfed in a bright light, and disintegrated as a freak wave flipped the boat.

Other: Although Adoya is prone on taking the appearance of others, she's come to take a couple forms and utilize them far more frequently then others, to the point they've adopted persona's of their own, a combination of the personality traits, knowledge & memories from them as well as their genetics now imprinted into her DNA.

Name: Rita Salzaras
Public Name: Rita Hernandez
Identity Backstory: Rita Hernandez is Hector Salzaras biolgoical serious, and one of the most high ranking members of the Salzaras Cartel organization. Her main position entails acquiring large portions of product & whole-saling to various distributors like Bella Nova. Not having US Citizenship, she managed to finagle her way into legitimate & legal presence in America by working as a transportation manager for Nova Conslidated.

Adora's Rita Persona/Personality: Taking the identity of Rita Salzaras, she initially wore the disguise to both steal 200 pounds of cocaine from her, as well as go on a giant sized rampage at a rest stop in Gwinnet Georgia. In this persona she is destructive, chaotic, and violent. A fan of pain, any suffering that happens is collateral from her rampage unlike her regular persona where she enjoys drawing out torture & breaking enemies/situations down strategically. She's more prone to using her powers in a visible manner, showcased by growing to gigantic heights the first time she utilized it. She is the ruthless and fearless leader of the Salzaras Cartel, but has retained Rita's loyalty to those who work with & for her. Her superiority complex & god complex is vastly heightened in this state especially sine she can use her powers in public without fear of persecution of her personal life. The essential usage of this form is to utilize her powers in visibly destructive ways, and for large scale violence or destruction not easily hidden as regular Adora. While prone to eliminating obstacles without hesitation, her knack for torture still manifests in this state when she's totally in control of a situation or when engaging in acts of violence without time constraints in other areas of her life.

Identity Backstory: Nadia Vasir, is an Arabian-American, and political activist. American born, & raised in a highly political family. Both of her parents were social activist, her father owning his own public speaking business. Nadia followed in their foot-steps, and was higly involved in various social programs & Clubs in school. By the time she was in college she was a social activist for minorities, & other under represented groups as well as social issues. Upon graduation she sought work t her father's company & built a name for herself as an excellent speaker. After two & a half years of employment, she ended up opening up her own crisis management firm Vasir Associates LLC. Since then she's built up an extensive list of politicians, celebrities & other individuals thrust into the spotlight to help improve & mitigate various things related to their public relations.

Adora's Nadia Personality: Consuming the identity of Nadia Vasir, has allowed her to explore a different emotional spectrum from both herself, & Rita state. The Personality traits of this form include high levels of motivation, extreme work ethic, focused, fast thinking & effective strategist. Other prominent traits include a workaholic, constant over-achiever, high levels of positivity, & ability to convey trust in others to do what she needs of them. They had a wonderful family & after graudation and he went on to follow in his father's foot-steps. Shortly after the Incident, an Empowered individual manifested a portal as he was driving his daughter and son to church camp. The portal snatched them, and warped them across the town and above a lake. Crashing into the lake everything went dark, when Travis came to he had been rescued by authorities. His son's body had drowned, and his daughter was nowhere to be found, while it seemed he'd miraclously survived and had no signs of having powers himself. Crushed his life began to fall apart, his Rose slipping into her old college habits of alcoholism. Seeking vengeance against the people with powers whom he labeled of the devil, he started preaching against them calling people with powers "Lucifer's Tenants" a name that took hold on the internet, and has started using his fervent religious support as a tool to unite protestants, baptists & other christians as well as their familiies against people with powers hoping to remove them from the earth as vengeance for taking his children away & ruining his marriage & life.

Background: Niko Rasvundin was born in the United States of America in New Olreans, his family led by his father Vlad Rasvundin had immigrated his family to the USA for a better life. Growing up he was focused on his studies & working for his dad's import-export business. His older brother Krieve got involved with cocaine trafficking & was sentenced to ten years in prison when Niko was only 13 years old. Saddened by this but also gaining an allure for the criminal underworld steered him down the wrong path. By the time he was finishing college his family was suffering financially as business had waned, and Niko ended up taking after his father's irresponsible drinking habits slipping into the early stages of alcoholism & chronic smoking.

Still Niko had pride and honor not wanting to be a disgrace to his family like Krieve. He ended up attending New York University with a degree in Business Administration & minor in psychology. During his time in college he got real into psychdelic & stimulant usage both to expand his mind & accelerate it. After graduation he was arrested for possession of LSD, and his world grew darker. To support himself he began getting into the arms trafficking business to come up with money for his rising legal fees and being disgraced by his family. Thanks to money he pooled together from selling weapons he was able to acquire very profficient legal expertise & wound up getting his LSD possession charges dismissed. He ended up moving to Russia to live with Vena Rasvundin his auntie. There he embraced Russian culture & grew to have a dislike of America, growing due to his experiences with racism & discrimination back in the United States.

Taking a pause from crime, he ended up getting involved with the government & rose up in the ranks as a government agent. After some years he had a meltdown during an inveistgation into a dangerous spy & traitor. Getting tied into the case he was framed for a while, and black-balled from government work. Although his name was cleared, and he still had loyalty to his home country & people he was pissed. He spent some time traveling Europe to gain a new perspective of life, and figure out wh at to do. He slipped back into drinking, and eventually after a stint in jail in London for a dangerous bar fight he went back to America. He reconnected with his brother Krieve who was seemingly reformed & took over their father's Vlad's business after his untimely death from liver failure. They developed a strong bond, and he sought out his sister Nina who'd become a Madam in Vegas, Nevada running a whore house. Using his old government connections and his brother's he became very skilled at moving drugs & whores. Now falling into a life of decadence and making Sin City his knew home he strove to achieve financial power, and business relevance to get his ambitions of a succesful criminal career & his father's dreams of the Rasvundin family rising in business.

During The Incident he was moving a load of cocaine to New Jersey when he was intercepted by DEA Agents. He was hence vaporized, and crashed the 18 wheeler he was driving causing a massive pile up. Slamming into a gas truck caused an explosion leading to multiple deaths from the accident & explosion. Fourty days later he was reunited with the world, and given a second chance at life. Learning about the events that transpired he figured it was a second chance & equipped with new powers sought out his siblings Krieve & Nina to truly make a name for their family and rise in the ranks of power.

After helping put away a notorious Russian mobster Krieve Rasvundin, her fiance at the time was murdered. Distressed she slipped into a habit of heavy drinking, and over indulgence into her anxiety medications. Her family helped her enroll in rehab and she moved back to Atlanta. After completing a few month stint in Rehab, she emerged better then ever. Determined to do more for the world then just report it's darker criminal elements she followed in her father's foot-steps and became apart of the Atlanta Police Department. While on the force she met and fell Bruce Kohns. Within a year and half they tied the knot and were married. Her life flourished and recovered from the darkness it had been plunged into with her first lover's marriage. In recent times six years into her marriage, her once blossoming relationship with Bruce had hit a rocky stage. The turbulent times caused by "The Incident" only served to further enhance the calmity her relationship was already in. Now she's focused on doing everything in her power to continue in her crusade for justice in a world becoming rapidly more dangerous then the one she grew up in.

So of course when NEBU was formed she was one of the first to be inducted into the organization, but the strangest phenomena occurred. Taking a break from her career briefly to make it seem as though she was one of those who was incinerated like the rest who returned with abilities. She returned and has been working even more to further the goals of the CIA & now NEBU at all costs.

Background: Nathan Cassanova was born & raised in a well to do European family filled with talented doctors & lawyers. As a youth he was very studious & focused on taking over the family business to continue their legacy. Growing up high class he was spoiled and subsequently developed a superiority complex to many of his peers whom he felt where beneath him. By the time he was in university his family had launched a very succesful pharmaceutical company from their family practice. Upon finishing primary school he went on to America to attend Yale where he majored in Biology & minored in Business Administration. Upon the completion of his studies he became involved with the family business & his ruthless nature was shown as he got involved with the opioid epidemic allowing him to become a very wealthy man. He took no shame in profiting of the suffering & addiction of others, with many first hand accounts saying he actually revealed in financial gain off the suffering of others. His drive for wealth & disregard for human lives was a result of his belief that he was greater then most people. His drive for power led him to make many political connections both in the United Kingom & abroad in the states which further served his goals. Eventually his political ties would lead him to forming a lifelong friendship with Tony Braxton, and they would go on to found Legion as they had shared ideals & a similar vision for the future of humanity. During this time his family suffered financially as the result of law-suits & bad publicity from their involvement with the opiate crisis that was gripping the world.

The damage of which took years to recover, and something he was not fond of. Seeking to rebrand himself & escape the vile image the crisis had tainted him with, he took his wife Phoenix McAlister's maiden name. After selling off shares of his company, he went on to start a generous charity foundation under his new alias which played a major role in distancing himself from his past that & extensive plastic surgery. In the end another acquaintance he made in the form of Bella Nova would go on to be instrumental in the next phase of his journey to obtain absolute power. As an angel investor into her family's operation he rose in the ranks & became the President of Nova Consolidated. As a founding member of Legion he played a pivotal role in the causation of "The Incident" that led to 200 million people around the globe being disintegrated. As one of the primarmy missions of Legion's was depopulation he was satisfied with the initial results of "The Incident". However after "The Return" when those thought dead gone forever into the dust he was irate that his first crack at handling the world's overpopulation crisis had failed. Not to be deterred, he continues to work to further his interests of holding great power & reducing the world's populace at all costs. As a result of being at the epicenter of "The Incident" he was able to obtain abilities without being amongst those who vaporized. Now he will stop at nothing to achieve his mission to gain power over the world & reduce it's population.

FRACTURED

The year is 2019, and the world is akin to the real world. Except for one difference in the month of January. "The Incident" otherwise known as "The Event" occured, a massive global disaster that struck the world at the beginning of the year. A disaster so unprecedented it united the entire global populace against one common tragedy. 200 million residents of planet earth were instantly disintegrated in a manner reminiscent of Thano's somber snap at the end Avengers Infinity War.

Without any form of warning or reason millions of people were disintegrated around the globe. Several explanations were given to explain the horrific nightmare that engulfed the world at large. Numerous theories had been thrown around in a vain effort to make sense of this calamity. Some of which included the christian end times rapture, alien invasions, advanced biochemical terrorism, but in the end nothing was confirmed. The most horrid part of all of this that kept those who were left on earth was their was no definitive answer. With so many people wiped out of existence in but a moment there was even more lives lost as collateral damage from the unfortunate applications of this atrocity.

Vehicles without drivers running off the road or crashing into ones still manned by the remnants. Planes without pilots plummeting to the ground, ships without captains left roaming in the depths of the ocean, larger vehicles such as trucks & bus's spiraling out of control without drivers to control them, homes engulfed in flames where residents had been cooking when they were evaporated. As if that wasn't enough, a global blackout lasting four days took place simultaneously at the same time of the mass human incineration. The following month another unprecedented occurrence followed one which would lead humanity even further down the rabbit hole.

What sort of follow-up event could be as alarming & devious as the one that stripped so many lives from civilization? The Return of those very same people that had been whisked away in the blink of an eye forty days later. Many were embraced by relatives, friends & other loved ones they'd left behind, while some where met with a well earned suspicion. To some that rematerialized a mere speculation that they were not who they claimed to be was the least of their worries. The saddest of them all must have been those who returned to find their lives in shambles. The very people they cared for most in the world slain as collateral damage in "The Incident" itself or who took their own lives as result of being unable to cope with the morbid reality of those they cherished being vaporized. The Vanished have no memories of their absence whatsoever unable to recall anything except their final moments before being wiped off the face of the earth. Within the next four months the world quickly comes to find out those who've returned have came with mysterious gifts. Abilities that could only be described as superhuman powers the likes of X Men mutants or DC's own league of heroes.

Set five months after the initial incident,four months after the Return. The world is reeling fracutred over the populace that vanished without a trace, and returned 40 days later with superhuman abilities. Many of the Fractured as they were called have tried to integrate back into their real lives, many have not manifested powers as of yet, and many think they wont. Regardless as you can imagine while not nearly as serious as the chaotic incineration of millions, the manifestion of superhuman powers has caused destruction and even the loss of some lives. The world is racing to figure out what to do, how to handle their superhuman populace, the validity of these powers, how powerful are they, what people have them, do any who were not incinerated have them, who allwas incinerated, who was behind the event, what does it mean for the world and the future of humanity? Find out in the world known as Fractured that we build together, a real life copy with small difference's such as politicians, major events, and how everything pulls together.

Premise
People can play as regular humans and/or those dubbed as "Empowered. Some who returned manifested their powers right away, some are just now discovering them, and their are others whose powers remain dormant. The storyline revolves around how those with superhuman powers affect the real world, as well as the aftermath of "The Incidents". The Government coalition responsible for the incident have formed a secretive multi-national paramilitary agency known as Legion to capture & kill those empowered. Also people with superhuman abilities have become public knowledge in the past month of the RP.

Rules:
1. Fairness, want everyone to be fair and remember this is a story powers can grow over the story. But I'd prefer you remember that powers are GROWING, so do not start off with any sort of mastery of your ability.
2. You can have as many characters as you can keep up with.
3. Stay as active as your life allows you to, and if you foresee an extended duration of unavailability try to free up any plots/characters you have interactions with.
4. Minimum post length at least one to two paragraphs
5. Set in the "Real" world so keep that in mind, this not Marvel or DC comics. So the current year is 2019, everything that happened in the Real World/Reality happened up until January 2019 where the storyline begins/takes place.
6. Powers are first come first serve, a power can be reserved if you PM me, and let me know. :) I'll keep a record of reserved powers, as a result of this it's advisable to ask and see if a power is available. Duplicate powers are allowed IF THE ORIGINAL person who picked the power doesn't mind, but try to have a creative difference for how you use the power.
7. Due to the nature of how they got their powers, no characters under 14 have powers.
8. Reality Ensues, to make this a unique & fun experience in this RP reality takes precedent over emotional attachment to characters. Meaning for exmaple if your character is waltzing around Manhattan and Manhattan is hit by a Nuclear Missile, your character is deceased. Unless of course your character has means to teleport out of the way or such etc. There will be situations in the RP that may cost your characters their lives, but alas you can have multiple characters.
9. Most importantly, have fun.

I'm ready to start this tale, had a crucial family emergency take over my life tied to the ongoing pandemic which took both my free-time & my sanity. Luckily I've handled the situation and the story of "Fractured" will rise.

I will be making the OOC Thread within the next 24 hours, and the IC Thread after that. If you want to go ahead and reserve powers, feel free to DM me.

I'd like to emulate a concept from an old NBC show "Heroes" in regards to the abilities. Instead of like X Men, or other Marvel/DC heroes I'd like every character to have one power, and have all subsequent powers based around that power rather then having multiple powers. However the ability you select can do multiple things either at first or over time, preferably over time. Ie if you pick water manipulation it's only been five months since the powers manifested so they shouldn't be a blood bender yet but the can cause quite a horrendous scene at the beach if that makes sense. Powers first come, first serve. For now no duplicates, unless it's cool with the person who originally selected that power for their character.

This is my idea for a roleplay, let me know if your interested.

The concept is Fractured, the fictional setting is an alternate timeline of the real world. The year is 2018, and the world is akin to the real world. Except for one difference in January, The "Event" a massive global disaster that struck the world in January of 2018. One that united the global populace against one common problem, one consistent denominator of destruction that struck the globe. Millions of citizens across planet earth were suddenly disintegrated akin to Thanos's somber snap in the end of Avengers Infinity War.

Without warning or reason millions of humans were disintegrated around the world. Several explanations were given to explain the horrific destruction of life including the rapture, other religious events, alien invasisons, advanced biochemical attacks etc, but there was no answer. Cars crashed, pilots vanished, buses lost drivers, houses burned down where a disintegrated resident was cooking, and a four day global blackout occured within an hour of the disintegration. Now a month later from the chaos something worst happens, the people that vanished they all return out of thin air. Some return to fractured lives, loved one's killed as a result of them vanishing behind the wheel, others who commited suicide, others who've changed locations, etc, regardless those who were gone return to a world dealing with the chaotic ramifications of their loss. They have no memories except for an ultimate pain as they were literally incinerated alive. The world quickly comes to find out those who've returned have came with mysterious gifts, abilities that could only be described as superhuman abilities the likes of X Men mutants or DC's own league of heroes.

Characters can play a variety of roles, civilians and law enforcement. Currently the United States is putting together a joint task force including FBI, CIA & Department of Homeland Security working with the U.S Military on a secrete off the grid mission to scower the populace for those imbued with abilities from the Incident, and relocate & detain them in secrete holding to determine their threat level to the population, The Republican Party has control of the White House & are pushing a Registration Act to form a census/national database of superhumans within the country, China has issued a mandatary Government Registration Act for their methumans, and Russia has similary issued a similar program with hints of forced coercion with their existing military or perhaps the creation of a methuman military force. The American Joint Task Force is called Eagle, a name based on the premise of these agencies pulling their resources together to examine America with a bird's eye view & restore order to the world as it plunges into enhanced powered chaos.
