Current Played VA-11 Hall-A and I didn't realize that a bartending game could give me such an epiphany about my life, to be perfectly honest.

Bio

Well hello, what are you doing here, my friend?

Well, if you're still here and you wish to know more about me, then:

I'm a 22 fella who's currently in college and is trying to RP while attending college at the same time. I've been into roleplaying since about the mid 2013's, though I was really bad at it during the first year or so. I "migrated" to RPGuild around 4 years ago since the previous site had banned roleplaying due to a large influx of newbie roleplayers polluting the site with shitty RP's. Either way, since then I've been on this site quite regularly, except during a few occasions when real life took precedence and I had to vanish for a month or two.

As for writing capabilities, I'd like to think myself right now that I'm somewhere in-between casual and advanced levels of writing, though if I'm really into an RP, I'll tend to force myself to write something advanced. As for writing in general, you don't have to worry about that, I really love writing and I do it all the time even when I'm not roleplaying, though there are "dry" periods when my creativity seems to vanish for no discernible reason. General interests include most types of fantasy writing as long as it's properly written, though it has happened in the past for me to be interested in something when I thought I would like it, so if you have an idea and you want to roleplay, then pitch it to me and I'll tell you if I like it or not. As for smut, well, I'm not actively looking for one, but if you think you have an interesting idea, then feel free to pitch it to me.

Well, that's about it, if you want to know more personal stuff about me, or simply wish to have someone to talk to about any topic you so desire, then feel free to PM me.

I'm playing as a monster, though I have one question do we pick monsters from the game, or do make our own sort of monsters?

Location: Meraton Royal Palace, Meraton, Khomeria

Ixyan, the 8th of Gerna 1200 AU - 08.03.1200

Remis' steps rang out through the quiet hallwaw, nobody there daring to speak to her or Mertenis and just stare away from the two. Remis has had a reputation in the palace and through Khomeria as she seemingly knew everything that happened around the kingdom. And she remembered, knowledge is power and at her current level of knowledge, she was more powerful than her brother herself.

Two palace guards pass by her nod to her before going past her. In return she smiled at them and went on her way into the throne room, accompanied by Mertensis. The lord who sat on the throne was Lord Maridan Steelskin and older brother to Mertensis. On the throne to his left, usually occupied by the king's wife was Lord Leimar Shattershield. Odd enough, Lord Fokas was missing, despite knowing that refusing the king would have dire consequences.

Remis smiled at Lord Leimar and Maridan and spoke in a respectful manner, yet she clearly mocking the two. "Lord Maridan, Lord Leimar, had I known you two married I would've brought gifts!" She said to the two smiling.

Lord Leimar started growling and was about to speak, but Lord Maridan stopped him and smiled politely at Remis and ignored her comment. "My lady, glad you could join us today!" He said. "I would like to have a word with you!"

"About?" She asked raising a brow. "Let me guess, now that you two have the power, you want to be rid of me, correct?" She asked, still smiling.

Lord Leimar showed genuine surprise at hear her words and wanted to speak, but was interrupted by Maridan. "Right as always, my lady." He answered. "But not because we simply wish so, no, but because y..."

"You think that I made lord Fokas disappear, correct?" She asked yet again with a wide smile, nobody would really out do her when it came to information, she knew what these two had planned all along.

Now, even Lord Maridan seemed slightly surprised, but came back too again fairly quickly. "You are quite informed, my lady, yes, we charge you with the kidnapping and possible assassination of Lord Protector of Vermilias, Fokas Stormborn!" Maridan said smiling victoriously now. "Guards, seize her at once, she will be jailed until King Dorias returns and decides what to do with her!"

However, the guards did not move at all and simply stood in their place, ignoring Lord Maridan's orders. "My lord, you must more stupid than Lord Leimar over here if you think that you could bribe the palace guards here in Meraton to arrest me."

To this, Lord Maridan opened his mouth to speak, but was interrupted by Remis again. "Though I do have to give you credit for disguising your men to look like the guards of Meraton when having ambushed Lord Fokas, isn't that correct, my lord?"

One of the guards at the gate removed their helmet, revealing to be Lord Fokas himself and approached Remis. "Yes, my lady, they had me fooled as well when they ambushed me and killed my guards!" He said, glaring at Lord Leimar and Lord Maridan.

"But in the end, you two were the fools for thinking that you could outsmart me right here in Khomeria, where I know what even the lowliest of peasants had for dinner or what their aspirations are." She said. "And now, my lords, I can have the both of you imprisoned and maybe even executed for high treason... what do you say?"

Now, the two lords seemed utterly terrified, their hands shaking. When either of the two tried to speak, their mouths opened, but yielded no words. "However, instead, I will kick the both of you out of here and will ask my brother to remove the two of you from the heads of your families... I suggest finding a cozy place to rest, maybe Wyvern Keep?" She asked the two lords. Both of the men rose from their thrones, Lord Leimar speaking in an unsteady and shaky tone.

"You'll, p-pay for t-this you vileborn!" He says storming out of the palace along with the stunned Lord Steelskin. All this time, Remis had smiled at the two lords, however, as soon as the two left, Lord Fokas began speaking. "They're going to accuse you of injustice and revolt, my lady." He spoke, now having taken a seat on the throne to the right of the king's throne.

Remis, sitting on the main throne answered with her ever present smile on her face. "Oh, they'll certainly think they will, but they'll find that trying to fight me will end up with them either disowned, or killed." She said. "And worry not, all of this was planned by me, my lord, anything they think they're gonna do on their own volition in truth be something I indirectly guided them to do."

With a heavy sigh, Lord Fokas nods and speaks. "My lady, you are a truly scary person indeed." He says. "I am truly glad that I am on your side and not theirs."

"But what are you speaking, Lord Fokas, you are with the king, not with Lady Remis, those two are just traitors seeking to usurp the king Kammeth has chosen for this land of ours." Mertenis speaks, smiling as Remis did.

"Hush the two of you, lady Armonia should be here soon with a request from us to help her rid of the vilespawn that will soon assault her precious fort."
@Kurai Assassin

As he fired the machine gun, he had killed about seven Germans, however they kept coming in waves, some of them even began to fire on his positions, though they were either poorly trained or didn't want to hit Dimitri as the bullets went past him. Even so, a bullet would soon hit him if he wouldn't move.

And seconds later artillery shells started to hit the surroundings, it wouldn't be long until their positions would be destroyed and to add to it, bombers were seem in the distance, they would arrive here soon.

@Errant Son

As Pavlov exited the building, he could see several German bombers heading towards the farm, they would most likely bomb this place to dust. Brief shooting is heard in the farm before commander Boris is most likely taken down.

Only minutes later, he encounters several Russian army trucks loaded with soldiers, most of them wounded, the few ones that weren't wounded were clearly demoralized. They had yet to notice Pavlov.

@Zetsuko

And each shot took down one man down, alas, the AT gun had managed to take down a tank before it's crew was killed by Andor. The machine gun mowed down about a dozen soldiers before one of the tanks fired it's main gun at it and blew it up.

With the only two spots of resistance destroyed, the German forces were now entering the Russian outpost and started to overwhelm the troops there.

A truck arrives close to Levente, the driver signaling the troops to enter the truck as they had to move quickly if the Blitz was to succeed.

@Catchphrase

At first, the combined machine gun fire and regular shots from the soldiers seemed to keep the enemy at bay as wave after wave of enemy forces were taken down. However, the artillery fire soon starts to tear down the walls of the outpost apart, killing men as well. A shrapnel hits Sergeant Nebakov in arm, yet even so he drops his rifle and begins shooting with his pistol furiously.

However, judging from the look of things, the outpost will be soon overwhelmed, a retreat would yield lower losses for the Russians.

(I'll leave this one here, but do not introduce new character or control them, that's the GM's job, ok Catchphrase?)
@Errant Son

If Pavlov wants to stay, he can, but he'll most likely get captured by the Germans... and we know from history what happened to the prisoners that the nazi caught...
@Errant Son

I understand it was necessary for your post to describe all of what you did in your post, but leave the command of other characters and the description of the surroundings to me ok?

Also, the game is casual not advanced, you need to make only 1-2 paragraphs max. Still though, great post!
"No!" lieutenant Boris shouts. "Mother Russia must be protected at all costs!" He shouts, retrieving one of the rifles. "Fight, you dogs!" He orders his men. "Or would you rather have the German dogs rape our lands and women?!"

The orders however, fell on deaf ears as the morale had fallen severely. Seeing that now the German Artillery had begun firing upon their positions didn't make it any better and the remaining Russian soldiers started to retreat... or rather run, through the back of the house.

"Private Pavlov, it seems you and I will be the only ones dying for Mother Russia and Comrade Stalin today!" He shouts aiming his rifle at towards the entrance of the house, waiting for another soldier to enter the building.

Yet again, the choice remained to Pavlov, run with the other soldiers, or stay and fight and risk being captured by the Germans, or worse, die at their hands.
@Kurai Assassin

It was just another day on the borders. Dimitri had been placed on the borders of Ukraine with Germany and Romania in a small outpost of about 100 people. The day was quiet and boring and seemingly no germans in sight as the intelligence reports had said, again, it was all just a fabricated lie.

One of the other snipers in the base, Alexei Borovich, places a hand on Dimitri's shoulders and says in a rather dissapointed tone.

"It seems no germans are coming today either..." but before he spout another word, an explosion was heard nearby. "Wh..." but before Alexei could react, a sniper's bullet went right through the arm. Shortly after, the roars of bomber's engines were heard. The Germans were attacking.

The commander of the outpost Alexander Vorovich shouted. "Get off your asses, the krauts are attacking. Dimitri, leave that sniper and get yourself a machine gun to help us out properly!"

@Zetsuko

The soldiers were eager to fight, most likely because, Andor had been placed with the romanian troops at the start of Operation Munchen, a operation part of Operation Barbarossa to seize Bessarabia from the Russians. A lot of the soldiers there were romanian, then german, then the least in numbers of all, the hungarians.

Soon, the attack was ordered and the german-romanian-hungarian troops charged, aircrafts of the Luftwaffe flying overhead, already shooting and bombing the onground targets. Despite this, the russian forces held strong and one of the strongest oppositions was caused by a small machine gun nest that felled soldiers one after another, or the AT gun, which took down to relatively light romanian and german tanks with ease, either of these two had to be taken down... or at least the people operating them.

@Errant Son

For Pavlov, the attack had already begun a few hours ago, his outpost, in the south of Lithuania had been under heavy attack from the germans for quite a while now and despite the brave resistance of the soldiers there, the numbers of the soviet forces were dropping quickly, most likely thanks to all the suicide counter-charges ordered by lieutenant Boris Doftoski at the german forces.

The germans wer encroaching inside the outpost and on Pavlov's position. Right now, he was next to Boris, but that doesn't mean he couldn't retreat, after all, if he survived he could fight another day. As he thought his decision, the first German entered the outpost and aimed his rifle at his commander leaving Pavlov only a split second to decide whether he'd stay and fight, or run away and live for another day.

@Catchphrase

The day was silent on the outposts, and it was clear why, he had been placed on the front lines... on the front lines with Romania, not Germany and they weren't strong enough to face Mother Russia's might on their own and with the officer in command in being rather lenient, Roman was still allowed to play the violin to cheer up the soldiers there in case they got bored or anything.

A fellow soldier, Fyodor Gustavich approached Roman, who had been placed to be on guard in case of an attack. He pulled out a cigarette and searched for a lighter or a match in his pockets, but found none. He smiled at Roman and asked "Do you have a light, comrade?" he asked, however, before Roman could even speak an explosion was heard very close to the outpost and a split second later, a piece of shrapnel flew right in Fyodor's chest and another one just barely went past Roman's head.

Only a few seconds later, shouts were heard and before he could even react, he saw hundreds of soldiers charging towards his positions, while quite a few of them were Romanian troops, many more of them were german soldiers, charging alongside them. A full blown attack had started.

(For the rest of the characters, the german soldiers(all have joined Frengo's grenadierskompanie) will be GM-ed by Frengo, as such, he will decide how you all start!)
@Errant Son

Yes you should, after all, he is the one GM-ing for all the german players in the grenadierskompanie B. And yes, both are accepted!
Both are accepted @Errant Son!
