Well hello, what are you doing here, my friend?
Well, if you're still here and you wish to know more about me, then:
I'm a 22 fella who's currently in college and is trying to RP while attending college at the same time. I've been into roleplaying since about the mid 2013's, though I was really bad at it during the first year or so. I "migrated" to RPGuild around 4 years ago since the previous site had banned roleplaying due to a large influx of newbie roleplayers polluting the site with shitty RP's. Either way, since then I've been on this site quite regularly, except during a few occasions when real life took precedence and I had to vanish for a month or two.
As for writing capabilities, I'd like to think myself right now that I'm somewhere in-between casual and advanced levels of writing, though if I'm really into an RP, I'll tend to force myself to write something advanced. As for writing in general, you don't have to worry about that, I really love writing and I do it all the time even when I'm not roleplaying, though there are "dry" periods when my creativity seems to vanish for no discernible reason. General interests include most types of fantasy writing as long as it's properly written, though it has happened in the past for me to be interested in something when I thought I would like it, so if you have an idea and you want to roleplay, then pitch it to me and I'll tell you if I like it or not. As for smut, well, I'm not actively looking for one, but if you think you have an interesting idea, then feel free to pitch it to me.
Well, that's about it, if you want to know more personal stuff about me, or simply wish to have someone to talk to about any topic you so desire, then feel free to PM me.
I think it might be to show that they can kidnap said princess since I imagine she would live a large palace with a lot of guards... that or I'm just over-thinking things. To be honest, this kinda became a sort of tradition/trademark for dragons.
"I see..." James says, as if pondering the situation at hand. As they walked, they reached the barrier that the three cyborg's have set. Simply out of human instinct, James just sighs and turns to Ruby. "Well, it seems our exploring duty must be cut short for today." he says, knowing that he should at least smile to the girl, yet his body did not feel the need to do this.
"Let's go, or the people back there might be a bit pissed that we are not helping them unload." this time, he did briefly smile, but his natural suppression of these kinds of emotions took over and his face returned his usual emotionless self. After a few more moments of silence, heading back towards the base, James asks. "What do you think of me so far?" he asks, slightly curious as to what this woman thought of him, despite the fact that normally he should not think about these sort of things.
I see! Well, it seems you've already got your character planned out. I can't wait for both our characters to meet. Since they're both outsiders, they could share stories of how they survived on the outside.
"Yes, a hunter must hunt, but I have been hunting my entire life and now I wish to have a taste of something new." Orgos spoke, smiling to the orc as if he was an old friend. "And a knight must protect the people... something which I aspire to be, my good fellow!" he said, but then, a young woman came through the gates, both unarmed and without any guards by her side, he thought that this person was either a mage, or someone very confident in their abilities, needless to say, he was wary of her as well.
Though he was not able to hear much of what his fellow orc spoke, a few words rung through his head "...Knight Errant...", the rest of what the orc said faded out, but these two words stuck out. Not only had he met one of the same kin as him, but he met one which had become a knight, something which only served to boost his confidence that he too might soon be able to become a honorable knight such as the one before him.
"Ah, I am Orgos, a hunter of the forests, I too met what I assume must be the lady of this house, the one which would be your sister." he spoke and bowed slightly to show respect for young noble lady, this much, his adoptive mother had taught him. "I had briefly met your sister yesterday, but she ignored me, so I wish to see if I were able to meet her now... I also wish to discuss a somewhat more delicate matter." With that, he bowed his head again and awaited the young girl's response, no matter if it was an acceptance or a rejection of his words, he was ready for either of them.
Oh... then we can say that my guy is just traveling just on the borders of their territory. Still inside the barrier, but basically very close to the border of the base.
Wait, my guy traveled outside the barrier now to explore the forests around their territory with Ruby. I understand about the fighting part, I shall be patient and await for my guy to show his combat skills later on...
How do we choose the planet we wish the meeting to be held on? Do we simply post the planet that our representatives arrive on, or do we vote for it here in the OOC?
It is a very good post! I'm more worried about mine... I don't really know how to give a bit more insight into my character's personality other than his suicidal loyalty towards Amelia... because he is NOT just that.
