Current Played VA-11 Hall-A and I didn't realize that a bartending game could give me such an epiphany about my life, to be perfectly honest.

Am I the only one who never knows what to write in their status bar?

Orthodox Easter has arrived, which means my time for replying to stuff is going to be close to nonexistent. I apologize.

It's been a stressful past few weeks for me, so I apologize for how that may affect the quality of my posts and my general grumpiness.

I feel extremely tired and stressed right now, so responses might not be of the highest quality, I apologize.

Bio

Well hello, what are you doing here, my friend?

Well, if you're still here and you wish to know more about me, then:

I'm a 22 fella who's currently in college and is trying to RP while attending college at the same time. I've been into roleplaying since about the mid 2013's, though I was really bad at it during the first year or so. I "migrated" to RPGuild around 4 years ago since the previous site had banned roleplaying due to a large influx of newbie roleplayers polluting the site with shitty RP's. Either way, since then I've been on this site quite regularly, except during a few occasions when real life took precedence and I had to vanish for a month or two.

As for writing capabilities, I'd like to think myself right now that I'm somewhere in-between casual and advanced levels of writing, though if I'm really into an RP, I'll tend to force myself to write something advanced. As for writing in general, you don't have to worry about that, I really love writing and I do it all the time even when I'm not roleplaying, though there are "dry" periods when my creativity seems to vanish for no discernible reason. General interests include most types of fantasy writing as long as it's properly written, though it has happened in the past for me to be interested in something when I thought I would like it, so if you have an idea and you want to roleplay, then pitch it to me and I'll tell you if I like it or not. As for smut, well, I'm not actively looking for one, but if you think you have an interesting idea, then feel free to pitch it to me.

Well, that's about it, if you want to know more personal stuff about me, or simply wish to have someone to talk to about any topic you so desire, then feel free to PM me.

Double Post, sorry.
Well, I might be interested...
@Banzai Tracers

Oh, no worries, I have a fairly thick skin when it comes to these kind of things. Though I've surpassed the stage where I make OP characters, that tendency still pops up once in a while and I tend to make a character without checking if said character might not be a bit too strong.

The only real "flaw", if it can even be called that, in your sheet is the wording for your character appearance, it's a bit different from what I'm used to, though I guess that's up to personal taste... so no, as far I can see, no real flaws in your sheet.

Sure, especially since what with my county's somewhat dwindling economy, it would need a bit of naval protection of its trade. As for the extra ships, we could say that my leader is sending a sort of a "tax" to your guy so that he can maintain a slightly larger fleet, is that good?
I'm all for it. I suppose we'd plan how the game starts, what the situation is at the beginning, that sort of thing, am I correct?
@Strange Rodent

I've removed the spies and the goldmines and iron mines and I've decreased the amount of trade coming through Osthaven, but not removed it as I'd have literally no other way of revenue other than taxing the peasants and we all know peasants don't like being taxed. As for the fleet, I never said I had one, the ports in Osthaven are a place where the rest of the kingdom's fleet can rest, as in the fleets of other houses.

As for the marcher lord thing @Banzai Tracers, I've gotten inspiration from this so that you didn't think I just made it up.

Also, I apologize if I've offended you with my sheet and I can see how it was OP. I'm really sorry about that.

Seeing that there was nothing interesting outside and his merchant friend, Carron either chose not disclose any information and ingnored him, or he simply had not heard Torinn speak. Eitherway, he pulled his head in the back of the wagon and turned towards the other person who had climbed in the wagon with him to start a conversation while they continued their travels.

However, much to his confusion, there wasn't anyone there as he looked. For a moment, he briefly turned his once more towards the man that had hired him to ask him where the other fellow in the carriage had vanished.

"Hey, Carron wasn't there..."

However, as he looked around the carriage a bit more closely, Torinn could not help but see a small shape in the back of the wagon, probably having tried to hide in the corner from him. He didn't entirely blame whoever was hiding from him, it was part of Torinn's job description to be intimidating.

"...nevermind."

Stretching his long hand, the dragonborn placed a hand on the cowering halfling, sporting a reassuring smile in his face in order to draw him out of his hiding place.

"My friend, no need to hide from me, I only look this scary."
@CollectorOfMyst

He'll be glad to have the company! He's a fairly friendly fellow once you get to know him.
Awww... I'm alone in the first carriage? Why does nobody want to stay with the dragonborn?
